Fully not operational, Parking ramps were night mare, No proper operation of escalators, all shops were not opened.etc

I don't know how come People gave 5 stars to this mall. I took my Kids. From entry only you feel nothing. Coz of no shops opened and still drilling and other works going on. Full on irritating. Guys Plz Don't give review just Simply. Not even one shop is opened till now. How can a person enjoy A mall without anything over there. Non sense

The Raichandani Mall is a building that exemplifies the perfect commercial building. The building greets you with its spectacular design and beautiful architecture.

As one of the fastest developing localities in Hyderabad Kompally is attracting a lot of interest in commercial and residential property. It has a decent infrastructure and well-constructed roads that connect well to the other part of the city. In its close proximity are a few prominent localities such as Jeedimetla, Bhrudavan colony, Bolarum etc.

Outer Ringroad is just 7 km away form Kompalli
It connects well to Gachibowli
There a few shopping malls in its vicinity such as Sathi Reddy Complex, PRR etc
In case of emergency there are a few hospital nearby such as, Vinn Hospital, Paulomi Hospital, AIG hospital, Surekha Hospital
Kompalli has a few prominent schools as well, such as St. Joseph High school, Unicent high school etc
The gameing platform present in 4th floor

Very substandard.
Ceiling height is very low.especially in gaming zone half of the equipments will not work not sure what maintenance standards are being followed.

Recently opened new mall. Some shops are yet tobe opened. Last floor game items. Children's are most enjoyable.

Very pleasant experience at Hall of game, special thanks to Mr Dharmendra he made sure we enjoyed the time.
Though the food court has less options but it is nice and tasty. Big big game zone with sooooo many options.

I did not like the space in the mall. Ceiling Height is very short- any kid can touch the ceiling.
When I stand on elevator my head really touches the top. Need to be very careful.

This mall is still under construction and only the 4th floor is completed. There are games to play on the 4th floor and the mall is earning only through that floor

New mall in kompally with excellent gaming zone on the top floor. Its reasonably priced, with excellent interiors.
Overall mall had a very pleasant environment which is beautifully designed.
Many retail outlets with excellent collection.

Do not buy anything in Atc. While entering the store one of the staff guy is standing beside you. It's a very awkward thing. They pretended to buy any item in the Atc store. So please avoid shopping over there. The mall is also okay okay.

Very happy to have a mall in our area.it has a wide variety of games for kids.
There was mother's day painting program going on when we visited. It was lot of fun.
