Consulted about 3 months ago for second opinion.
There is hardly any space even to stand in the clinic. Paid Rs. 700 fees and waited for an hour before the doctor's assistant called and copied all particulars from the test reports. Again waited about 20 minutes for my turn. Dr. Mukherjee just glanced at the notes made by his assistant and asked me to go for CT angiography at medicover hospital. The representative from hospital waiting at reception. On contacting him I was asked to report at the house
the hospital for angiography and it costs Rs. 25000
Since the test charge is high I didn't go. The CT angiography cost only Rs. 10000. Is it justified?

I am getting my father treated here, Dr. Mukharjee is senior cardiologist and well experienced in treating cardiac patients. Clinic is very decent and waiting is long due to the high demand for doctor.

He responded very fast at that time. The team did all the test as required. In that test it was resulted Pancriatic Necrotize. We panic suddenly by hearing that news, but Dr. Kranthi sir make us courage, and srarted treatment by consulting Gastriologist and made treatment by Dr. Venkatesh with no delay. And my father said all the infrastructure and taking care of patients in Polite way in ICU room. After every checkup Doctors use to come and explain the Problem of the patient in cleard way to my family members. Thank you so much Dr. Kranthi Sir. Now my father has completely cured from this disease.

Even for non-covid patient they are charging 40000/day (with out pharmacy), in swab test it results Negative, they don't do CT scan and in Discharge Summary they has mentioned that they had noticed symptoms, be careful first they will record a video and after that they will tell we have intimated you earlier.

My father had severe cardiac arrest, we approached Pulse hospital where the staff and the doctors responded to the situation within seconds, which helped my father to come out of critical condition. Completely waste front line staff.not even bothering patients.we came from very long and those guys asked us to stood up for 40 minutes just to do the data entry stuff (feeding patients details into computer)

We had great experience at Pulse heart. Admitted my mother (Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi) with covid positive and was critical. As she was in ICU we had no access to her. All the staff of all levels of heirarchy, from doctors to ward boys were very polite, caring, compassionate and humorous. Nurses and aayas were very caring, never my mom during her 14days stay felt alienated, discriminated by them due to her current condition. Though it's their duty/ job they have done with more dedication.
My mom felt Dr. Mukherjee's approach is very kind and he always made her feel at ease and his humor and motivating words helped her to come out of crisis. We are very grateful to him as he really lived up to his tagline of the name of his hospital 'aatmiyatato'. Last but not the least Dr. Kranthi, counseled us, always there to clear our concerns. I have admitted 2 members of my family in this hospital due to COVID-19. Both spent 6 days in the facility and have been provided the best care and hospitality. They were treated with great care and were released after they have recovered. Great thanks for Dr. Kranthi Kumar and Dr. Mukherjee, they were very good at treating and curing my family members of their illness. They have been very patient in terms of answering my questions and helping even after being discharged from the hospital.
Special thanks to the workers, nurses and other care takers who were very gentle and kind.

Found fully commercial.first time visit will cost minimum 5000, they make patient undergo unnecessary tests, doctor answered only questions what I asked he never gave his analysis and opinion or patients heart condition not even thorough analysis of reports done.
Good part is reasonablly less wait time (compared to apollo or other big hospital) and all basic tests under one roof.

I am very happy.that my grand father feels very happy after consulting dr.mukharjee compared to previous doctors. I will definitely suggest those who are facing problem with cardiac issue just once have a check up with him.

I'm Subir Adhikari from Kolkata. I visited Dr. Mukharjee on 9/2/2019 at Pulse Heart Center. He has done my angiogram on 13th.very efficiently with his own hand from my wrist access very quickly. I couldn't feel any pain. Next day on 14th.he performed IVUS, Angioplasty with single stent grafting successfully within a very short period. No order at all and also appointment booking isn't available. Poor visitor/patient handling. No parking space. You need to park your vehicle on roadside at your own risk.
