On Saturday night i met with an accident and my leg little finger was severely damaged and i was bleeding badly.
Dr at Pulse hospital took me to emergency and initially tried to stop bleeding and post that they gave me stitches almost 15 which made me feel better as i was dead scared that i might loose my finger due to this unfortunate incident. Thank you doctor for the immediate response and the best part was he was keeping me relaxed throughout the suturing without getting panic.

It was my first and worst experience. I suggest everyone not to go to this hospital. One star also waste. Doctors can't understand patients simple problems and they're giving " WRONG TREATMENT" last week i visited hospital for stomach pain but they prescribed me heavy dose tablets because of that again I had to admitted in Kims hospital kondapur for 2/3 days. But the doctor fails to understand every patient/relative can’t be a medico. He himself doesn’t know too many things for the patient’s condition he’s treating. I realise the service is super overpriced. This hospital charges way more than anyone else in this area with worst service.
PoV: i observed when someone is giving review what they experienced (Negative) immediately the hosp is posting 3/4 fake positive reviews to balance they rating. How can you people manipulate this only just to get more money? Am truly baffled by all the stellar reviews on this page. I wonder if the doctor paid for them

Was referred to this hospital by one of my relatives. Have been to this hospital before conceiving. With Dr Farah Rahman and Dr Farzana nikhath was able to get conceive. Must tell about Dr Farah. She is wonderful doctor I have ever seen. Her clinical diagnosis is very sharp. Will only suggest if required. Never found commercial nature in her. All thanks to Dr Farah Rahman.

Pulse hospital dont even deserve 1 star because on 10/02/23 I went here because my right thumb suddenly some how got swollen and having pain so jzt for basic check up. The nurse are very cunning they unnecessarily gave me 1462/- medicine as there so called doctor prescribe and moreover aftr having 2 medicine my wound got spread. This kind of treatment u guys are providing.

I took my kids to different hospitals for check up but they always prescribed more than 10 syrups visited pulse hospital thrice for both of my kids the doctor there only prescribed what was needed and also no lab tests felt really satisfied with the treatment and approach five stars from my side now and always

Suggests unnecessary tests and prescribes vitamin tablets for normal cold and fever just to collect more amount from patients.

Never felt we are in hospital, hospital is giving first class facilities. Staff here is very courteous they counsel patient very well and always comes to you with smile and positive vibes. I was suffering from dengue fever and I have been to few local hospitals and clinic in Hafeezpet area much to my surprise they gave me medicines which are really not needed and high dose injections which are not at all the protocol of treatment coz of which my platelet count was falling and I was developing rashes later I found out about Pulse Hospital and Dr Afsar Hussain who previously worked with Apollo Hospitals explained me the condition and the severity and it just took him 3 days to make me regain the platelet count and without actual giving me any extra or unrelated treatment he cured me unlike the local RMP and other unqualified money making doctors. I really thank him and his team from saving me and giving the right treatment

Mr Aslam from the management was very helpful with us during the emergency from arranging blood till the operation as well as the post operative care as we were new to the city and the doctors were very cooperative they took extra time and care to make sure that we never had any kind of discomfort I would definitely suggest this hospital for anyone in and around kondapur region for Check up as well as any kind of surgeries
