Practo prime is worst looting services where they make us to pay amount like prepaid saying all amount will get refunded if patient doesnt come but they will get deduct amount form our pocket wiht algorithm.worst n i personally suggest not to even take dis software as der is no customer care services

3) phone number will not work.
4) do not suggest or recommend to anyone.

Practo - Pathetic. Their services are atrocious. Site usually does not work and there is no proper mechanism for customer grievance redressal.

Please dont choose practo services.
This guys are cheaters, After paying consultation fee doctor is not responded and i have raised the complaint no response.

Use of practo app is waste of money, no proper consultation, no response from customer care and consultation fee valid for one day

Many technical problems araises while consulting the doctor. Making money in pandemic is their only aim.
