We came here with our 2month old son with complaining of vomiting under Dr Anupama Y. Madam and her team perfectly diagnosed the disease which was severe urine infection and treated it diligently before it became a serious issue.

Good place for kids but need to get appointment. They won't respond if u don't have appointment. In case of urgent requirement appointment can't be dont this need to be understand by management.
Dr Anupama has been a great support throughout our stay at the hospital. Has been very understanding and explained every aspect of the diagnosis and treatment which reasured us of a good outcome.
I had a 4 day stay for my son under Dr satya prasad, who is an excellent pediatric nephrologist. The Nurses were exceptionally good.didn't faced any problems expect high billing.they charged 8k for consumables.when asked the billing authorities gave no explanation.
There is no ethical practice in this hospital don't go by brand etc, simple medical termination they were suggest admission and surgery procedure.before going there I have good impression on this hospital but personally I had bad experience with them, visit your near by known gynecologist is best option.
Do not take an online appointment it is of no use. They will give you a slot and make you wait for whole day because of walk-in patients, if that is the process Rainbow hospital should consider walk-in patients. Also, the receptionist was talking rudely and made us wait online for 2 hours.

It's a wonderful facility with all specialities for children, following Covid prevention protocols for delivering safe care to children. I recommend rainbow hospitals for better care for children
Hospital is really stress free. But doctor has good behaviour, but they are not suspecting the issue exactly.for small issues also, they do surgery. I came to hospital for second opinion, without explanation by doctor, they directly referred to surgeon, what surgeon will do, surgery only. They did. Any how my baby is good, but painful thing is, surgery for days baby.
I Had taken my nephew to rainbow hospital banjara hills road no. 02 as he was diagnosis with dengue with very low platelet. Dr Anupama & her team has taken best care. Nurses and Coordinators very helpful. Thanks Rainbow for saving my nephew
Dr.prashant bachina is best Doctor. I had never ever met doctor like him My baby is suffering from severe constipation I had visited to many other doctors but no result. But Dr.prashant bachina cured my baby within two months. Hats off to him. I gave five stars just for him.
Very good.and Dr. Venkat ram is very experienced doctor and friendly.but the maintenance and staff are so irlectutant and response is also very less from them. Called twice to maintenance ppl but not response. And coming to the ppl who have insurance.if we are admitted for one day they prolong our insurance for two days and charge for two days just be prolonging the process of insurance claim.this is the worst problem in rainbow hospital. My daughter got operated and got discharge summary from doctor the same day but because of insurance we have to wait till next day and too upto evening so that they can charge two days bill. This is worst about the management and its not fair to that. Coming to doctor he is excellent and very helpful and very experienced in dealing and doing surgery.

Dr.pranathi Reddy obstetrician Dr.gowri from fetal medicine Dr.venkata lakshmi neonatologist has treated my wife and babies to there best and made our stay at the hospital pleasant. Hospital has a world class facilities and is one stop solution for both birthing and child care. I thank each and everyone in the hospital who has made our 3 days stay a memorable. I strongly recommend the hospital.
We came here to visit doctor prashanth bachina with a state of complete confusion but now i feel that i met the right doctor at right time for my baby doctor was very friendly and extremely talented and informative he guided us in a proper way and provided what is the diagonosis we need for my baby and staff in rainbow and hospitality was very nice finally if i want to rate or give star to hospital and staff it will be 5/5 and for prashanth bachina sir it will be 10/5
Equipment sanitization (vital checking) and hand sanitization after and before every patient visit by sisters otherwise we transmit disease from one patient to other.
I went to Rainbow Hospital in April'21 for the first time. The reason was Dr. Y. Radhika, She is an excellent doctor and a great person. We had gone to consult her to sail through my wife's pregnancy and she did a fantastic job. Every visit was full of ease and expert guidance that enabled us to go through the whole pregnancy like a breeze. Thank you for walking us through this wonderful journey of becoming parents. I strongly recommend Dr. Y Radhika to all looking for a reliable expert in the field of Gynaecology and obstetrics.

