This location is ideal for establishing a business. It is renowned for its restaurants, which tend to be heavily crowded on weekends. To avoid the crowd, it's advisable to use the backside lift during weekends. Developer going on. An escalator has been installed next to the elevator. The road out side of pnr complex is horrible and always crowded. Enough parking space.

Different Restaurant in single Building. Must try Krutunga Restaurant Chicken Biryani if u r Biryani lover.

and sometimes (rarely) lifts too don't work

Good place to have food with multiple restaurants. We went Robo head quarters. Price is also fine and taste need to improve

I have gone to all the restaurants in this pnr empire. Best are ironhill, robo restaurant, train restaurant, and Telangana restaurant.

Parking and backside, walkeay around the building has foul smell always. Need to maintain more clean

We have ordered mushroom curry but we have received capsicum curry (mushroom 2 Peace's rest all capsicum) no mushroom in, mushroom curry.

Good mall for foodies with Dadus, platform 65, sri kanya, kritinga and iron hill as attractions.not for shoppers. Complex is not fully occupied.

The building as a while is a bad place. No proper maintenance. It's a new building but it seems like a 50 year old building. No proper maintenance and dust everywhere. Lifts don't work properly. But internal maintenance of shops are good. But as a building, it's bad.

Full rush any running time, 4lifts are there but not enough if there starts escavater I think to easy to all customers and time save

Single destination to take your family for dinner, have mandi with colleagues or to have drinks with your friends

1) worst parking space, water flowing through broken pipes inside, dirty all over.nobody to guide.
2) worst entrance to the building, poor maintenance.
3) Only 2 lifts working, wait for your turn for 15 mins plus to enter the lift. No corona safety too.
4) Coming to food in Kritunga, surprised to see so much less portion of Chicken Majestic & chicken crispy we ordered. Quality was good but not worth it. Bad experience.

Worst parking space, power wires are hanging in the cellar.
Poor lift maintainance services.

Very dirty place even though it's a new building

Their lifts are very slow and sometimes gets struck

I have been there multiple times and waiting time for lift itself is 10-20 mins

Very unprofessional security guards and parking is very bad for two wheelers, they don't have a specific place for 2 wheelers.

Nothing but a ghost town. Except the jewelry stores, nothing to cheer about the huge building. Scary to enter the parking lots.it's like a zombie mall.

Interior is really awesome.food was too spicy as expected but has to reduce some spice.and one disadvantage is that delay in order.else everything is fine

When i Visite the Krishna thunga restaurant they are not interested on customers and they was order taking long time with customers

Visit this place only if you wanna go to kritunga restaurant otherwise don't even think of this place.

Here I visited Kritunga restaurant. Its crowded but taste is good. Supervisor's are rudy and seems reduculus with customers

I taken lunch in kritunga restaurant along with my family. All items are good tasty.we are satisfied.

In this mall kritinga and platform two restaurants are there. But in platform restaurant so much waiting.kritinga is good enough place for waiting as well as for dining

Worst quantity to price ratio.really the most pricey for local food.and food doesn't taste good too.mostly spicy

Food was good and the ambience is the best i have seen but the place where restaurant is located is ghastly

Its Keithinga restaurant. Its very famous for native rayalaseema dishes. My favorite is raagi samkati with naatu kodi pulusu and another one is bamboo chicken.
There are many too good and many options to choose. But its very busy and on demand location so you need to wait to get a seat or have a pre reservation.
Menu is expensive so take a heavy wallet.
Its next to main road in KPHB colony and easy to recognize from heavy traffic too. Currently a lot of parking space is available as many of stores are still under construction. Only one elivatot is available and no escalators. So wait for your turn if don't wanna use stair case.
They serve in traditional way like in banana leafs and copper glasses.
Staff are polite and well mannered.

I had lunch in kritunga ordered mutton biryani they made same chicken rice for mutton also and I got a piceof chicken also, and I asked for warm water they said no warm water we supply es later I areguevi after they made it.
Poor service no. I disappointed with kritunga management.

Last time the food was good, but this time the food was worst. Not even proper ambience was given.

Lifts are not completely operational as the shops are yet to open. This is creating problem when going to kritunga restaurant

I went to 3rd floor for Kritunga restaurant it was very good rayalseema food to eat (ragi sankanti was superb).

Not yet completed only 1 lift is working, restaurant in 3rd floor. We have to take stairs to restaurant.

Worst food totally not good for health spice levels are high but quality of food was very bad I ordered nonveg and veg in both they are not fresh they provided stored food not good for health

It's anew complex under construction, two restaurant are there in 3rd floor and few jewlery shops in ground flour.
