Ratnadeep Supermarket

They added an item I didn’t purchase in the bill and when I went back to ask the manager, he told me to wait and then called me to a counter and then to another and then he said he had to check the CCTV. Pathetic response and I’m not visiting the store ever again.

Good place to buy vegetables.
Fresh at good prices
Good discounts are available.

All the prices are high compared to Dmart or Any e-commerce website
Or any other local holesale shops.

By far this is the worst Ratnadeep we've ever experienced (visiting it since an year as we reside in the adjacent society)
- understaffed
- they never turn on the ACs or fans
(Atleast whenever we visited it is off) if asked staff say that their manager instructed them to do so.
- vegetable/fruit section is totally occupied by staff upto 10AM every day, they don't care the customers who come to pick up, they are in their own world arranging the stock.
-parking arrangement is pathetic, as others experienced - security is the boss (instructs rudely to the customers)

Market is good all stuff is available wt ever we required but when it comes for billing only 1-2counters work out. Of four. And people who does the billing are sometimes very slow so this takes a lot of time. Everytime they have a reason that counter is closed because it's not working

No cold drink as fridge not working or something, no proper stock available and poor staff who are in there own world

This is a new store, located couple of months back. Although the brand gives confidence to start shopping

Good stock. But even after Supreme Court order, they are charging money for carry bags. This should be stopped immediately.

Super neat store and there hasn't been a compromise of quality, that's Ratnadeep for you. A vast variety of products to choose from, from the basics to the exotics. Although I felt the staff to be a little sluggish to respond, but this might get rectified over time since it's a newly opened store. Lots of room to move along freely and well lighted place give you a positive feel while shopping.