There are so many other people in the hospital that need a special mention- Dr. Tulika Tayal, Dr. Gayathri, the anaesthesiologist, and nursing staff were excellent. Yesterday we have visited rainbow Banjara hills branch, waited for 8hours to meet the doctor Lokesh lingappa but the doctor communication with us was very good and we satisfied with the doctor treatment but the staff were really proud and irresponsible especially the lady who is taking the test EEG in the lower ground floor (neurology department). We paid the test amount, she did the test but didn't took reports print she said that ur reports will be directly sent to the doctor's room but at last when we met the doctor there is no report in front of him but the doctor sent his junior dr to take pictures from the system and he checked and gave clarity about it.finally what I m saying is staff are doing more over action and they are irresponsible in their duty but treatment of doctor is excellent only the staff especially that EEG test lady in the lower ground floor neurology department so try to change her.
My cousin got delivered here. Dr. Prathyusha Reddy is excellent. I am very much satisfied with the services. Nursing staff and other staff also very helpful. Ambience is good. I recommend all my relatives to this hospital only for safe delivery. Pediatricians are also taking excellent care.
We went September last week around 1AM night for my niece (40 days old) cough and breathing issue, night doctor (Dr Israr) said feeding milk is going to lungs from by birth after observation and examine we need to do surgery and admitted in NICU ward, Morning consulted doctor (Dr. Ujwala Desai) came and said baby is fine no need to do surgery after examine, I will start treatment but not confirmed (even they have all scans and blood reports) what is exactly issue and not communicated properly with attendant and left.same hospital doctors 2 different paths. Then for 2nd opinion, we went for other hospital and shown all reports to Neonatologist doctor confirmed that there is no issue it is common problem in newborn babies by medicine and injection it will recover, Alhamdulillah now my niece fine. One should think before going to Rainbow hospital, they are doing experiments with kids, I don't expect this kind of treatment from Rainbow Hospital Hyderabad.
I had a wonderful experience in Rainbow. Really easy process and good experience. The doctors are highly qualified and experienced. They have taken care of my child so well as a team. I feel stress free when I am in Rainbow. Every individual is very professional and supportive. The Nursing Team is Fantastic, took care of my child so well and experienced. All other supporting staff and system were very cooperative and helpful. Thanks a lot Team Rainbow for bringing the smiles back to our family.

The worst admin. There are more than 50 people waiting to pay OP fee and there are only two counters. No social distance scope and when are ask for give me superintendent number to report they give manager number but without telling the same.
We had a really good experience at Rainbow Children’s Hospital. Dr. Anupama and all other supporting staff is very professional and excellent at their services. They took care of my child very well. Overall excellent service. I can say one is stress free, when at Rainbow Children’s Hospital.
Recently I went to Rainbow hospital banjara along with my friend for her pregnancy scan, its a wonderful hospital with very caring and compassionate doctors and staff. It was a very pleasant experience at rainbow and will recommend Rainbow hospitals to many others as it a single roof under which the whole mother and child care specialties are available at world class level.
My patient admitted more than 6 days over, he admitted for surgery, the paying mode is cash, no arogya sri, or anything.they are not clarifing the surgery date.what is this.dr nageshwer is very good surgeon but he is fully money minded, they dragging the money from poor people s with their achievement.this is not good
Very irresponsible staff (working doctors), The owner may have high motive but the sub staff are running behind generating money.they need to understand what an appointment is and need to honor it, patients are paying and giving doctors a lot of respect calling Sir/Madam Doctor irrespective of the ages.they are considering the need of patients as weakness by keeping them waiting for long for no reason and advising unnecessary tests and collecting money for a follow up which was not needed. I lost a very high hope i had in the Hospital.so useless the staff are. If allowed i would choose a negative ranking. Five star payments alone does not keep the Hospital at high rank
If there is a minus point I would give that. Customer care is utter mess. They don't answer the calls and no proper response I have called them many times. Even when I visited there reception I always busy don't know with what. Never pleasant yo attend a patient. Everytime they direct the patients to somewhere else. I wonder how this has become a leading hospital. Waste of time
Very nice service and excellent doctors we are very much happy with their services ambience is also very good. Only the thing is food from canteen is not tasty means quality could be better for money what we spending last star is missing due to two reasons if coivd patient is joined protocols for patient attendant is very hard basement is not right place to take rest already we feel dipress again that ambience makes us very painful plz understand better maintain lounge with precautions that would be very fn and happy
For Covid vaccination the team doesn’t prepare properly. They start preparing the information after scheduled time is started. When you are coming for vaccination they make you wait for at least 30-40 min. Shameless people.

Myself Dr M sunil, MD, FDM consultant physician consulted Dr venkata Laxmi paediatrician online in the rainbow hospital for my baby.suffering from high grade fever since morning.
She attended the consultation 1 hr late.we waited for 1 hour. After that she finished consultation in 1 min. Not even asked history properly.not gave proper advise.not even bothered about the baby condition.prescription no one understands it.
This is what a doctor from a reputed hospital does. I will never advise anyone to consult online in rainbow.especially this doctor.

