Worst thing is that we got cheated by the caretaker and management.one theft in the dark and the other, straight in our face by refusing to refund

Care providers are untrained, irresponsible and unhygienic. Not worth the money, just unwanted stress.

Fraudsters! Don't take the services from this place. Caretakers are not trained properly and have no ethical values are all. They just take the advantage of the weakness of the old people. Caretakers stolen the money and left without any intimation. Caretakers were not paid the salary so they are indulging in such activities. Don't waste your time, energy and money in this. We had a very worst experiences. Lack of communication between home and caretakers They didn't even refund the money to us and instead started threatening. Friends be careful with such homes.

The worst service I have ever seen person who comes for the service he won't even stay with in one month he will jump without informing us and also they will theft the things too and more over office people won't return over money if we ask our money to return back they will say why will i give you money I won't give you this is the response what we got from this office so please don't choose this oldage home and don't how they got that much rating, I think they themselves have given those ratings.

Worst experience Just looting the money from old people using their weakness and had stolen amount from home and the team supports their theives

Very unprofessional service. The caretakers are not trained & lack past experience and the agency lies about this. One caretaker stole from us and the agency personal is not picking up our calls. They have to return us our money and loss caused but no response from 20 days.
