At first i was very nervous about the surgery. But the hospital stall was very friendly. They explained me everything and let my fear go away. I especially thank Dr. Pollishetty Ramachandran for his excellent effort in making my operation successful. He was friendly with me during the surgery. It made me felt very comfortable in the operation theatre. Even the post surgery consultation was nice. If you're from another city and can't visit the hospital you can have the post surgery consultation through online with the doctor. Overall my hospital experience was too good. In Pristyn Care, team attends to the patient-my experience is as follows: The team member has not visited the Hospital and did not brief me about facilities in the Hospital. Approach Road to Hospital was dug. We had to walk to the Hospital after getting down from Taxi Car sent by Team. Team member was not there to receive us in the Hospital and to make us feel comfortable in our Room. There was no Canteen in Hospital for patient and Attendant to take food. We had to request hospital Aaya and attendants to bring Food from near by hotel. I was not told to give Post dated Blank cheque at the time of discharge and for Insurance claim and reimbursement. In Pristyne care TEAM IS PLAYING VITAL ROLE FROM START TO FINISH. So, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL ABOVE THINGS ARE. TAKEN CARE. CO-ordination among team members is also important. OTHERWISE, Services of Team members and Doctor has been EXCELLENT
