While entering to market we can saw a bunch of variety chocolates.spacious and nice market but one problem is that when we check for knife it is too expensive and we need single tin but there was only set of tin or bowls are available.otherwise everything is very nice and good

I have been waiting for toung cleaner more than a week still stock is not available and one more billing only has two counters always rush

Items are at competitive prices. I had thought that it sells at higher prices than other super markets but this time I purchased at less prices than nearby super market.

Nice experience. Fresh fruits and vegetables, all varieties of groceries are available. Parking place, inside ambience and services are good.

Decent collection of various items like groceries, vegetables, fruits and other households. Unfortunately, many selections of fruits seem not to be fresh which is a bad experience from a renounced retail store. Also, billing here is a hassle. They only have max of 3 counters and need to stand in line even to get small items. Very inconvenient for anyone trying to buy 1 or 2 items and quickly get out. Hope they plan to address these and provide an overall great experience.

Staff is not efficient. They don't respect customer's time and take their own time for billing. They don't maintain counter cash in all denominations but ask customer multiple times for change. It's waste of time to go here when we have so many purchase options.

You can use UPI apps at roadside vendors but not in the MEGA CHAIN ratnadeep. Better go to the grocery store next door. EVEN AFTER AN YEAR OF CONSTANT COMPLAINTS THEY DON'T CARE TO ADD BASIC CONNECTIVITY FOR MAKING PAYMENTS! THEY DON'T MANAGE QUEUES! YOU WILL SPEND MORE TIME IN THE QUEUE THAN SHOPPING IN THE STORE.

Very well maintained supermarket. We get fresh vegetables everyday. Less number of counters make it annoying during peak hours. Note that the cellphone signals (Airtel) are almost none inside the supermarket. So online payments can be a challenge atleast for Airtel users.

The first few weeks of opening this store was clean and spotless especially the fresh fruits and veg section. However, over the period of time it is looking more or less like Vijetha supermarket. The neighbouring competitor. The bendis used to come in polythene bag but now it dumped for customer pickup and like wise beans. The tomatoes and onions needs cleaning. The customers will pay more for the cleanliness. I don't feel like to go this store anymore and rather get it from Jiomart as I feel the fresh produce looks clean and value for money. Please welcome the customer through cleanliness.

Very few billing counters, when there is rush, then also they open only one or two cash counters, and most of the staff do not understand telugu

The place is always neat and clean and well maintained than other competitors. Especially I love the fruits and food section, the maintain the stock force most of the fruits and they are always fresh. Only concern I gave one less star is, the staff are bit rude at times and don't maintain decipline when crowded and they should have minimum sense atleast to open additional counters.

Ambiguous looking good, prices are high when you comparing with nearest stores but products are not upto the quality what they are charging. Especially, don't take vegetables, mushrooms, brockelly, paneer, red capcicum etc. These products are normally higher rates in any of the stores but should be fairly with good quality. These were spoiled many times even after you keep in refrigerator. Brockelly and paneer got formed by black fungus.

I would recommend other stores to visit instead of Ratnadeep. Hope this helps other's.

Exclent.very hygenic, little expensive but vast choice of products, kids food choice is good

Overall it's good shop for purchasing groceries and vegetables. Maintenance is good. Only problem is you won't get cell phone signal for Airtel.

I suggest you to provide small area Wifi in store.

Had good experience. There is a scope for improvement in few sections like stationary, home cleaning stuff, puja items, few grocery items etc. Also not much of great discounts when compared to its competitors.

Staff courteous, good range, customer friendly well stacked ambience, found prices reasonable.

Ambiance of this store is as good as any RD store. However, it is smaller compared to other stores and also, the range of products is limited. Hopefully, things will improve with time.
