Amezing experience new property all things are good condition and very polite staff mainly reseption boys very good communication overall i enjoyed a lot.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and had an extremely disappointing experience with their room service. Despite handing over my room keys, the rooms were not cleaned the next day. When I inquired about this, the receptionist/manager, who happened to be a bald gentleman, responded, "It's not my fault. I instructed the staff, but they didn't follow through, so don't blame me. " To my dismay, the room remained uncleaned.

Throughout my stay, the hotel failed to provide drinking water, whether it was regular or bottled, which I believe should be a basic complimentary amenity. I had to repeatedly request water from them (took extra charges). Furthermore, the handwash bottles were empty, and there were no towels, food service (online websites showed complimentary breakfast included), or even basic utensils like glasses and spoons available.

I must emphasize the rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff and receptionists, which truly marred my experience in Hyderabad. I cannot recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

It was a pleasant experience here, I strongly recommend! Vardhan was really good as always!

Good room and comfortable stay, recommended. I have stayed here for more than 10 days. Good management, feels like home and you are definitely given privacy.

Instead of going with Oyo or any other booking platform, you better contact them directly for a good discount.

Hotel is well furnished and good maintained but booking price is fluctuate some time taking extra money they are not seeing regular customer also.always laundry problem for two members they are giving one towel.

Hotel and staff verry good so clean also maintain hygiene but the don't have restaurant iam waiting for that plz open the restaurant
