Pristyn Care, they are cheating a lot, don't believe anyone.morning on 20th-10-2023 at 8 am and had a transils operation.
I did not have an operation, I wasted a lot of time, and I suffered a lot.before amount paid.
Prashanth told me that everything was clear but after going to the hospital they gave me a lot of problems. I was on a 20-hour fasting.

One of the worst hospitals; they lack experienced doctors and their own hospital for performing surgery. My sister had undergone tympnoplasty surgery, which failed and left my sister disabled for life. They say great things about their service, but they still have that competency. They are more interested in making money, and they prey on insurance rather than patients' health.

We had good experience with pristyn care. Consulted Doctor Shilpa mam for my daughter for adenoidtonsillectomy. She explained everything well. Diya from Prystin care was our co-ordniator and was always available a call away. Surgey was done at Sri sigma hospital few days back. All procedure went well. Pre and post followup appointments, discharge and bill was taken care by them. Highly recommend pristyn care.

Coming to Dr. Shilpa Shrivastava madam.when we visit to her clinic she was soo friendly and explained us about diagnosis verey clearly and point to point. I visited so many hospitals regarding my personal issues i never seen ah friendly doctor like Shilpa madam even after surgery also shilpa madam explained us further care and after discharge we went to our home place my wife suffering with some nose pain so i contacted emergency number on SUNDAY EVENING witch given in discharge summary. If you are looking for ENT specialist. This "Pristyn Care" is one of the best place i can say. Dr. Shilpa Srivastav madam is very polite in listening your problems and gives you proper time. She diagnose properly, explains your problem as well as solution also. What better treatment or surgeries are there, she explains everything in good way so that any non-medico person can also understand easily. She even diagnose my throat again when i asked for some different problems. She gave me medicine for 5 days and my throat started to heal.
And for "Pristyn Care" ; they don't even charged me anything when i went for followup after 6 days. It was like a surprise for me that anybody is not charging for follow-up. One of their representative will take care of you and call you about your checkup/diagnose and all. So, Don't hesitate to go there.

It was great experience from consultations to post surgery was great. Dr. Jagadish Kiran was very helpful in addressing my problems.

I had worst experience with my son surgery. Until the surgery pristyn guys are back of me and confirmed cashless surgery including only one day admit. But post surgery they didn't even bother and switched off all the connects. The meals promised as well not provided. We suppose to get discharge by 6pm but these people cheated saying pending with insurance until 9 pm. Later mentioned it will get done in 2 hours. Actually it is pending with pristine care as they want us to stay until next day just for my insurance coverage get high they told all lies and switched off mobiles until next day morning 8am. We were waiting whole night expecting we will get discharged, as their is no proper communication. Next day morning 9am one nurse told ur insurance got cleared and u can go by giving only one piece of paper mentioning about medication. No file and next appointment details. By the way the hospital is worst one which they provided Renova. They did surgery that's it. No follow up, no care, no food and e.t. C

The worst service, I booked an appointment 2 days in advance. Got a confirmation of the appointment when I booked and also the morning of the appointment. I reach the hospital and the receptionist informs me she is in surgery all day. No one informed that it was canceled for the past 2 days.

Dr. Prudhvinath is a very easy going doctor with great experience to deal with patients. My experience with doctor was so good. Surgery went very smoothly. Hi I have done surgery recently with pristýn care refered doctor Mr Talluri Suresh babu garu and they are very professional and excellent in their operation activity from admission process to discharge, they will be in touch with you all the time.now in India surgeries became hassle free with this new service provider. I don't know what went wrong. But I booked an appointment for 10: 30 AM verbally but later changed to 10: 50 AM. I waited for another half an hour but no one arrived. Delay is fine but too much delay may lead to patients leave a bad impression. This might be due to various reasons like weekends etc.but the delay can be conveyed to patients a bit prior so that no bad impressions get created. From here onwards make appointments that are convenient for both doctors and patients to rectify this issue.

I am very happy with the services that are provided my Pristyn care and specially Geetika Singh and also the Doctor thank you very much for taking care of my health really appreciate ur help and support

Had an appointment with doc.it was good to see the precautions taken by doc in her clinic.she understood the problem. I developed fungal infection in one ear she cleaned it and was quick enough to tell what to be done and what not. (. This was the possible mistake which I did when I had an appointment with an earlier ENT specialist). Let me get on the medication suggested that should relive me with the pain

I don't recommend to go for this clinc. Suction machine is not available to clean the ear in the clinic, they said it will take 4- 5 days to get the machine. They asked me to visit another clinic to clean the ear as we used ear drops for almost 10 days. I have paid Rs 500 for both consultation and for follow up visit includes cleaning the ear. Their customer care took 5-6 days to provide consultation bill and that too with so many follow ups. Their customer care don't speak procesional language.

Finally I visited another different clinic to get the ear cleaned.

I visited pristine care for the treatment of ear block and pain, It was a good experience, the doctor treated me well and explained the problem clearly, it took around a week time to get completely recovered.probably the location of the clinic can be in a good location otherwise overall it was a good experience.

