The best theatre in Hyderabad good seats they provide good service good food I usually enjoyed watching tiger 3 it’s very nice theater to visit

Nice place to watch the movies and also eating. But the only issue with the theatre is if you're tall like me you've to adjust your legs while watching. No comfortable space for parking and staff also not educated properly.

Best picture and sound quality in movies. Must experience the pvr cinemas especially at RK cineplex, Banjara hills. Good ambiance and modified inside pvr RK cineplex.

I enjoyed it a lot. While seeing the movie with good equipment. Will give you amazing entertainment. You will not be disappointed at any point. The ticket cost is also affordable and maintenance is next level. Those who want amazing entertainment can visit it. Coming to the con's, The food products were hitting the sky. I was disappointed with it. They can provide affordable prices but, they won't do it. If they do then, if 100% occupancy attends to Cineplex then 100% of the audience will do business with them. Then, ultimately sales will increase and profits will also increase.

Theater and maintenance is over all good but for parking place only Little bit we had to adjust but overall theatre is so nice

No washrooms in the mall. If you go to a movie you need get down all the way to parking lot through stairs. No lift.

Recliners are old model otherwise theatre is good.

I think the review title says it all.
I had gone there with my family - for lunch and it was a pathetic experience. First of all, that mall (Cineplex) is in a very sad dilated condition. There is HARDLY anything worth shopping in there, Only thing that works in that mall is the restaurant (blue fox) and the movie theater. For this pathetic option, they charge high parking, and then when you leave your vehicle in their trust, they steal the petrol from your 2wheeler. It is pathetic.
Coming to the restaurant, the ambience is decent, but service is bad.there was dust in my drink and when i asked them to change it, the waiter became full-time investigator and spend a good 2 minutes in front of me trying to figure out if the dust in the drink is from restaurant or customer! Horrible.
Food was ok, but with this overall experience, i am NOT going to this idiotic mall OR this restaurant again. #peaceout.

The parking is in opening and the connection between the ticket counter and the movie theater is crazy. The PVR self ticketing was also not working so we have to wait in the queue to buy the tickets. It's a quiet place which I liked a lot. A family visiting place.

It's an Okay place for a movie or to have some quick bites with friends. I can say it's more of a glorified multi storied Bar than a mall. Pathways are a bit confusing to roam around.
Pros:
1. Quick navigation as it's a small mall.
2. Many pubs cum bars to entertain.
3. The only PVR which is built on a second floor

Cons:
1. Too old to make an impression.
2. No under roof parking due to which all your vehicles are sure to bear the burns and rains.
2. Architecture feels like a mess.
3. Has nothing worth for shopping except some Phone cases, McD, Drinks and Chills etc

Spacious parking space. Well maintained escalators. Amazing sound, screen and seating arrangement. A little over priced quick bites. Overall a fantastic experience. Definitely visit!

Do not visit here. This place has nothing. Complete waste of time. The movie experience itself was pretty bad. They started the movie in the 'wrong format' and everything was blurry. The fixed it afterwards but only after pausing the movie many times in between. Sometimes there was no video and only audio. Stupid. It took 4 hours to finish Endgame here.

Really bad crowd. Children crying in the movie. 3d is terrible and the glasses are too small if you wear spectacles. They don't fit. Overall pathetic.

Its worth watching movie here, place for a comfortable entertainment, refreshing ambiences. Friendly staff. What more can one ask for.

Low profile maintenance and screen by PVR! Not a typical class style of PVR cinemas! But the ticket price haven't compromised for their unusual theatre!

I watched Aquaman there, I had such a good experience. But Inox GVK is better then all the PVR's in that area.

Quality of the sound and picture take us totally into the movie we are watching and the food rates here will send us to the hospital

The theater is good, no doubt about that.
The only problem is with the ads they play.
Imagine going to a 2hr 15min movie and spending 3hrs+ in the cinema. That's exactly what happens at PVR.

Let me share my experience. I've recently been here for taxi wala. The show started 15 mins late. I thought maybe some technical problems caused the previous show run longer.
Finally when I got in, it welcomed me with 20mins ads followed by 10min mandatory statutory warnings. The interval lasted for nearly 25 mins with more ads. I paid for my ticket to watch a movie not ads, and for 30% of the time I sat there all I did was watch ads.
No wonder my show time was delayed.

Came to watch Thugs of Hindosthan and we got confirmation msg and money got deducted and after coming here we come to know that the movie is cancelled and the manager mr Dharma says there is nothing complimentary or anything like that, how were we even let in when the movie was cancelled? When I raieerthis question he says that due to crowd we were let in, so it means that we can enter anytime when it is crowded with any expired tickets so he says that " no we can't because of security people and all", then where was the security when they were letting us in for a movie that was canxcanceand the refund also has not brrn issued. There is no assurance of anything. We lost money, time, excitement and the very unhelpful manager mr dharma can't really do anything about it he can't compensate, he can't refund, he can't, what an incompetent manager and security we have here.

Similar to other PVRs. Bad part about all these multiplexes is, they make you exit through back exit down the stairs. Understand this may be to avoid congestion with people coming in for next show. But these exits are bad experience - like welcoming customers coming and booting them out after the movie is over. This particular PVR was in smaller multiplex, so it was not bad. Worst exit is at Hyderabad Central PVR. Note that they may allowing people who cannot go down stairs to use elevator on request - physically challenged people.

Nice theatre with premium recliner seats. They seem to be great but needs better maintainence. Screen and sound system was great. Food court is very expensive and no option of low sugar and low calorie drinks. Open car park is available next to the cinemas.

Basic eatables like popcorn etc and cool drinks are very expensive. It's 200% more compared retail stores. Even water bottle is 40₹. Why? But movie is always good at PVR.

One of the worst building plans. Parking space is one of the worst in the city with open sewage lines. Entry way to parking is very unclean. There are no lifts from parking basements to upper floors. This is not at all supposed to exist in a premium locality like Jubilee Hills. On weekends you will end up parking your car in hot sun. Everything is subpar. Hate this space.

Unbelievable amount of ads, systematically late screenings, and shamelessly disproportionate pricing - these three points can effectively summarise my idea of a PVR experience. PVR cinemas has no respect for the time and money of its viewers. This is very evident in the way they screen every movie at least 15 minutes late and charge exorbitantly for the most basic foods such as coke and popcorn. They use a very infamous strategy of pricing for their coke and popcorn to encourage customers to buy more.
They have a very lazy variety of foods available and absolutely nothing healthy by any standard can be found. Recliners are mostly broken and I have personally reminded staff to turn ACs on thrice.
As great as the ambience, tech and locations of PVR theatres is, they are resting on their laurels and can do much much more for customers.

We went to watch a movie and we could hear the movie from the next auditorium! The acoustics are BAD! And there isn't a bathroom either! There's one near the parking lot for the whole mall and only one stall, just one commode! PATHETIC!

Very decent place, 1 star less for the price of food, snacks and drinks. Costlier than the movie ticket

Cineplex is not good as lift and escalators were not working and its difficult for adults to climb 4 floors from basement

Screen 1 of rk PVR is one of the best. The overall experience of watching the movie in Dolby Atmos surround system is worth
