Worst hospital, they don’t follow time. Doctor is not professional, he is always late.don’t prefer this hospital.

Worst Worst Worst Management, They do not give proper appointment timings, doest know anything and doesn't lift the calls most of the times.

Hospital still exists only because Doctor is good or else its 1 star maintenance Hospital.

I agree with others about management, reception, administration mishandling for the appointments, but Dr. Ramesh has God given cure in his hand. He is the best pediatrician in Hyderabad I believe. He listens carefully, his smile, his understanding and proper medicine is a blessing. My son is 5 yrs old, having developmental delay, seizures history and we visit only him for any concern of my child.

I have no idea of the Gynecologist here.

Hospital is clean and has rides.

The process followed here to consult doctor is really worst. Even though you call prior and take appointment, where a token number is given, the system here doesn’t follow the sequence. The management at the reception manipulate the series to the known personal to them.

Doctor is be good, he checks up and gives good medicines.

Wouldn’t recommend this hospital, just because of improper management.

Worst service i have seen in the list.of hospitals not a minimum courtesy to patients who approached to hospital staff is worser than worst and better they can do cleaning the roads than sitting in hospital

Very bad behaviours by staff and they are suitable for cleaning roads than sitting in hospitals and surprise how doctors are.running the hospital with these staff

Excellent supervision of Dr. Ramesh, Paediatrician. But, reception can be improved in terms of prior booking and timings

Worst hospital doctor will come only if there is more then 6 to 7 patients otherwise you need to pay double and sunday is holiday what ever the emergency they wont treat you

Very bad staff, they need to consider the patients time.they will chit chat with each other with out informing doctor. Some times swipe machine won't work and they will ask patients to wait for the payment with out thinking about any other alternative.

Dr Sunitha Avasarala is the worst doctor I have ever come accross! She is soo transactional. Does not listen to what problem the patient is facing. Super Rude and emotionless. Will just listen to you for the heck of it. Does not treat patients with empathy or sympathy. Horrible and worst doctor I have ever come accross.

To add to it, the staff is also not soo good and will just keep repeating the same thing 100 times! Waiting time is like forever. No proper management, unhygienic and the worst gynaec ever.

Doctor Sunitha doctor is very commercial doctor. She is very arrogant doctor. She doesn't listen patients problems patiently. She is very money minded. I had very bad experience with her. I consulted her to remove polyp in genital region. She told me when consulted "it is a very minor operation we will give local anesthesia and it will completed in just 15-20minutes and you can go with in half an hour to your home". She told me to me to come at early morning 5'O clock in the morning. I went as she said. She allocated a room for me. At 7.30 am nurse take me to surgery room. Then she gave me anesthesia injection at my hand (not local anesthesia) to me with out any intimation to me. After injection I don't know what was done.whole day I was in the room where she allocated for me. She charged me RS. 8000 for that. When we ask her why did she do like that she gave reply very carelessly. She is doing business with patients. She wants money only.

The most worst hospital in manikonda. Irresponsible front desk people. They missed my appointment, they are disconnecting call when we ask for appointment.

My son was suffering with dengue and we visited Dr. Ramesh garu post consultating i felt i met the right doctor, simple physical checks/medicines and my son got fully recovered in 2 days. Thanks you prerana.

Doctor Ramesh is Good but he need to improve his staff. I suggest Doctor and staff to improve the waiting period and understand the PAIN of children and Parents.

Utterly useless management. Patients are not given realistic waiting time. They don't take appointments. The reception staff is rude and unhelpful

Very worst experience at Prerana hospital. The staff does not know a thing. They ask you to come walk in but there will be a pile of patients before you and they don’t even intimate you about the queue. They don’t even clearly tell you where you are in the queue. Very worst management and don’t even think to take your kids here as the hygiene is worst

One of the worst hospitals in manikonda, management wise. No concept of appointments, unhygienic and smelly. No realistic ETA. They ask you to wait for 10 minutes and it ends up taking more than an hour and that it is if you are lucky. Im hoping i go home without any new diseases
