The hotel is good but the rooms are bit old, you get the rustic old feeling with furniture, doors and sofa! The cleanliness and service is up to the mark. They should think giving the ambience a little makeover considering other hotels have better look and feel.
Hyderabad was growing fast development. But in old basti's at low level areas people struggling with rain water and huge drainage flowing continuously.should ahort out the problem.
Nice place to stay. Not excellent but fairly maintained spacious rooms. Bit overpriced but may be due to its location. Food is delicious. All Staff is very supportive, polite & truly welcoming
Very bad experience. They shouldn't be claiming them to be a 5 star hotel as they are not. I think they entirely reply on corporate bookings as their bread & butter. Even for corporate visit the hotel amenities are not upto mark. The organisations ideally should avoid.
Overall a big negative. Can you believe, a 5 start hotel cribbing about sending cutlery to you and asking 500/- for 2 plates. When confronted the staff said we don't ask the same for corporate booking.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to transport and restaurants. The rooms were old but clean. The maintenance could have been a bit better. The breakfast buffet remained the same more or less over the 4 days I stayed. The wait for the lift was more than a minute at times. Recommend this for business travellers.
Ordinary type of rooms. Stained upholstery and carpets, smelly corridors. Door locks and many of the touch panels in the rooms not working properly. Very ordinary and poor room service. They charge for the cutlery to be given in the rooms. Not the 5 star feel and service at all.

Horrible experience.oyo rooms are better then this hotel.just escape from getting seriously injured due to washroom draining system was not working.road side food would taste better then eating in hotel.one good part was breakfast was ohk.asked Gm to contact but no joy.cant believe Radisson standard has gone soo down.this hotel don't deserve a 1 star also.

The hotel is really good. Good room service and maintenance. There is an enough parking space. This hotel is used for both commercial (business meetings) and residential purpose. The hotel takes care of proper security checkups. It is slightly expensive but it is worth staying in this hotel.thanks to polaki Naidu.
I have had really good food at this place. We had eaten their dinner buffet. There were many options for veg and non-veg food. Live countee could have been little better in terms of presentation and variety. Their staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Prashant for being so helpful. We would definitely visit this place again in the future.
- right from entry into the hotel, the experience was bad. - no staff was available to help us lift the luggage and carry out to the reception. - no security check personnel - check in process was bad. It took almost 30 mins to arrange for a room and for all that time, they just kept us standing at the counter. - rooms were average. Bathroom doors are translucent. People travelling with colleagues need to be cautious. - for getting glasses, room service was asking for charges.

Awesome and really clean.staff was very friendly and approachable! Loved my stay at Ibis. We checked the rooms in other five star hotels before finally checking in at Ibis, must say Ibis was really well cleaned and the housekeeping staff must really be congratulated! Room are good not so spacious. But interiors are very good. Room service is bit sluggish. Morning breakfast buffet has enough varieties to choose from. Open terrace swimming pool is nice and Gym is also available. Overall a good experience.

