When we visited first, my wife is 3 months carrying and we had thought of whether doctor will accept the case in middle or not. But the hospitality and staff response in rainbow is very good. They guide to each patient and attendees with all the details and process. And I personally recommend rainbow hospital for all the people.
My visiting doctor is Akhila Gogineni mam. She has 20 years of exp in the field and my close relatives had 4 normal deliveries with her Consultantion.
We have consulted om Jan 2023, our consulted doctor Lakshmi Devi appasani mam, she is one of the best doctor we've ever met, Even any small doubts mam will clarify them patiently. The whole hospital management and team have taken good care of us.

Rainbow Hospital at Kondapur doesn't leave up to the expectation of what I heard and doesn't justify truly for their charges. I saw good hospital with decent packages for delivery. The admin staff, especially billing behavior is similar utter disgraceful. Junior Doctors speak as if they have achieved everything under the sun. I would suggest to go any other hospital except this hospital. They want money not taking care of patient and baby properly. I have also gave the same feedback to manager and also writing here
Horrible experience. My wife was given lunch late about 2 hours. When said they informed wait. How can someone delivered a day before wait for lunch. They dont take care of patients wven after charging huge amount
Both my kids were born here. One of the best place for your child to be born. We wanted to go for operation both times because of pain but doctor insisted on normal birthing. And when we look back we think the doctor was very much correct. Nurses are also very good in taking care of new born.
I had an amazing experience at this place. I took my consultation from Dr. Radhika. After 2 pregnancy losses I was always worried about how this journey would go but Radhika mam took good care of me. She’s beautiful human being, who did her job with great passion. She never let me lose confidence and treated me with great love and respect. By the end of my journey I connected with her as family. My labor experience at Rainbow was exactly as I dreamt. Though mine was considered as a high risk pregnancy doctor gave me confidence when I told her that I wanted a normal delivery. I did have a normal delivery, staff has been very supportive and kind.
I definitely recommend this place for a pleasant experience, without second thoughts.
The way in which the diagnosis was achieved at this hospital was traumatic to the child as well as to the parents. There was an unnecessary phasis on unwanted tests to be done without properly revealing the diagnosis through simple tests. The child's psychology was not taken into consideration during the course of treatment. Over all the experience here was turbulent which manifested at various points of the course of stay. However the housekeeping and nursing facilities were wxcellent and we appreciate them from the bottom of our hearts.
Recently, I had my second baby delivered at Kondapur. I had been visiting my doctor at her own hospital for all prenatal check up and opted Rainbow for delivery considering that positive reviews and my doctor's feasibility to do delivery at Rainbow. However, after having the delivery at Rainbow I would not recommend this hospital to any one. It is not only overly priced but attitude of some staff and facilities offered are not at all good. First time when I visited Rainbow hospital Kondapur to enquire about the hospitalisation procedure, the receptionist did not even listen completely. ICU at this corporate hospital sucks, such a conjusted ICU that sister themselves can't assist the patient and attendant has to do self service to get water for the patient. Patient's food is always cold and pathetic. One should have the idli here which is the soft diet for patients and you can assess the food quality. Many nurses are very less experienced and at times making them understand the problem is difficult. Nursing staff in the ward is good compared to ICU staff. In short, highly overpriced corporate hospital would not recommend to anyone.

