Best hospital in hanamkonda, prashanthi madam was best i had never seen before, she was with very much patience and my wife had normal delivery with the madam support, madam will monitor everything for every patient and will support mainly for normal delivery only

This is day one experience, feels one of worst hospital that I experienced, it is not possible to get Prashanthi madam appointment in the hospital though she is fulltime doctor in the hospital, only junior doctors (Not qualified and doctors name not mentioned in hospital display) will treat the patients, with much attitude, we so much travelled to treat best doctors, I feel doctors in semi-urban location are far better, I am giving this single star for hospital maintenance only.

In my experience, Prashanthi Hospital is one of the top most speciality hospital for children's & mother's care with full hygienic facilities.

Especially talking about NICU: My baby was born five weeks before her due date and weighed only 880 grams and admitted to the NICU for 45 days. I was always worried about her health & weight gain. But now she is absolutely fine.

Very special thanks to Dr Kiran Kumar Haridas, He is very caring, dedicated, experienced & kind at heart. The best doctor I have never seen before like him.

The special care & attention has been taken to my daughter by all the staff members of NICU. They are very friendly, Cooperative and well trained.

Cleanliness of the hospital is remarkable. Am very much satisfied with the care and services of the hospital. I do recommend this hospital to all those who are looking for best new born & children's care hospital in hanamkonda.

When I was just 27 weeks pregnant I got my cervix shorten only with 10mm then we visited hospital Prasanthi. Madam suggested emergency cerclage I thought now everything will be going fine but after an hour my amniotic fluid started leaking then with madam treatment my fluid stoped leaking in just 7 days now I'm blessed with baby boy 36 weeks with 2.6kgs thank mam for ur help the best hospital with best doctors

Hi everyone I have delivered on March 3rd in prashanthi hospital. Best hospital for normal delivery each and every moment they will observe. The (gynaecologist) gives best support for mother and daughter for treatment in regular intervals. And also NICU. Care was very good for children condition. And (physiotherapist) doctor gives motivation and excercises for normal delivery
It was an completely one heaven because all the facilities are available here we no need to go out for any other needs. And also pediatrician is available here for children care. Am very thankful for the hospital. Choose prashanthi hospital for better future.

In this 21st century Normal delivery is not so simple for a women. But this hospital encourages and supports for "Normal delivery ". It is one of the best hospitals in Tri Cities. I can't find the words to Thank Dr. Prashanthi Mam, Dr. Suhasini Mam & Dr. Shruthi Mam (Physiotherapist) and entire staff for the service and care you gave and supported my wife for her "Normal Delivery".

Firstly this hospital is a well hygienic as per my knowledge. In this hospital mainly doctors give importance for normal deliveries. Doctors were motivating me for normal delivery from early 3rd trimester and mainly Dr.prashanthi madam gave a moral support, and Dr.mallika mam, Ragini mam and Dr. Bindhu mam executed well for my normal delivery and all other doctors also treated well and encouraged me though my baby was around 3.7 kgs and here the most important is Dr. Shruthi (physiotherapist) helped me to make most useful excercises for every one hour during my delivery time and special thanx to the team of doctors and hospital staff.

I'M Working TS POLICE, Good hygiene and care for baby and mother by doctors and staff members time to time, services are available on badratha card. No fear regarding normal delivery.

During Oct 2022, I took my wife for a surgery related to fibroids. I heard that this hospital charge more than other hospitals. I chose this hospital only for Dr Prashanthi ma'am for her expertise. Neatness of hospital is excellent. For a good service we have to pay little more.

I visited Prashanthi hospital for my pregnancy regular checkups and delivery purpose. Main purpose to visit the hospital is for normal delivery. All the staff in the hospital are very good and disciplined. I have taken physiotherapy sessions for easy delivery by Dr. Shruthi. During my delivery Dr. Prashanthi acted not as doctor but as a mother to me. And also my purpose to visit the hospital is done, I given birth to child by normal delivery.

The don’t allow people in 3/4 or shorts never seen this any where hope people in an emergency are not wearing shorts? Dumb rules the thing is they treat good the need to change these rules or at least warn people when they book appointment’s so they can come in pants to accompany their loved ones

Just a feedback to improve things in certain sections. Heard some good comments about the hospital from friends and family. But worst experience at the very first visit. My wife has been coming here for pregnancy monthly check ups. Polite staff and cleanliness with good hygiene maintained in the hospital but not happy with the wait time for the NT scan and other tests. They kept us waiting for almost 2 and half hours. They could have arranged additional staff or procure required machinery if the no of people are high. They don't even give any pre scanning instructions to do or atleast a paper on the wall could have been worked. Only see about their test details and charges list. Very bad experience.

Hi, My wife been treated by Dr. Prashanthi Mohan (since 2015) before the establishment of new hospital, But I can say post moved to this hospital now more commercial and not bothering on previous patient’s health.

