PVR Preston Prime, Gachibowli Hyderabad

Sound quality was very poor. And the people who wish to enter the theatre with outside food can use the escalator, as the security guards check you and your stuffs only near the lift. There's no need to see some YouTube hacks to bring in your snacks, you can directly walk-in easily!

Like to go for movies in pvr. As this surprisingly least crowded of all places. Ticket prices also doesn't go very high and almost everytime available. Apart from this the mall doesn't seem to offer anything interesting.

The movie is getting cropped on screen, head room and left side of the screen details are missing due to image getting cropped.

Even when trailers are played the subtitles for the movie are also getting cropped

Observed the last two times I have been to the screen

A mall with just 2 shops at present, but ideal for movie watchers as the mall is quite unknown, still at a well accessible location
and has lesser crowds compared to other PVR's

The guys close all lift doors after the movie and make us get down 5 floors on staircase. Don't ever choose this theater for any movie

Seating are good, picture clarity and sound clarity is good.

Has parking facility and there is no parking charges.

It’s Ok not so good not so bad. Same like any other inox/imax kind of one. Seats and spacing between rows would have been more that might be an added advantage but unfortunately as of now no. And as people nearby comes regularly so there business happens quite good anyways.
Rest of the mall is still in construction. Only 40% is having some shops and theatre that’s it.

This has no shop besides Zudio. I mean the whole preston is under construction for long long time. Covid has hit this place hard and you can feel it. Now coming to the theater, it is good with better seats and clean. So enjoying the movie is only thing that one can do here. Rest is just empty. Looking to do shopping and movie then this is not the theater you want to go.

PVR cinemas in this mall is an excellent place to watch movies. Ample parking, will be great if there are other stores opened in this mall.

Except PVR no shopping complexes are opened currently. Centrally located just before care hospital, Gachibowli.

Small mall only with a fully functional theater right now and some eateries. No retail and commercial space is occupied as yet.

No parking hassles. Amazing interiors. Vertical Garden here is the highlight. You'll never be disappointed if you go to a movie here.

PVR Preston prime is a good theatre in Gachibowli area which has comfortable seating compared to other movie theatres nearby. There is a small Waiting area where we can sit and spacious standing area. Asusual the cost of Eateries is high as in other PVR Cinemas. Ticket cost is also same which is ni difference. Just theatre has Good ambience and comfortable seating here.

Easily Accessible. Peaceful. Not so Crowdy. Good Seating. You can easily spend some quality time with Your Family

Nothing to say anything about Preston prime because I watched movies in all of the PVR screens in Hyderabad but Preston prime is the best compare to all.

The sound system and screen and also maintenance is very good comfortable chairs everything is perfect

Its simple awesome only the movie theater is opend in the 5th floor remaining total shopping mall is yet to finish the interior work and open it may be opened by the end of 2020

Atmos experience is good. Other PVR don't have. Only surround they have. Food price is less compare to other PVR

Really awesome theatres. Excellent sound systems and seating capacity, it's very much preferred to visit for an excellent movie watching experience with very good ambience.

This is the best mall and screen presence, seating arrangement is good. Disadvantages are small washrooms, less shops for shopping. Still they need to improve by getting all branded show rooms into the mall.

Theater was really good, food court is available in 3rd floor I guess. Not tried the food, hope it will be good.

NOT a theatre look, PVR screens are like church pindrop silent untill main show begin hell alot of LED, restrooms like a roadside toilets no privacy. Worstly part is the popcorn served plain with high prise 180/+ (60 gm) you need to add flakes powered outside of your choice which is impossible with the paper cup. Another worst experience we had telugu state telugu movie has subtitles. Never visit again for joy.

This place has become my favourite. The large screen and perfectly balanced height and distance of the seats from the screen is the highlight.
One can enjoy the movie even from the 5th row.

Good place.but still shops to be opened.reuest for shops to open as early as possible.and prices for food is very very high. The smll chocolate doughnut and cream donuts max of 50 rs are been sold at 120.atleast 60 shiuld be fine.but really prices are very high

Cinemas are located at the top floor. There are 4 screens available. You can book online or offline at the box office there. The seats are comfortable inside the theater. Sound and video quality is good.you can order food from your seat when the executive comea for order if you need. Food court is available at the 4th floor, which has many varieties of food available. Store are not yet opened. The mall is located very near to biodiversity park hitech city.there is parking place available inside the mall.

1. Ambience is very good and neat.
2. Picture quality and 3D glasses are at best.
3. Dolby Audio at its best.
4. Popcorn and mixing spices are very good.
5. Cream donout is very Tasty.
6. Spacious Theatre.

Can Improve:
1. Seats can be more spacious and flexible.

Perfect movie experience with great quality in sound and screen clarity. Preston Prime and AMB are the only multiplexes with gives good movie experience

Floors are never clean in my 3 visits (in fact, on one visit there was cold drink spilt on the seat), never have caramel ready (or if they have, it is packed stuff), do not deliver to the seats during daytime shows

The mall itself is beautifully designed and is clean and neat. PVR is as usual in its element. Finally a good alternative for food and fun in the locality.

Opened recently. Absolutely spik & span. Quite a few shops yet to open. The Food Court is now open in the 4th floor. PVR Multiplex has number of screens with comfortable seating arrangements, wide screens with excellent audio systems. Spacious lobby with food court. Number of elevators and also escalator helps visitors. Adequate parking space in the basements with attendants is helpful. Overall a visit to Preston is likely to be a pleasant one.

Really a wonderful setup by PVR in gachibowli.most comfortable seats for relaxation.my first preference yo watch movie and definitely you can expect best movie experience here than any other theater in the city.at reasonable Prices.

Worst company, worst app and much more worst customer service.
Dont use this app they will just collect the payment and not deliver the tickets, later when you call custimer care they will say go to consumer forum or else cyber crime.
Cannot resolve the issue.
I paid 1500 for the purchas eof 5 gift vouchers on 10th November but till now i havent eeceived any tickets.