Highly unprofessional of Radisson hotels. Had a checkin today at Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City We arrived at 6pm since then had been struggling to get a room to freshen up after a tough journey through the day. They said the room was not ready and we would have to wait. We waited for 25mins for a checkin and after the checkin what we found was a fully stinky room full of smoke stink which was coming right from the floor till inside the room. It was suffocating. We also found someone’s underwear there in the room which was allocated to us.the bathroom and the room was really unclean for the money they charged us the stay for. Also highly disappointed with the customer service by agoda.we requested for a cancellation of the booking and let us go but the receptionist just does not let us talk to the Manager and get it sorted asap even after Agoda has sent them a cancellation request email. Its 9pm in the night and we are stills truggling with the staff of Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City here. I wish i get my booking cancelled asap and get my refund from Radisson Hitec City Hyderabad and @agoda. Travellers reading this, please don’t fall for the photos its nothing like it shows on the websites. Attaching photos of my experience today. Also the receptionist with the name Tejaswini was very very rude right from the start. I hope they atleast refund the amount to us.
Rude staff that does not listen to customers. They don't want to take feedback. Parking does not have proper lighting and they don't provide valet parking as well. Try to avoid this hotel. Does not even deserve 3-star
Breakfast was awesome, property is neat and clean. Rooms are spacious.
However staff seems to be new or not well trained, needs grooming. TV wasn't working properly. Bathroom sink wasn't proper, water was not getting sinked. Sharing with colleague is not comfortable because washroom/bathroom noises are clearly audible in room which is quite odd.
Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City standards are very low. There are multiple reasons not to choose the property.
1. Very poor front desk, they don't respond to any complaints. 2. Room hygiene's are very bad, stains all around. 3. No proper hot water to take shower. 4. Breakfast quality is very poor! Felt so unhygienic. 5. There charge for you for the empty plates and glasses, which is not to the standards of 5 star category. 6. I stayed their for two days but no room service person came to clean the room, and this will be done on need basis only. 7. No staff to pick up and drop the luggage.
I went here for a staycation. 2 things which I liked the most is rooftop swimming pool and their breakfast buffet. Room was not that soundproof, we could here slight sounds from the mosque which is nearby and vehicle horn sounds even at 10th floor. Our room was 1025. Maybe we should hav opted the other side. Gorgeous pool area, beautiful bar and restaurant, excellent service, very well appointed rooms. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed. Nice Ambience and Nice Food too.
Very bad maintenance. Even after complaining twice they dint solve the issue regarding hot water from the shower. Technicians have come twice to my room and checked with the water supply and the temp etc but not a single drop of hot water comes from it. I atleast requested for a bucket of hot water as taking a cold water shower makes me very sick, they are not ready to provide it too.
I called them to book 2 rooms. In the first call, I was told to call 15 minutes later. I called them after 15 minutes, the call was cut from their side. I tried again. I was told to call the next day as they are not accepting any bookings. So now you have the answer to "Which hotel says no to a customer who wants to willingly book a room in their hotel? Along side bad staff response, you can find amazing bedsheets with mid stains and headboard slightly worn out. The amenities are the best, you have to ridiculously pay 100 rs for using a plate. Please refer to the attached image
Worst hospitality experience ever. Checkin was at 14: 00hrs we got a room at 16: 00hrs. We have booked 2rooms, 01room was unused because of the faulty key access. Front office staff was very rude (saikrishna, alekya). IRD associate telephonic conversation was pathetic. My friends bachelorette was ruined. (Sunil) MOD couldn't fix anything until we checkout.
It was our worst stay ever! They charge for every single things (glasses, plates) which is suppose to be in room already, staff is not professional at all, the whole room was stinking and we had to call the staff and they cleaned it for us after we checked in and their door locks doesn’t work which is not safe, they called the operated to repair and we stood outside the room for about 30 mins in order to open to room lock, we called them to get the glasses about 5-6 times but they didn’t get, bathroom stings, it was just waste of money!
The hotel provided an Isolation facility for covid patients who have undergone treatment in the hospital. The hotel collaborated with Hospitals for daily checkups and monitoring health progress. We used this service and got a bad experience. As we are under doctor care we assumed we get updates from the doctor and doctors will monitor the health condition.we did not receive any updates or when we complain about some of the symptoms related to black fungus doctors ignored for 5 days which got us into critical situation and we had to rush to Emergency. Their doctor care is for namesake and if you have opted for their service I would not trust it. They even charged for oxygen which we did not consume.
Hotel also messed up with food one day, instead of providing selected Vegeterian food they provided Non-Vegeterian food. For regular people visiting this may be ok, but when person is recovering from illness these choices makes recovery difficult.we have to wait 2 hours to get food replacement and had pay again for the replacement food.
When I raised this issue with the hotel staff we were told Hotel Collabarated with hospitals and they do not have any control on it. But when I opted stay we trusted the hotel and their services.if you can not provide this service please stop making false promises. Because of your false promise we are still suffering today.
Room alloted at 6.40Pm against 2pm in afternoon may be they sell rooms in between. Poor maintenance poor quality rooms n amenities. Worst Customer service. Front desk is very lousy.
I visited here for my sister's birthday celebration with my family and it was in Covid situation where we couldn't enjoy the overall amenities in the hotel. The premises was good but not as great as a 5star hotel. The interior and the service wasn't so impressive. The rooms were a bit small, clean with minimal facilities. It was below my expectations. The taste in the breakfast buffet was very average, unhappy with it. They were very clingy in the case of in-room dining, the restaurant was closed due due the situation. However our stay was fine overall. We asked for a complementary cake on the occasion of birthday. Mr. Uday and Ms. Alekhya assisted us well. We stayed in interconnecting rooms & the view was too good from the 12th floor.
The room was kinda small and the bathroom was not as good as I thought, they are clean and neat but the workmanship was bad. But the breakfast is good, if you are going there, definitely get complementary breakfast.
During these covid times, they are having only 30-40% staff. Food menu is very limited and if you have pre booked dinner, it's even worse - only 1 item will be sent to you and the remaining if required is by paying extra. Reception and Service Staff were helpful. No lights in underground parking.
Went to see the room. The room is small and not worth the cost. In addition to that cigarettes smell is all over the place. When I asked the manager if he has any other rooms where it does not stink, he said it could be all over the place. I ended up staying in a different hotel nearby.

