Our doctors Dr. Chandra Mohan and Dr. Soundarya went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well-informed about my mother's procedure. They explained every aspect of the treatment in detail. Their expertise and compassionate approach put our minds at ease, and we felt reassured throughout the entire process.
Dr. Anil who helped handled all the administrative work and scheduling was always ready and willing to answer any questions we had, providing us with all the support for scheduling medical tests, paperwork, medicines and post surgery care information. The result was that my mother's procedure went extremely well, and her recovery has been swift.
The facility was constantly being cleaned and sanitized. They also did not attempt to keep us an extra day or overcharge us for services. This level of transparency and integrity is greatly appreciated.

This hospital is good in looting the Money from patient, after taking all the tests x-rays and scans they didn't figure out the patient problem. They made patient to suffer for many months and the doctors don't know what exactly the problem facing by the patient and didn't solve it. So I have taken second opinion and problem got solved and patient is back to normal and very happy with his life.

Pls try to solve the patient problems otherwise recommend to some other hospital or a doctor to fix it, instead of keeping the patient in a hospital and giving treatment only for making money and not fixing the problem.

Whoever facing a problem with urine infection pls dont go to this hospital. I have faced it.

Hospital team is having worst behavior
There is no proper system, there is no token system, they will send to meet the doctor whenever we r forcing only, till now, they will interchange Files, due to lack of management observation.
In this regard I already intimated to Shri Chandra shekhar sir, he said to the assistant, make a note, this happened in 2019 March, at that time took 3hours waiting period, now almost close to 2 hours, still same thing happened

My Father has undergone Major Surgey under Dr Chandra Mohan Sir. He is highly experienced and his way of dealing the problem is so cool and good.

I have been treated in this hospital for kidney stones. I have undergone a URSL/RIRS for stone removal. Initially Doctors helped me with medicine for few days to pass the stones on own unfortunately the stone is little bigger than 10mm and stuck in mid ureter. So had to go for procedure.
The hospital is very friendly atmosphere. The staff has well knowledge on all the patient caring things. Rooms are very clean. Every hour or 2 hours the staff is cleaning and sanitizing as well. Doctors supervision is all we need and I am happy with frequent Doctors visits nd most important the billing system is very transparent and clear and no surprises in billing as you see them in many corporate hospitals. Finally the Chandra Mohan sir and his staff is well experienced on all the kidney related issues.

They are not at all professionals as per my experience. No one is bothered about appointment. On phone give different time and when in hospital they are not attending on time. We sat there for 2 hours prior to the given time. But no one attended.

I felt very poor care from doctor.and so commercial.dr.roopa not even spent 2min to check usg-whole abdomen scan.she just finished whole abdomen scan in 1 and half to 2min duratuon.i dnt know how quickly they are checking the patient and sending out.
I never recommend this radiologist.
Doctor not even checked abdomen in proper way.she just checked lower abdoemn and sent out.being a doctor I could identify that.
But for patients it's really painful thing.its very bad on management part and doctor too
