Worst and pathetic service. If I have an option to give less than 1 star I would. It's a pathetic service and I would not recommend to anyone if you are looking for an elderly care.

I took service from them for my grandmother who was a patient. The lady who arrived was not ready to work and she is not ready for help also to the patient and she is eating food and playing with mobile and sleeping and And she is talking very rudely with patient and his family members and don't have minimum commonsense doesn't know how to respect and don't know how to talk with anyone and rising his voice and better to not to send rudely members for services its waste of money and time and need to give proper and clear training before sending to home care services.

Very bad experience and worst customer services.

Whenever a replacement/substitute is required they don't respond properly and phone number/person to contact fir replacement changes every time. While sending a person they say you call us if she doesn't suit your requirements but they don't pick up the phone nir respond on WhatsApp even after making more than a dozen calls.though they are charging hefty amount that too in advance they dont treat the client/customer with respect. It appears as if we are at their mercy. My experience with all their contact persons is very bad

I took service from them for my father who was a cancer patient. The boy who arrived was not ready to give tablets to the patient, was not ready to keep oxygen at night and was not ready to understand even when explaining the terms of tablets.

These people took amount prior and I took service only for 1 day and the next day my father expired and these people refused to provide refund and in return the administration behavior was very rude. They disconnected the call on my face stating it's not our responsibility if the boy is not working properly.

I don't know these people even got the licence to provide service for elderly care when they themselves are patients.

Very bad experience. I have hired 24 hours help for my mother in laa. They sent a lady with poor sight and with intellectual challanges. I am taking risk leaving my mother in law with her alone. I am trying from one week for substitution. Very bad respond from administrative staff. They took money in advance. Heard so good about their services. Very disappointed

The organisation is not professional. They have almost 30 mobile numbers and none of the fellows know how to talk. They expect that users bear charges for the transport of people. Worst worst service. I advise people not to go for these services

My friend took patient caretaker service from this company. They sent a quarrel monger and drinker.

Absolutely wonder set up.the caretakers are extremly compassionate and caring. What surprises us is that, they replace the caretakers everymonth and lo, each is as excellent as the previous one.

They are better trained and attitudinally far better than the " sisters in hospitals ". I would prefer to call them " Mothers ".
Thanks to the home for creating a culture of care, compassiion and affection. God bless

Very bad service. Rude people. They don't care for the patient. Their care givers are liers and I'll treat the patients when other family members are not around. Agents are rude to the core. They refuse to listen to the needs of the customer. They take money in advance and don't care what happens next.

The worst service ever, they give you all sorts of commitment and don't do anything, they don't have proper staff and don't respond, Particularly Ms Srilakshmi & Mr Srinivas from Hyderabad Branch
they just take money and then no responsibility.

If ur looking for elder care services and a reliable one, please don’t bother about Ramakrishna services.they have the worst customer response and they send people without vetting them out. They do not give u even an Aadhaar card of the attendant. So it’s definitely not safe and most of the attendants are untrained. When we sent back one of their attendant cos they couldn’t provide his Aadhaar details, they stopped taking calls though they had our advance with them.

Workers are uncultured and are of worst behavior. They even ran away from the house without any intimation.

Worst service. Never ever opt their Home care services for your family care, they don't have basic experience in handling things and very high attitude, they wont even work, or take proper elderly care. There is a lady name sri lakshmi madala she is one of the worst women i have met, she doesn't care about the clients, even if you are requesting to change the candidates she ll just ignore, beware of this lady, very rude and irresponsible.don't even think of their service.strictly no, go for other options.

Horrible service, they don't interview the servents prior to sending servents to home. Two servents replaced in two weeks and third replacement is not provided for four days. All this is for engaging 24 hours services for one month. Strongly recommend not to engage services from this company. Don't pay in advance.

Very bad service. In fact 0 rating. They don’t have trained persons. They simply seem to get people from from rural areas. Also, they seem to have many sub level contracts not directly from this agency.

So they try to get people for cheap money. Hence you don’t get quality people. They sent a person named Santamma. She doesn’t know what to do and how to handle elderly people. In fact we felt like serving her instead of getting service from her.

The incharge Krishna Latha is more worst, she doesn’t even know how to talk with customers. She starts speaking in attacking mode.

The people come to work doesn’t have service attitude and seems we can’t meet their demands.

They charged 18k for month upfront, still didn’t send proper resource.

Very commercial.

Hence don’t recommend this agency. Very worst, fake agency. Please look out for some other better choice.

Looks like they don’t have a well trained workers especially for baby caretakers. Never hire this babycaretaker Mounika.she’s mentally disoriented and doesn’t work at all. Thankfully we planned to hire for 15 days and after seeing her mental instability in few days, we have called the management to take her back and our amount was refunded. Over all, a waste of time and money!

Rama Krishna agency workers are worst. They don’t think about the patient but always argue with everyone n there not for appropriate nursing. They only needs sleep n food but doesn’t care about the patient

Worst service and very unprofessional behaviour. They take money and wont respond to your calls and send you people who come for doing time pass. Dont ever go with this agency even for trial basis. Complete waste of money

Actually 0 stars… consultants won’t give any response nd they will not send experienced workers… after paying 18000 per month also, only we should do our work. If you are working mom, don’t even dare to think of this home care services…. The worst ever services.