Give that man an Oscar - Kanhan at the Front Desk. Very few guyz are there like him present in the Industry. Swift check in & out. The breakfast spread was good as expected from the chain. Cozy comfortable room and very well strategically placed in Gacchi! Now, even the price point, which is the important aspect was pocket friendly too. Don't give a 2nd thought before booking, this property has bag full of things to offer.
One of Class Hotel which still maintains that level of 4-5 Star Hotel. Just one thing to the people visiting first time. Please make site to carry your room key while using elevator as you can select your floor with your room key only
Location, ambience is great. Customer service can be improved. Little slow on serving side. Food was great. Pool side sitting and live music is a plus point. Good place to hangout.
Radisson Gachibowli, i attended a conference there with few of my folks. The ambiance of the property is very beautiful. An amazing blend of cultural heritage and modern technology. The food there is obviously good. Highly recommended to everyone.
Cassade resturant in Radisson hotel is a good one for social gatherings. I went with my family for lunch buffet. Food spread was very good. Taste was also good.
Unfortunately I had noticed worst here while walking around. Meat brought on scooter with house flies and dumped on kitchen floor. I don't think it goat or lamb! It looked like dog meat. Yuck!
The single occupancy room is lil bit small as compare to similar rating hotels but that's ok. All other things are perfect. Cleanliness is taken at prime care, exceeded my expectations.
Well trained staff. They exactly know how to treat their guests.on some specific days they arrange live music on their roof top restaurant however these some days are always week days and not weekends which is little strange.other wise food quality and quantity both are up to the mark.they do offer complementaries if you are visiting them first time. Nice sweeming pull on their roof top bar and restaurant adds the beauty in the dinner.specially on full moon nights They are usually open till mid night 12 however you will see crowed moving out around 11 or so. Peak hours are usually 8: 30 to 10: 30 pm here. People spend about 2 hours on an average at this place.
Hostile service staff. Had an unpleasant experience interacting with one of their lady managers. Can't recall her name. Starts with P. She spoke to me as if she was doing a huge favor. Very very wrong attitude to have.atleast not when you're representing service industry. Not how you should treat a guest.higher authority needs to take strict action against such staff. Will never come back here! Quality of food especially buffet needs huge improvements. Doesn't feel like one is dining at a 5 star hotel.
I was here for the 2 day lecture during the joining to Accenture technology. We had lectures on the first floor Summit-II seminar hall. Hall was bold with amazing ceiling, cool atmosphere with pretty good lighting. There were 2 projectors in front and the guests were remotely controlling the power point slides and videos. Overall it was adorable experience. Washrooms were neat and clean, rooms were well maintained and the staff was very polite. Wheelchair Accessibility available. Parking is in the cellar and visitor's parking is outside. There is also a mosque just beside this hotel and the Juma prayer is at 01: 30 PM.
The wifi works fine, the lobby looks good and modern and the breakfast is very good. The pool on the roof is actually large enough to swim in. The rooms could be cleaned better - there is grime in the corners etc. Some things are not well maintained (small bathroom mirror, wardrobe door creeks etc.). My biggest issue was that in my room there was a mouldy and humid smell from the air conditioning unit. I asked to change the room, and they showed me several rooms on the same floor (9th), which all had the same problem. A colleague of mine had a room on the 4th floor, where this wasn't a problem (they also confirmed that the smell in my room was bad). Overall the price for this hotel is much too high to justify its (lack of) quality.
Definitely an elegant place for a quick weekend getaway.located just on Gachibowli-Miyapur Road. Room was clean (also the curtains) Have classy interiors and an amazing view from the windowpanes. Great hospitality. Courteous and helpful staffs. Very swift services. Special mention: The Complimentary Breakfast. Altogether a very nice experience. Would visit again.
Cascade restaurant of Radison is one of the best places for fine dining in Hyderabad. The buffet is one of the best in hitec city. Both veg and non-veg cuisine are delicious and are complimented by the live counters for pizza, pasta, chines and Indian charts. The staff is super friendly. They are lead by a very courteous and able manager - Mr. Salim. Hats off to the management for putting such a lovely team in place.
