I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, with a one-hour delay in serving our food. Additionally, they seemed to prioritize larger tables, neglecting the needs of smaller groups. Our server didn't even bother to take our order, leaving us feeling ignored throughout the meal. Overall, a frustrating and unenjoyable dining experience.
On top of the service issues, the food was only average at best. The prolonged wait and lack of attention to smaller tables overshadowed any potential enjoyment from the mediocre dishes. It's unfortunate that the overall experience fell short of expectations.
Food was amazing.must try their Lassi This place is worth visiting Good for a get together Worth spending money Very hygienic and very tasty food You can spend nice time with family and friends. I would advise must visit once for a meeting and you can take your friends or relatives visiting from another state to see what is there in Hyderabad.
I feel it's not that much preferable. I suggest you don't go for Non-veg Plater it will disappoint. I tried fried rice which was not very good. Biryani is ok ok.
One of the best places for North Indian food in hyd. The fish tikka was too good. The paneer was avg. When it's crowded they take a very very long time to serve and the service is not that great. The rates are reasonable.
It's a regular eatery, nothing to sing home about. Decor and place overall needs work and investment, as dirt and dust pile up and more things are awaiting demise wherever your eyes land. The overall vibe of the place is casual with a hint of 'noisy and cheap'. The food however doesn't live up to the expectations with enough coloring to keep your hands yellow or red for a month (of course I am exaggerating, let's make it a week). Service is super quick and the only good thing going on. Recommendations on dishes is what we followed and we were disappointed, do your due diligence therefore as waiters aren't the most reliable on advise.
Salad smelled of fish/meat and it gaves us the quick ticket out. We left the chicken dish intact as it was served, overcooked breast pieces that one can chew to infinity. Vegetarian was edible, chilli fish was decent with oodles of color.
Enjoyed the food. The ambiance of the place is okish. The food that you can try is tava chicken biryani, fish briyani, Punjabi Chicken, The must try is the The Big Glass of LASSI, everytime I visit i have make sure I have space for the Lassi
It was my Elder Brothers Birthday yesterday and as usual due to the trust on Punjabi affair, I had ordered Paneer Tikka masala and Malai kofta. The order was delivered soon, but the food was stale and smelling very bad and taste was bad too. The guests had complained about it too and it was an awkward situation for us. I had complained to Zomato they suggested to call the restaurant only as they don't even have the concern to address customers issue. I tried reaching restaurant too, the phone is ringing but nobody cares to answer it even once, hence writing an review. @Punjabi affair n @Zomato, Resolve the issue and refund my amount (Details attached) as I had to make alternate arrangements immediately N it costed me more. Hoping to get a positive response.
Taste is excellent, quality of food is very good, service is nice. One should try butter naan with Patiala chicken. Most of them will fall in love with it if you love a little bit sweet taste in curries.
Decent, Moderately priced, Not a Punjabi ambience you would expect, but food is definitely worth a shot. Recommendation: Lahori Chicken, Chicken Patiala. Don't: Curd rice, Dal Kichidi
Taste of the food is Good. Prices are little high. But the day we visit suddenly smoke from the kitchen starting in to dinning area which is unmanagble for us please takectake of it.
I had been in here on a crowded Saturday night for my dinner. As said the crowd made be feel a bit like a roadside rather than a restaurant. Quality: I am totally happy with the quality of the food. All the menu I had was really good. Quantity: since the quality is good I felt the quantity somewhat not sufficient. Customer service: The time they took to serve was so long that made be feel disgust. They really took too long time and the take order or to serve the food. Ambience: This is somewhat I felt they should completely focused. The place is not so good but then may be the crowd might have made the ambience fade away.
Worst food ever had before ive order chicken 65dumbiriyani which cost 299/- won't sufficent for an single person where served in 500ml plastic box. What I found inside tat 300/- bowl is amazing - fully oiled chicken 65topping - basmati rice where it fulley topped with lemon yellow color - this dish is fully made with tasting salt. Don't dare to order from this restaurant
This is my third time and I loved the taste of butter Naan and butter chicken. They are mouth watering. The Lassi is like heaven. Punjabi food is love.
