Not working Ac properly, no ventilation windows are cant open, no hot water, Even fan doesn't work properly, switch boards are not working. I think it not so worthable to stay

Not worth with rates

I have booked suit. For me, it was great view n big room, the furniture was not good thatsall, remaining all good

Very bad service and staff was not at all co-operative and indeed they were very rude and inpolite. We did a function at this banquet hall and we really regretted for choosing this banquet hall as their food prices felt were fairly cheap however food was not at all tasty and not a good quality type. Over all we had a very bad experience and not recommended type. Please stay away from this type of fraudulent restaurants. Don't get fooled by their fake lure prices.

Don't even try OYO, it's completely fraudulent. Even after you book online, they charge more after reaching hotel.

Stayed here since we are new to this city for the first time. Everything worse. Not accepting the online booking rates, demanding to pay extra. Agoda is helpless as usually. They only follow there published tariff rates irrespective of your online booking. Breakfast not provided. Everything only on papers, no services

Staff behaviour is pathetic as if we are beggars and asking money from them no courtesy no customer handling skills. They talk like typical illiterate

Worst hotel to stay in. Worst service. They don't even have a manager. Inexperienced, untrained and very rude staff. No restaurant. No maintenance as well. Charges exorbitantly high prices as well. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Nothing is good in it. Worst place to stay with family.smoke filled rooms. Stained sheets and dusty sheets. No house keeping at all. No one will be there to do anything. Even the suite is worse. Never go there for your own good.

Too bad experience in a life time, ac is not working, no hot water for bath, dirty bedsheets and pillow, hygiene not maintained, poor house keeping in bathrooms, fan is noicy. Worst hotel i have experienced in my life wont recommend for corporate people.

ABooked a hotel through phone and paid the money through gpay, excellent customer service and good maintenance of the hotel with very good beds and ac in rooms

Worst place to stay! Consider something else but not this. Currently staying here for my marriage.
1. They took the entire amount as advance, generally an advance of 25% max is paid before and the remaining after checkout in any standard hotel, but not here
2. No facility even at 2800 RS per day.
3. No toiletries except for two small soaps.
4. Towels, glasses and waterbowater needs to be asked regularly. They will not give on there own
5. If u ask for hot water, they provide electric kettle. These kettels, provided to us we're extremely dirty and never maintained
6. House cleaning is always miserable
7. No dormats and quilts available in any room
8. The worst is, the lighting. If a bride has to get dressed in the hotel, forget about this idea. The light available is what standard hotels provide as night lamps
9. The staff is super slow and non attending
10. The food is extremely expensive
As a whole, u can get the same bkwas treatment in any 1k paid rooms in a lodge. I would suggest anyone to check the room and book it or even better is to avoid staying here.
