No point in visiting this clinic. They do physical examination and even if it can be treated by medicine, they suggest for laser surgery.
Doctor is no mood to listen and have prescribed pain killer which can be suggested by any RMP doctor.
They do free consultation so that they can suggest laser surgery and get more money than consultation charges.
Better to go for homeopathy and ayurvedic medicine which has no side effects, but it takes time to recover.
Pls do not visit and waste your time.

Never give your number to these guys, I have got atleast a hundred calls in last 6 months from pristine care asking if I need anything.

Completely misleading information is being given on the name of free consultancy, and they said there’s no medicinal treatment for fissure, asking to to get surgery done if insurance is available at free of cost or else it’ll cost 50-60 thousand.

We had very good experience with Pristyn. In specific need to thank the team of Pristyn, Vineeth who is the patient co ordinator assigned showed us more concern and having lots of patience to listen and answered to all our queries. The co ordinator made the process as a cake walk for us.

My experience with pristyn is good. I had a lump/fibroadenoma in breast and had a surgery for that removal. Initally I was very afraid of surgery as it could be a serious problem/ might feel severe pain with surgery. I was treated by Dr. Jagadish for lipoma removal. Pristyn care was platform which initiated consultation as well as surgery. However there could be few improvements like detail explanation of post surgery care and impact towards daily activities and conversation gaps too.

Before reaching pristyncare and gone through surgery by Dr. Jagadish Kiran since 9 years I did all kind of things to remove gynaecomastia such as gyming, cardio, running, Chinese exercises, dips etc but nothing worked. Before reaching Dr. Jagdish, I have consulted many other doctors but didn't get that confidence to get myself treated with them. The way he explains the problem and earns your confidence is really commendable.

As I the cyst was big and was really infected, doc advised to keep the wound open and check for re occurrence of both cyst and pus.he gave personal attention after the surgery for almost 2 weeks for regular dressing and finally when he was confident about the cyst and infection was completely eradicated, then he stitched the wound and advised medication for fast healing.

I am really thankful for his care and patience to revert to my endless doubts.

He is the best doctor i would suggest him for any patient who is getting diagnosed with lipoma.and on the other hand pratik from Prystin care was the one who took care of me from the management part. He helped me with the fast discharge process.
And thank you Prystin care for this best every polite service.

There management is pathetic they made some wait for an hour even after booking an appointment. Last they sent someone else who came after use. Not sure how the doctor is

I had an Umblical hernia surgery conducted by doctor Abdul Moeed which was successfull. The doctor is very well experienced and is a nice person who explained me the process thank you sir. But I had bad experience with prystine health care people so irresponsible and not even care about people who joined by them by telling sweet words and not answer calls. I don’t want to mention names but they have to correct the method of service. I got disappointed and discharged after one day later due to those irresponsible people. My suggestion don’t go to this prystine healthcare. Thanks

Really it was a hassle free experience, doctor Sujit Nagar understood the problem completely and explained the laser surgery process clearly. After the surgery 3 to 4 days severe pain was there but as time progresses the pain got reduced and I am getting back to my normal life. Thanks to pristyn care once again

Pristyn care is very good especially Akshay is too good. They took good care of us Dr Anujkumar sir given best advice for my mother for varicose veins and she is too week for laser surgery. I recommend everyone must visit them.

Mental harassment and unprofessional behavior by everyone at Pristyn Care (Admin and Management). I got admitted to the Hospital (Srujana Hospital) and all the pre-surgery processes had started, but I was told on the operating table that my Doctor has changed from Mr. Anuj Patel (Doctor I have consulted 2-3 times) to Dr. Dheeraj (never visited him). Utter non-sense how can anyone get surgery done from another doctor, paid Rs. 9000 (hospital bills) because I refused to get it done. They simply said it’s a small surgery, I am shocked on how they can classify it as small.

Think before you get treated here -

1. Free cab to hospital - sounds great, just make sure your doctor is right!

2. Srujana Hospital - Don't go with the reviews, it's unhygienic to say the least.

3. Confirmation with doctor - Make sure you get the doctor you visited by confirming (10-15 times)