Today i visited op block in rainbow, i reached 20 minute late in hospital.i waited around one nd half hour after that she called me and said to me pls go and check up from another doctor.already i m near my delivery date nd i visited more than 15 times for check up so its not acceptable atall.only 5 or 10 min will take time to check up but directly she said doctor will not see u because u are late.even i was suffering from pain but no one cared about this.yesterday i went in emergency for pain nd some another problem everything is mentioned in prescription but no one listened.very disappointed today.i am very worried about my delivery.i reqquest to adminstration pls have look this problem seriously patient comes for better treatment nd they are paying too much money.
Front end office of 3rd floor OP block should give respect to patients and pregency women. Dear management, please focus on this desk please. Many times i have disappointed with this front end office. Dr. Varalakshmi madam and IP block staff is very good.
Worst experience, rude staff, very discriminatory, patriarchal. For everything they kept on saying "husband needed" did not allow mother of patient even when covid protocol was followed. The staff were very very very rude. Please dont choose this hospital if you need your dignity intact. Please dont choose this hospital if you are a single mother or any alternate gender or against patriarchy.
Doctor is not advisable and not ready to take the responsibility. She asked us to take our own decision. We admitted in the hospital on 2nd of September'2021 early morning 1: 30AM and in the night around 19: 30 it got confirmed that patient got detected with Covid positive. We got discharge on 3rd September'2021 in the discharge summary they have not provided any treatment for covid like vitamin syrups however they appointed a video consultation on 4th September'2021 charged 750/- and they provided prescription for covid like vitamin syrups and that too they shared in whatsapp which is not at all clear and spelling mistakes this delayed the treatment of my kid by two days. This all happened in Kondapur Hyderabad Covid Free Centre
Dr Lakshmi kiran, gynecologist has so much attitude problem and doesn't have any patience. Very bad at understanding patient's problems and dealing with them. Overall very bad experience with her. Not fit for the job she is doing.
We had a very bad experience at this hospital yesterday when we took our one year old son in emergency as he had high fever and he was also vomiting. The nurses kept asking us to take him outside the hospital. First we thought that it was because he was crying. But then they wanted to give him his medicine outside the hospital so that if he vomits he vomits outside. In addition to that, the person at the pharmacy did not have change when I paid him in cash, but then I had to go again for another medicine for which I paid by card as I didn't have cash. So, for that he took the whole amount without adjusting the previous amount he had even though he remembered it. But he thought that I would not ask for the payment receipt. Even after paying so much the staff acts like a govt hospital staff.
Today we visited Kondapur op for my kid vaccinated. Purchased vaccine at the pharmacy at ground floor. The person at the counter shown so much of attitude. I gave my card and made payment and selected proceed. For pressing proceed she is shouting on me and i asked her will you get the transaction for this payment she didn't reply. I asked thrice, are you listening. My husband came and asked y you are not responding, with her attitude and tone she replied why I should reply you people. Are you really feeling we are coming to your hospital for free service?
It's been three years I am coming to your hospital. But this is the first time I encounter this type of attitude. It's really bad to show this type of attitude towards your patients.
Pathetic Hospital. Booked video consultation for 1: 50pm today and there were no link shared, I had to call customer care for the link and nothing has happened. Then, received call from the Hospital reception and same story, consultation timing got changed to 2: 15pm and no link was share till 2: 15pm. Again I had to call for the link and same story (we were about to call you for the link).
They don't allow parents when girl is about to conceive which absolutely pathetic. How husband can handle things without having knowledge? They shout at patients who are already in tension. Least mannered
We are Very unhappy with ur front office team, lack of communication.we had video consultation booked preferred for 18th June but they changed it to19th at 10: 40 am.video was not started when i call them they say that i need to wait some more time because other patients are there, if that is the case why we have slots and they didn't inform me about this until i call them.
DOCTORS ARE VERY GOOD but other admin and front office team need understand requirement of patients.
Very inefficient. I had a paid video consultation with the pediatric dentist in Rainbow Kondapur. I logged in at sharp 1PM and kept waiting for 20 minutes. Then I had to call the the Kondapur hospital 3 times and that guy took all the information once again and sent a new link for video consultation. Still waiting for the consultation to start.
They are not allowing mother into labour room, when patient needs some mental, moral support during labour pain. So basically management doesnt know the value of motherhood
Good hospital if you are looking for corporate packages (both cashless and reimbursement), and safe delivery.pediatrician charges are bit high during maternity, but rest of the services are up to the mark and satisfactory.
Yesterday I had a bad experience with birthright rainbow hospital who is running the vaccination drive at Okridge International School at Kajaguda, Nanakram guda Rayadurgh, Cyberabad. During the vaccination they to people they not even showing the vaccine which company vaccine they are giving to persons whether Covishield or Co-vaxin, while we discuss with system operator the nurse is preparing injection, not even showing.and she is not disposing the injection after vaccination. Just she is removing needle and keeping aside in empty Tea cup. Why she is keeping in tea cup? Instead of dustbin?

Worest treatment in scanning room Dr gouri vinayak. While she is doing scanning not speaking properly with her words. All the time she is not peace of mind while doing scanning. How they treat like arguments.
I got delivered here by Dr. Akhila goggineni garu.i felt that I have choosen a right doctor because of the doctor I got safe and happy delivery and coming to staff they are amazing they help us lot from the doctor, nurses and aaya (fessy workers) they are amazing.