Hassle free surgical experience from pristyn care. My consultant was Dr. Moid, he was very honest and friendly manner, in first appointment it self explained me all the problems and suggestion of surgery. And decided to take surgery due to pain, I told them i have a insurance for hospitalization, advantage is that, they will accept all the insurance's and they will find which hospital will be suitable for your insurance.they won't give any trouble to patients, from home pickup to till the discharge they will arrange one person to takecare all documentation and admission procedure and etc work. In my case I should say thanks to pristyn care executive sandeep who is there with me till the discharge from hospital.

Actually i visited many clinics during 5 months for Gallbladder surgery of my mother. Due to pandemic doctors refusing surgical procedure. But Dr. M. A. Moied and Mr. Krishna help me lot as on 1st appointment only they understand the case and quick arrange for surgery coz i already waste lot of time.
And with in 4 Days surgery is done and my mother feeling well thank god.

Their official timing is till 7: 30pm, I visited at 6: 30pm but doctor ear doc refused to check me even though she was free and there was sufficient time left to close.

Never in my life i have seen saying doc saying NO to patient, this doesn't suits to their profession.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!

I went there after taking appointment to find doctor wasn't there since morning. Call center guy was rude and less professional. Talked arrogantly and wasted my time. In clinic staff sounded ok. No idea about doctor as couldn't see the doctor. Overall it wasted few hours of my time and mood too.

Recently we have contacted Pristyne care for our father's nose surgery. They have arranged everything for the surgery and ease the work for us. They are very supportive and the surgery went very smoothly. Thanks to the Dr. Prawahar Chiluveru for his patience in explaining the problem to the patient and the support given during the surgery.

Worst Experience.prescription items suggested were not available at 5 major medical stores including the one below the hospital. Abul who was very rude with me and didn't respond call when requesting for prescription change.no alternate numbers to call. Not the way to treat patients. I have paid full money.not a free service.keep that in mind that patients come with suffering.treat them with respect. Atleast doctor should have responded on behalf of ignorant Abdul

Consulted the clinic recently, overall good experience and supporting staff with well maintained precautions and hygiene during this covid pandemic.

Life's Worst ever experience i ever had. Its long but worth of reading. Trust me the worst doctor and service i ever had. It seems like doctor doesn't know anything otherwise a normal person was handling patients on absence of doctor. I had a issue with ear infection but the doctor don't able to diagnose that also. I had a severe pain in ear. She was least interested to know my condition. And finally she gave a conclusion that i have joint pain issue. Woww. Where i am regularly noticing pus coming outside from ear. And there is small boil inside my ear. But the doctor didn't see anything and when i told about my issue what i am going through and the symptoms about she had shouted on me and told that Am i a doctor or you are doctor? A doctor should decent sober in nature but the doctor here is pathetic and very arogant very bad attitude.

Very good treatment availed here for my right ear problem where bacteria causing infection had developed and has been troubled me for five days. After using the medication by the doctor now my ears are perfect back to normal with no pain

Recently One month back I was taken the nose treatment at Pristyn Care ENT Clinic. Now I'm feeling well thanks to Dr. Mounika.

I like the appointment process in this Covid-19 situation.

They gave the appointment with Dr. Mounika at 2.30pm. Went there to show the ulcer on tongue. The reception guy says the doctor is not willing to see anything related to mouth! No medical ethics. I have gone to Dr. Rao's ent at gachibowli then and shown to a very good doctor there.

Had a great experience with Pristyn care ENT. Dr Mounika is very cool and asked for every detail about my sinus problem and best treatment.

Doctor doesn't come on time. No prior information that doctor will be late even if we have appointment. Clinic doesn't have contact number to check whether it is opened or not. Central customer care don't care about patients. Invoices are shared in negative amount and we need to call to get the right invoice again. There is no proper training to the support staff on how to handle patients.

As far as doctor is concerned, she listens to patients carefully and provides the proper treatment

I have been to this clinic a few months back. The staff is really nice and they helped me out solve my nose issue completely. I had consulted a few doctors from other clinics but couldnt get a solution for my problem. I got a surgery done with Dr. Mounika and it was good experience and solved my nose problem.

I wish other clinics would have had the same approach. Instead, they advice on taking medications which offer minor relief.

I had my advanced tonsils surgery at Pristyn Care using Coblator. I even didn't feel any pain after my surgery. It was so smooth. I joined my office just after a day of my surgery. Not a good doctor (Dr Mounika) at all.
I went to her for my wife's problem.
My wife was having nose blockage.
Initially, we decided to go this doctor after seeing the reviews but now
I wonder about all other reviews which are mentioned here - not sure if they are genuine or not.
She saw and said that she wants to do surgery. I was shocked because we also did not think that the problem is so severe. She clearly told that there is no medicine for this. When we went to another ENT doctor, he just gave some medicines and now my wife is fine.
We also got CT scan done because Dr Mounika terrified us with the surgery and shown the reports to another ENT doctor. As per another ENT doctor, there was not problem at all.
I will never recommend this doctor to anyone who is ready to perform surgery for simple problems.

I came for tonsil surgery and people were helpful. First I had a word on phone with someone then I was sent for surgery where personally I got assisted which I liked, I mean fear kam hojaata hai thoda agar koi professional saath rahe toh. Toh haan aise kuch kami to nahi lagi, sab sahi hi tha. I am very happy.

My FESS and Septoplasty was very much convinient with these people. They have a wide network, my consultation despite of taking place at Delhi, my surgery took place in Hyderabad.