Fully commercial. Attendent should buy food from the hospital only. Out side food not allowed. Canteen food is costly and expensive. They charge 40k per day but do the cheap tricks like collecting parking fee. Forse to buy worst canteen food
Had I had an opportunity to give negative ranking I would do that first. This is an ostentatious hospital which is purely to their publicity stunt based on which I brought my child here with an ambulance service provided very late after almost 5 hours of intimation to pick up the patient just from a 100 km distance with excellent road facility NH 44. Usually it takes 1 hour for an ambulance at midnight when traffic is at minimal. It's a pity. I got my child admitted here. No doctor spoke about the child's health status until the first 24 hours citing holidays Sunday as reason. No investigations were done until there was another episode of seizures which was on second day. And then went for EEG. Would it really take 3-4 hours for EEG report? This is what they said when asked. And they don't have an in-house MRI facility though they call themselves as the best hospital. They have a list of neuro surgeons. But of no use when they treat the patient based on external diagnostic centre waiting for them to give a slot for MRI scan since in cases related to brain stroke time is precious and delay is unwarranted which is why we have come to this hospital. Isn't a pity on this hospital? The senior doctors are excellent but the sub staff is really careless. They booked the MRI for the next day as per protocol of anesthesia. But cancelled citing there are other emergency cases due to which they are unable to get us a scan. What is the hospital 5 star for? Any local clinic can get the MRI from an external diagnostic centre! Utterly not upto their standards as they claim. They don't have an efficient patient attender support system as the attender has to go round and round the hospital to many desks for what they ask. The bottom line is what's that hospital that doesn't have latest and necessary diagnostics especially for neuro. Though they excellent doctors!
Response is very poor, They took the charges for food diet and CBP test for inpatient. While discharging they haven't provided any reports for CBP. They didn't serve any food during in patient for my kid. After calling the lab reports department, they said report is there in the portal and but we don't see and they shut down the call. Hospital is fully commercialised. Try to avoid this facility
It's absolutely a negative experience with this hospital. They just have a name in the market but the way they deal with people is pathetic. I visited this place for vaccination on a paid service. They just asked me wait, wait and wait. The security over there is of no use and the waiting time will kill you people. I suggest you not to consider this place for vaccination try other alternatives.
This is the worst hospital in Banjara hills area. This won't even deserve single star. 1. Hospital management is the worst of it's kind in Hyderabad.doctors don't even spend 5 minutes with you.you are a simple commodity to them. They will ruin your happiness of welcoming a child.nurses are least trained.
A hospital with big name with poor patient services. I went there for my kids vaccination after booking an online appointment. At hospital, no one honour your appointment. It’s chaos everywhere. Attendant and care takers run here and there. Doctor’s attendant shuffles files at will. Your turn will not come unless you pin point. So coming back to vaccination. Doctor Venkat Lakshmi asked us to do X ray when we said child is having stomach pain. And then we waited for another 2 hours for X ray. Finally a simple vaccination was done after spending 4 hours in hospital. Doctor refused to go ahead with vaccination as she want to see X ray report. Poor professionalism and poor staff behaviour. Please do not visit this hospital.
These doctors at Rainbow may be highly qualified in the medical field but have absolutely no heart at how to deal with the baby's parents. There's a neurologist named Dr. Lokesh who upon being consulted didn't explain with a positive nature. My sister in law is in complete shock and mentally unstable after he shoved negativity about the baby's health. Hands down the worst way ever to explain the reports. Anybody reading this review is suggested to look for some other neurologist keeping in mind the health of baby and the parents as well.
Dr. Murthy ENT specialist is excellent, knowledgeable, sensitive, informative and very friendly person.
My son is ADHD and has lot of anxiety issues, I remember first time when we came to doctor's office my son didn't want to step inside. But Dr. Murthy was so understanding and cooperative that my child lost all his fears and was able to co-operate with the Doctor. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my son receiving expert medical care.
My son who is 9 yrs old always had frequent ear infections, soar throat, cold and cough. He always snored heavy and had very disturb sleep. He was born raised in New york, I've visited many specialists in USA and in India no one could diagnose the core issue, he was always prescribed few rounds of antibiotics and the issue would re-occur. Dr. Murthy found that my son had enlarged adenoids and tonsils, he explained in detail the pros and cons of surgery. Being parent of a special needs child we were very skeptical, but Dr. Murthy has put all our doubts to rest by explaining us about bloodless coblation surgery.
The surgery took place for about two hours as my son also had a foreign object (paper) in his ear. Dr Murthy has successfully completed the surgery and he showed us a video in detail of my son's ears, nose and throat. Post surgery he guided us throughout the path of recovery. Post surgery pain management of an ADHD child is very challenging, but Dr. Murthy was always available for our doubts and moral support. He is so committed that he postponed his vacation just to be available for my child in case on an emergency, what more can I ask now? Can't express my gratitude enough in words, feeling short of words.
It's been 3 weeks since surgery, my child has absolutely no snoring now, he is sleeping well throught night, his eating has improved, his behaviours have improved, he wants to try new textures and tastes of food, he is more attentive now, his under eye dark circles have diminished, he now loves to visit Dr. Murthy.
I am still seeing Dr. Murthy for my son's allergies. I am very grateful to you sir! Huge respect and gratitude for you! As I always say one day I wish to see my son as a great doctor like you sir.
I want to thank staff Mr. Shafi too, he was great help in coordinating the surgery procedures. I walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend, especially to those children who need special attention Dr. Murthy is definitely your saviour. Thank you sir!
Doctors are very good and experienced.but the sisters and security staff are not up to the mark.very less engagement with patients and attenders. OP 100% recommended.but be little cautious for IP.as said sisters are not at all friendly.canteen food is very expensive and not up to the expectations. 3 star because For doctors 6 out of 5 For nurse and security 0 out of 5
I have admitted my kid 2 years ago.and it was really good experience for everyone.but this time not at all good from nurses
I personally felt there is no proper communication and coordination Between nurses.most of the times they forget the treatment to the patient.they were making more noice than the patients or attendants.if you are going for rainbow IP dont expect they would takecare of everything.we need to track everything.