Recently I have visited rainbow children hospitals kothagud due to my 8 month baby boy Loos water motion but treatment nothing given by doctor only 34 Rs cost sodium chloride ip injection give but received bill 18000 for one day admission. I I sincerely and honestly size to middle class family don't go rainbow hospital only celebrities and rich kids will suggested to visit rainbow hospital.
And also doctor's involvement is very low during treatment process 95 works done by nurse only oral de doctor visit my child at one time only so I recommended to all normal peoples and middle class family or job holders to visit normal hospitals only not like this corporate hospitals
Dr. Gauri is really nice and very calm. She listened to all my concerns very patiently and then explaining everything to me very well and thoroughly. I am really happy with the overall experience of the hospital. They are really taking all precautions for the Covid.
They only capable of treating pregnants who are completely alright (jus lik Government hospital). They have no knowledge how to diagnose and treat for 1st trimester problems and women who are bleeding. Pratima hospital in kphb are well in doing that. Distance is nothing, if you are thinking for a healthy baby. Even the doctor dont have enough vision or she already know, but they dont tell us about miscarriage at all. To summarise, if you hav a continuous bleeding in 1st trimester, just avoid this hospital.
On one side thet conduct breast feeding classes and recommend 2yrs and beyond. On the other hand, their pediatrician suggestions to stop bf beyond 2yrs.she says breast milk after 2yrs results in cavities and behavioral issues.
Dr Preethi Reddy madam treats very complex infertility issues, We have been struggling for almost 4 years and got through with the very first visit with the doctor. Rainbow hosital kondapur is the best choice in terms of Facilities and staff behaviour and for long term infertilty issues. Staff people like Akhila and Nurse Bhagya are very supportive and good at clearing any questions and helpful. Overall satisfied with the Rainbow hospitals kondapur branch.
This hospital has very talented doctors like Dr. Varalakshmi and Dr. Akhila who care for the patients and are very supportive. Both my daughters were born here. I mostly had positive experiences, except with Dr. Gauri who is arrogant and aggressive, and shouts at patients and staff.
Commercial hospital, they try to loot in any manner (have many examples like registration fee of 700 for one time checkup, pregnancy patient paying another fee for doctor check within 2days of delivery, etc.).
Food for in-patient is pathetic/awful (not the taste but items), they are giving everything to eat for a patient who has just been operated, it's upto us to be careful.
I am not sure if doctors understand what patient is telling (same problem opposite feedback between IP and OP hospital). Need doctors to be extra cautious will checking their patients.

Doctors are good the way they speak is very good. But staff is not at all polite and they are not all responding to our calls. There is no respect towards a person coming in.
The experience has been great! Right from the staff who welcomed us in the hospital at the front office, Security. Labor ward: The entire team were super supportive. Special Mention: Sister Prasanna. Sisters: Isha Pradhan, Devika and Ramya were super supportive and super helpful. Doctors: They are thorough professional. Dr. Varalakhsmi Nandyala Garu took care of us very well. Please don't go to Rainbow hospital, they are business minded. More over, don't consult Dr. Lakshmi Kiran. She is unfit for performing ultrasound. I got my wife reviewed by her from the day one of pregnancy. She performed all ultrasounds for my wife. She diagnosed only CTEV in our baby. But our baby was born with single kidney and anorectal malformation too. I came to know that anorectal malformation cannot be diagnosed by ultrasound, but kidney. When I asked her about the same, she told sorry. But her sorry doesn't pay me. Dr Mainak Deb told that our baby is having high anorectal malformation (needs 3 surgeries for correction) and did the initial surgery on the very next day of his birth. But when I took second opinion from a surgeon at AIIMS Delhi, he told that looking at the symptoms, this is a low anorectal malformation (which can be corrected in a single surgery). I am not sure what went wrong here. I doubt whether these people did this money. Because of this hospital, we are struggling a lot.
I have already started a legal battle with these fellows. Not sure to what extent I am gona win. But for sure I will fight till I get justice. These people started sticking to a loop hole of ultrasound.
Emergency services are worst, I will never suggest anyone to go Ranbow hospital.they asked me to wait for 15 minute for doctor to come. After 15 min, they told me docter will come in next 30 to 40 min, and waited for docter.and finally they said that docter is not availble in emergency service now. And Then finally went to other hospital.
I am happy with the service and hospitality in this branch. Doctors and staff are very supportive and helpful. I had a good experience so far and appreciate if canteen facility is available for food. Thanq
I've had been visiting main branches in this group of hospitals and continuously witnessing substandard behavior's/services and blah blah blahs.without option/knowledge/information about better hospitals in Hyderabad. Advised not to follow just by trusting only Brand.

You have to pay premium/fancy amount more or less for low class services. Deficiency in complete administration/monitoring/maintenance or in main front line services. Finally they (staff) leave you in misconception without any hesitation. RIP Professionalism.
Thus at times you get Good and Bad in every area accordingly. You are really lucky if you find right people in this place
Moral: They eat your Time and Money without ethics mercilessly.

Had my Covid-19 test done, good staff & hygienic maintenance. Easy to locate & the tests were done with all the required parameters. Went on time as mentioned by them & they too were prompt in taking my swabs. Results were a bit delayed due to some machine breakdown but got a oral message from the staff. Keep the good work.
Our Association with Rainbow Hospotal Since 2014 we were blessed with two Baby boys. Regd Hopsital we found that they are very keen about providing high standards of care for mother and newborn for which I want to thankful to the whole support staff and Doctors.thank you.
