Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad

I was there with family for warm up match (traveled all the way from BLR to HYD) between Aus vs Pak. The security and cop team were super supportive. The stadium was of international standards, only thing is parking facility could hv been little better

Watched Australia vs Netherlands. Great atmosphere. Beware no bags allowed. Possibly only cell phone and wallet allowed at the gates.

It was an nice experience at this stadium, Situated near "stadium metro station" on walking distance

This stadium is maintained international level standards. Entrance & exit way very placent. Chairs arrangement &path way very comfortable & very placent experience

We thought the total cost of the books was a bit higher, but after seeing the books, I realised it was worth it. Even the internal art books are excellent.

We've been to Aus vs India match recently it wasn't my first match though but the atmosphere was exciting. To be honest the seats are worse.

Maintenance is so poor and Score updating screen is very small and no DJ for matches, RJ mics are not working

Stadium is good but fencing installed in front of chair should be removed.
Parking arrangement has been made near to the stadium, though it was temporary.

This stadium looks like it is 100 years old. There is absolutely no maintenance be it indoors or outdoors. I'm writing this review after having visited the stadium multiple times over the past 5 years or so. It's a disgrace that being a public place, the amenities are not public friendly especially washrooms, seats and parking. They've absolutely not repaired or replaced anything in the stadium that is not working for ages. No wonder why there are no frequent matches in this stadium. During match days if not for the police and metro service it would be a nightmare to go to this place. I really wish that the respective decision makers have a vision for this place and make it visit worthy.

Rajiv Gandhi International stadium is also called as Uppal stadium. This stadium as special feeling with me because I seen Dhoni in this stadium and witnessed Kohli Double century against Bangladesh and Ravindra Jadeja sword celebration after his Fifty. View from the stands is good. Stadium infrastructure is nice. Roof is there only for one end. If the roof is built for the entire stadium then it will be very usefull.

It's been more than 13 years they won't even lay proper road to reach it, that's the sad reality

Seating arrangements is very good.
Ticket Cost is lower.
And world 6th largest stadium.

The outer ring road around the stadium is good jogging for all local residents. Thanks for keeping it better

Pathetic Seats that won't be cleaned if any match is hosted!

Watching a ODI or Test from East/West first floor is literally like Grilling ourselves better choose North or south terrace /first floor.

One of the biggest stadium in india.visted during Ipl last year going to visit this Ipl as well.you can reach metro station inorder to reach stadium.parking allotted at road side, head set are not allowed to carry inside the stadium as well as outside food.

Its my first visit to stadium. I don't think international stadium would be like that much dirty. Unbelievable dirty, chairs were not good, stairs are like patches. This needs serious attention. Requesting TS govt to look into this matter and get this done for public safety. Thanks!

The sitting view of this stadium is too good, easy to reach over there from metro station, employees are also good and responsible.

Although little far from main locations in Hyderabad but it's well connected. The seating areas don't have a roof. Overall had a good experience watching the match.

Watched the first match of the Paytm T20 series India vs West Indies on 6th December, 2019. The stadium is fabulous with enough facilities except for adequate food and water.

It's a beautiful cricket stadium with more than 40000 capacity and it's in the heart of the city. It's being beautifully maintained specially the ground, lush green carpet like grass. It's a dream come true for the players playing on this ground. I wish all the people involved in maintaining this stadium a healthy life.

It has a capacity of 55,000 and extends across 16 acres (65,000 m2) of land. The ends are named Pavilion End and North End. On the retirement of VVS Laxman, the HCA decided to honour the state hero by naming the North End after him. It was established in 2003. Beautiful and world class stadium it is IPL, domestic and International cricket matches are being held here.

It Is the Only International Cricket Ground In Hyderabad. You Can Witness Many IPL Matches Here. This Place Is Huge And Can Accommodate a Large Crowd. It Is Well Maintained By the Authority With Huge Parking Spaces. Do Visit This Place When In Hyderabad.

Perfect management but only one thing which is inconvenience for public, that is offline ticket counter is very far from stadium.

When ever you have a match in hyderabad the stadium will be full and when ipl seasons i loved to watch here and please clean yhe washroom areas

Good stadium for a game of cricket. There is ample parking but approach roads can be difficult. Adding clips of cricket by Indian team (Dhoni & Co)

What to say about RGICS (Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium). The one and only international cricket stadium of our city located in uppal with a huge capacity of 40K + seats. The home ground of Sun risers Hydebrad IPL franchise. Big ground with huge fan base of cricket. Lovely to watch a match here

Nothing special to mention. Hyderabad cricket ground has a great history and a lot of IPL and international matches are held here every year. You can easily go through the metro and it is close to uppal bus stop.

Hyderabad Cricket Association its your fault. No maintainance. Seats are dirtier than dumps. I am blaming you becoz of 1000 reasons. It was my first visit stadium between Rajasthan vs Hyd in the IPL. Hefty charges for tickets. No drinking water. Food was a nightmare for me and expensive too. Ticket were sold more than seating capacity, I think. Few people watched the match by standing till the end. Overall don't think that these idiots will serve us better, as we are spending a lot. Value your money before buying tickets on this ground.

Hyderabad cricket stadium is really huge and has good view of game all round the ground no matter where you sit because of absence of pillars. With capacity of around 50,000 it is reasonable stadium to host big games. But the maintenance conditions are best in worst. Seats are not cleaned except when it comes to ipl time. Around the ground conditions are worst. No roads no trees no gardens. There is a great chance that the higher authorities can make it very beautiful because there is lot of space available. I am giving four stars because of stadiums architecture and the one of the very best pitches in India and also it's ability to host one day nd test cricket.

This place must be viaited for atleast once in a lifetime as ypu will live the hundreds of crowd and their excitement for the game all at once.the live experience have no words.it must be experienced.