Today I experienced a very bad situation, we traveled from Vijayawada and want to take a final opinion of my wife’s health support, on planning, after multiple miscarries and surgeries in same hospital.
As a long treating Female family gynic we asked her to give some time to check my wife’s health and mental condition, we waited till 2: 30pm.but she doesn’t even have 2 min of time to discuss with us and she quoted simply we are with 100 of questions and if she discuss with us in OP time her OP Time will be effected.

Earlier we had a baby (2016) in her hospital and we have under gone several surgeries and have given multiple reference for this hospital.

But now I felt very bad and sorry for this post. We went for valued opinion of a doctor but we understood the present sate of mind.

Dr Prashanthi madam is the Best doctor ever.she is incredible. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
DR. Kalashankar (paediatrician) is very professional. Takes time to explain things. HIGHLY Grateful for his wide range of knowledge.

My daughter has admitted in prashanthi hospital for delivery purpose. The hospital authorities has rendered quality services and sanitation is very good. During the hospitalisation we were fully satisfied. It is a better opportunity to warangal people as such the hospital has provided full fledged services in one roof like Maternity, Child Care (N. I. C. U) etc. The staff was also very punctual and friendly in their duty. It was observed that the Gynecologists were trying to give their best to do normal delivery. This is one of the best hospitals that I suggest for mother and child care.

One of the best woman and baby care Hospital in the city of Warangal. I have been visited twice for two deliveries at the same hospital. There is a lot difference in the NICU services. I will post new review with pros and cons asap.

9th month lo COVID positive but nrml delivery soo hpy. Best gynaecologists. Best hospital for pregnant women with COVID prblm they do very best service. Staff also treat us like nrml people. After delivery pediatric services also very good. Overall good hospital for pregnant women.

Till delivery is good after that very worst in baby care baby doctors also not good first they will scare you with baby issues and try to get as much as money from you they won't even give proper explanation and about baby condition whether or not baby having any issues.my suggestion just stay till delivery that's it.

Normal delivery for 20k.c section for 30k as of now.but every baby is suffering with jaundice and need to put in box for two days atleast which costs more than the delivery charges

If you have insurance and admitted in this hospital then it is fine, else if you are going for pediatrics consultation here then it’s high time for us to think twice before going here. First in place they don’t answer your calls after continuous 8-10 calls they attended my call. After taking the token there I waited there for almost for more than 30min even after we say that it’s an emergency. Very pathetic service at least I have faced.

The best women and child care hospital in our tri-cities.
During the covid, I was worried more about hygiene and have observed this missing in many places in our city. This place has high maintenance and offers services just like any other corporate hospital in Hyderabad.
The doctors are very experienced and staff are very freindly and very co-operative.
I had a normal delivery and my delivery experience was very smooth and good. I had team of good doctors and nurses during my labor. The nurses/staff are also well experienced, co-operative and well dressed.
The pediatrics section is also good with good experienced doctors.

Would highly recommend this hospital for any women or child related thingy.

There is a lady in (o.p) name called Dr. Bader unnisa. She is one of the kind. Thank you everyone for taking care of my sister and her baby.

As an unexpected twist, just a day before my planned delivery date I had to change my doctor and hospital for some unforeseen events. Then I got to know about this hospital from a known friend of my father. I went to consult Dr. Prashanti for the first time on Feb 5th. And after consulting her, I had some positive vibes and decided to get admitted that night. I delivered my baby the next morning on Feb 6th. Doctor was very sweet and since I was little anxious, my pulse went on to 130 and to relax and distract me Dr started conversing with me. The whole conversation we had while she performed the section would remain memorable to me. The overall experience of mine here starting from the consultation, the c-section (previous delivery was a section otherwise there are lot of normal deliveries happening here?), the post delivery treatment, gynae and pead follow up's, house keeping, food, hospitality everything were very very good and we were totally satisfied. No unnecessary rush of the baby to NICU. My baby was right next to me since his birth till we discharged. The concept of providing donor milk rather than formula to the newborn is also good. But one suggestion i would like to give is to make sure there are enough stashes of the milk available and labelled properly with the time of extraction. My baby had to suffer a lot due to unavailability of milk. And the last thing, we were surprised at the time of discharge was the incurred hospital charges. It was very very decent amount (or I can say very less) for the services they offered. I highly recommend this hospital. One of the best in warangal I can say considering the overall services.

No punctuality for the doctor. People at reception keep on saying the same story, ' doctor would arrive within halfen hour to every patient. What about scanning service?

I got admitted in this hospital for my first pregnancy and very much satisfied with their hospitality.the atmosphere is so friendly and comfortable.after my delivery I didn't felt not even for a single second that I was in hospital.they made sure that patient is provided with healthy meals recommended by pediatrician from time to time.

The house keeping was well maintained and systematic.they made sure to clean twice a day which resulted in not even a single mosquito in hospital premise.

My son was born in Prashanthi Hospital. Doctors took care of the complete pregnancy and post-pregnancy treatment. My wife and baby were healthy at the time of delivery.
