MONEY GRABBING HOSPITAL. Don't come to this hospital even if you have an option. This is that worse. My dad came for piles laser surgery, they never told us that surgery would happen at some third party hospital which was a completed joke in the name of hospital. They are complete fraud, they took 40k for the surgery for the laser surgery. 40K includes 1 day full admission to hospital. The hospital was a complete nightmare, we didn't even stay there for complete day it was that worst. Please avoid this hospital at all cost.

Spl I give to thanks to Mr Pyush mehta they gide to me like a family member because my native place is Kanpur & I shifted my family to Hyderabad my son is suffering from kindey stone in I thought how I will treat other states where I have to go what I have to do that time Mr pyush mehtha call me & arrange a call with Dr Priyank MS urologist & Dr priyank gide me. Doctor Mohd Khaja listened to the problem, explained the condition and gave needed prescriptions. Good first experience.

Worst experience. They delayed the surgery time, included unnecessary bills. Delayed the transport. No after surgery support. Prystin care don't have any hospitals, the surgery will be in some hospital in outskirts. Opt for alternatives.

Don't trust them only marketing people say everything will be done on time no proper time management or no proper response and all bakwass never trust them.doctors will never attend the cases in time.you will end up with frustration with there service.

Very unprofessional service, no coordination between hospital and pristyn care, patients be uninformed about the procedure and total bill, after the treatment the concerned person would abscond and patients would be charged extra all possible.

I was treated by the best doctor for gallstones in Hyderabad, thank you so much. Pristyn Care makes sure the patient never feels like a patient. Starting from the first appointment, the surgery, till the follow ups after surgery, everything was taken care of by them. Great service. The thing that impressed me the most was that the care buddy by Pristyn Care got all the hospital’s paperwork and insurance work done in time. Everything was hassle-free!

What they quote is what they charge. They immediately waived off the extra amount that was charged by the hospital. Also, they maintained complete transparency with me in every step of the process by providing me bills for everything. I have already seen their clinics so when they told me about staying at their partner hospital for the surgery, I was not sure. But their partner hospital where I was operated was equally superb. The medical staff was very courteous and professional. After the surgery, they even provided me cab facilities that dropped me at my home. A great experience within my budget! My son told me that they even provided food without any cost to him when he stayed with me at the hospital. The surgery was completed without any complications.

Services are great but after that, I have tried to contact pristyn care to get my original bills but nobody picked the phone and nobody responded to my messages, I am still waiting fot the response.
