They have a good collection but the staff isn't too interested in making a sale. We went to buy walking shoes and home slides but the staff didn't bother asking or showing us products. We finally bought it at Skechers because both staff and products were far better.

Great Experience of selecting the right shoes for my personal need at this PUMA store. Good ambiance and enough collections at the store. The service rendered by Jesse was excellent explaining the details of each model which helped me to narrow down the perfect model. Jesse arranged me the right shoe size in a short time from another store though it was not available at that moment.

Staff is too lazy/oversmart, they told PUMA doesn't have arch support shoes. Earlier We bought it from PUMA another store. We have asked 1 guy and 1 lady regarding this but no use, disgusting people, someone needs to take an action on them, otherwise PUMA may loose it's brand value. Finally we bought them from another brand & store in the same mall.

Great place to shop clothes and shoes with lots of varities of collection. Also prudhvi is very helpful to me on my last purchase.

Initially thought it was just a small store but later on actually visiting it found that it actually have plethora of shoe collections that I was unable to find it anywhere locally. I was a satisfied customer and ended up buying 2 sneakers for myself all because of the well trained and mannered staff, expecially Akhil who politely with alot of patience heard all my requirements and suggested alot of options in my price range with an added benifit of discount on top of them. I don't know about people taking reviews seriously but I had to write it down because of the good experience I had.

I have visited this store recently for buying motorsport merchandise of puma. Very courteous staff. Akhil Raj has helped me by getting the right size for me from other store and following up with me over phone. They have a nice collection which is updated regularly.