I am giving this 2 Stars because the call service is really bad.
When I called the number mentioned on the report to get the update on lab report but nobody answers. When they answer they transfer the call somewhere without listening and nobody answer there.
One more thing, they mention a link on a bill to access the report along with the user name but no report was uploaded even after so many days and we have again walk to the hospital to collect the reports.
We I asked the staff about these issue they don't have the answer.

Visited Dr pvln murthy ent for my new born. He doesn't have any conecern towards new born baby. He is very surcastic and rude and threatening us for a simple ear issue, he gave too many medicines and antibiotics for a new born baby and threatening us about the issue which got resolved automatically with simple ear drops from other doctor. He doesn't even know which medication to give for new borns. He is treating newborns as an adult.
He is doing experiments with kids while doing Surgery. Simply he is telling sorry and nothing to worry to the parents. Just today only we got to know about Mr. HARISH JAYARAM, Rainbow Hospital. We loss money and our daughter (1.6yrs old) suffering from last 3months. Such an money based people. We are going to file case.
My wife had normal delivery here last week, I will always thankful to Dr. Himabindu Veerla and her team, for the safe delivery. Her experience is very helpful, suggestive, no panicking unlike other doctors.

Dr. Farhan is excellent and the rating is only for that orelse the hospital specially in general ward won't even deserve 1 rating.
-No one is checking temperature while entering the hospital premises. - nursing staff not well trained in general ward. Less staff and more patients. - patients with covid symptoms shifted to general ward with other patients without receiving the rtpcr results. -No proper ventilation in B1 where the visitor and patient attendees are forced to wait and no covid precautions, no social distancing, no temp checkups. -Charging too much bills, they says 5700 for general ward but they overcharge at the end.
The nurses are not responsible.feeding bottle was given for sterilization the bottle was returned after repeated request taking two hours.wen asked for sterilized water to prepare the formula their was no response even on repeated calling.worst hospital.plz don't opt.
I took a video consultation with a doctor which I then had to cancel. They make it impossible for you to get a refund of a video consultation you booked by asking hundreds of details by email, instead of just refunding with the transaction ID, which I gave them. I never received my refund although I did not avail the video consultation.
I went for vaccination. Experience was okay but they charged extra 5 Rs.per dose. No water offered even. But it was so pathetic that they charge car parking fee for patients also. Means you go to hospital pay them for treatment and then pay for your car too. What they expect patients will come walking?
I have been contacting customer care 18002122 for a invoice soft copy for OP. For 15 days i have waited for a soft copy, however, they didnt send. Today i have called them 4 time, everytime they said it will be sent in 30 mins.till now i didnt receive it.customer care is disconnecting call.
Just avoid this place. They are worser than government hospital. It’s so crowded and so safety protocol for kids. Very dangerous to go despite the doctor that I consult is good. They just don’t stick to the appointment schedule. Just not worth it the pandemic phase