Not so great place. I see the taste gradually decreased. No fast service. Interestingly, we ordered veg pulao and had literally 4 spoons of it. We asked them to pack the remaining, they packed very little quantity of it and took away the rest of the food. I felt very embarrassed out of it and left the package there itself.
Not maintaining hygiene and to take the orders and serve they will take lot of time also food is not tasty.we ordered kaju pulav but they served kaju fried rice
The best Punjabi restaurant in the Kondapur area where you can feel the real taste of Punjab food and tadka subzi. The best drink is the Punjabi lassi which is awesome and makes you feel relax.
Order methi chaman for 300 (overpriced) instead I received this dry paneer bhurji with some methi. Methi chaman is a oily gravy curry, definitely not this.
Its a has beautiful theme fully “Punjabi” which attractsa lot.with small captions and lingos etc.loved to eat on a bed like a dhaba (not exactly dhaba). Coming to food it was awsm do try the missi roti n lassi it full value for money. A must visit! Its neat n tidy place
Well this place is insanely crowded. They can not manage Parking, waiting and finally providing food on time. We went on Saturday evening and we had awful experience in parking and then almost waited for food around 40 minutes. I did not like the food also so much. It was average test which you can find with little crowded restaurant. Went because a friend wanted to go: (.
Good place for north indian foods. Speciality is punjabi dishes. Chicken patiyala is a must try. Well behaved stuffs and very good sense of customer handling. Don't forget to try 'lassi', that is authentic punjabi which is a must for any foody
It is a fabulous place for a sumptuous meal, especially the North Indian cuisine. Chicken Noorani and stuffed kulcha are a must try. Boneless chicken tawa biryani, butter chicken and tandoori chicken are at top notch as well. Delicious food at a reasonable price.
I rarely give a five star for a restaurant unless it is on the top of my favorites list. I have visited many punjabi restaurants but this one is easily in the top 5. The best punjabi food i ever had. I tried phuljhadi kabab, lahori paneer, butter kulcha, butter missi roti. All were awesome and had a authentic punjabi experience. But the must have item here is the full lassi in the end. Things to improve are service time and more space to accommodate queues or start an app for booking reservation slots.
Probably the best North Indian restaurant available in Hyderabad. There are very few places where you'd like any item that you order, and this is one of them:)
If there is any restaurant that can give you the authentic Punjabi taste. This is it. Try Punjabi affairs. And don't forget to try butter chicken, that's there specially
No match for the food anwhere across hyderabad, but there service totally sucks. Sometime u might haveto wait for more then 1 hour to get your dinner served
In the land of dum biriyani, their tawa biriyani was up for the competition. Over all dood was great and staff were also friendly. And the lassi is a must try if you are here.
Food it good they add too much of cream in everything which actually ruin the good flavour to some extent but still one of the few good places to have north indian food
As always this place would not disappoint you. Awesome Fish Amritsari, Malai methi checking, great kulcha and never miss their lassi, both lassis are good!
Superb mouth-watering Punjabi food. Fish Amritsari, Bhatti Da Murg, Paneer Bhurji, Missi roti, Dal Tadka, Dal Makhani, Alu Paratha, these are the few dishes I have tried here and there's nothing missing in any of them: D You definitely should have their chaas, lassi and the Patiala lassi (you sure can't have a full glass of this giant lassi!) Their service is really quick and good courteous staff.
Great place and good food, irony of the place is there is no Punjabi people staff is majority of the Eastern part of the country. Taste is good overall and it's worth the money spent on the dishes.
Please leave a like if you find this helpful for others too.
Proper Punjabi set up.with a bit of Chinese style here n there.value for money.don't forget to taste the lassi.the menu card has got some interest n creative style
Less than 1 star I ordered food online thru foodpanda. Worst ever no taste nothing. I had to throw away the chicken biryani which was sent to me. I strongly not recommend this restaurant
