Red Fox Hotel, Hyderabad

I am utterly disappointed with Hotel and its facilities. I have paid close to 10k per night doesn’t offer any facility beyond 3k 1 star hotel.

Washrooms are 30 years old and very unhygienic rooms. Please avoid this hotel completely and better to get into any road side hotel.

I hope the message reaches the concerned authorities! Really sorry to write this, I don’t want to defame any business but after two days of leaving your place I still feel I wish I could delete the embarrassing memories we had with you. Wasted two days of our life with everlasting dark memories! Horrible service, understaffed, suffocating rooms, lower standards bed, linens, everything pathetic for the price. Please train your staffs at least to smile and greet well even they are in bad mood! Breakfast time was a real embarrassment! About to take my first bite, someone comes to my table and says “you should pay”, felt embarrassed and badly humiliated so left everything on table, even agreed to pay at checkout for the unfinished breakfast, but the guy says you don’t have to pay extra, breakfast is included in your stay. Later in the afternoon, again another mannerless calls us to ask for money! Sorry to write this but you guys are pathetically disgusting. There is nothing good about your place. Learn some hospitality ethics too while you’re minting money from your guests!

I am so satisfied with hotel service.
The reception was very good, The manager is now good at behaviour.
The restaurants are very awesome and the food is excellent.i appreciate the kitchen staff.
I recommend booking this hotel!

Neat and clean room.only draw back hotel restaurant food price are very high.one time food cost minimum 500 rs

Egoistic staff in reception.
I made an early checkin request and made the payment. These people made me wait for 3 hrs though there was multiple checkouts happened. I offered to pay additional charges also.
Right now I am still waiting for room. This would me my last stay in this hotel.
Most irresponsible staff i have ever seen.

Good rooms some improvement like 24 hr checkin would be good, food is little less spicy and reception response is a bit delay but overall very good recommendable

We had a very bad experience breakfast was pathetic. 4 members fell sick due to food poisoning, Hyderabad trip was in vain

A great place to stay in Banjara Hills. The staff is absolutely great, and the hotel particularly stood out for me because of their initiative of employing multiple deaf and dumb people as their service staff. Had a great stay with a delicious and healthy breakfast full of fruits and juices and your regular old Idlis.

Overall good experience. Service, Breakfast is good. Rooms are good. Locker/Cupboard is not available in Business room. Also window gallery is not clean.

Quality, Hospitality, personal behaviour of all management staff was truly good. I'm happy that I found this and wish to stay back any time in future.

Loved it. I made a mistake in reservation of dates due to urgency. The staff were excellent and proactively helped. Since I booked from goibibo, they helped me in connecting with customer care and resolved things immediately. I could save one day of stay.

But one info needed.early check-in, you have to pay money.

Rooms was good, location also good only hot water timings are limited they have to provide hot water 24*7

As Lemon Tree behind Red Fox one must certain, it's best in its catagory without any compromise on quality of service.

Hotel staff behaviour was really cordial. But we can feel the effort to cut cost everywhere, starting from Buffet spread to in-room facilities, packed lunch etc. I think, after covid situation is fully overcome, we can expect the hotel regain it's earlier grandeur.

Business room is good. Nice location. 35 to 45 minutes drive from airport. Near to metro station. Clean & hygienic room. Free Breakfast spread is limited. Still need lot of improvement on the morning breakfast. Tea coffee serving at breakfast are not hot. No hot water for bath.very disappointing. Need more safety lock on the door. Front office is very co operative during check in & check out.

Worst experience no hot water normal temprature no food serving if u ask for any plate or water they will charge for it ans cots also old matress finally lift switch also not working only one lift is good.

Not properly sanitized. Need to pay even for a brush, plate, spoon, wifi also. Hyped rating. Oyo would be a better option than this. Wifi is the worst. They offer you two wifi options (wifi and 24hours fast wifi) and they don't notify you which ones free and which is a paid one during the check-in. They would charge you more than 500 bucks for this. Tea costs more than 100/- Everything over here was a headache. If you want a real disappointment, please visit Red fox.

Horrible front staff. They shouldnt even keep this kind of front office staff. Will never ever even think of booking this soley because of the front office desk

We stayed here for 7 nights, no complaints at all.the rooms are neat and clean! Breakfast spread is decent.they do serve Dosa's and omlettes as required. Staff is well mannered and polite. Only negative is the food options in the menu are limited and expensive but they do allow Zomato and Swiggy to deliver till the gate and you can go and pick up the order.advise would be to carry your disposable plates along. There are good eatiers around the hotel hence dining out is also not a problem. All in all it was a good experience, nothing to complain. A paisa wasool stay!

They maintain high standards in terms of maintenance and food.
The location of the Hotel is also good.
There are shopping centres in and around.
Ample parking space is available in the hotel.

I went to red fox for buffet dinner.the food was lip smacking and worth the money. Starters were delicious and dessert was outstanding, apart from food the service and ambience was also very satisfying. All in all very nice experience. Good jobs guys u nailed it.

Good spacious rooms but terrible walkways is what I would call it. Corridors were reeking of cigarette smell! Grace part was it wasn't felt inside the room. Stayed on 10th floor. The walls felt absolutely had no sound absorption. Ringing a bell on the next room gives you a feeling it was in your room. Ended up opening up the door 3-4 times upon hearing the bell which was in the nearby rooms. Pathetic on that front.

Nice budget hotel located in prime area. Very courteous staff, right from front desk to house keeping. Excellent service.

We had great stay at this hotel. I loved the environment totally and the receptionist were so humble they try to serve us better always. Had a good food in the cafe for morning breakfast, but for lunch, i won't recommended biriyani here and it was a little bit costly too. Totally a good experience.

Treatment is more than 3 star hotel. Many varieties of breakfast and yummy too. In prime location. Near to many Software companies. Best place to stay when you are on Official trip.

A lemon tree venture it is. Facilities provided are very nice. The restaurant serves tasty food (but it isn't that pocket friendly). Good for organising business meet ups and other functions. Spacious halls are available here. Staff are also cordial.

Very friendly staff, very comfi stay, breakfast was nice with good selection. Only this could be better would be check in time. I was bit disappointed with that. A great stay in Hitech City. The ambience is pretty fine. Wi-fi and Breakfast is good. The service is super fast and prompt. Meets the expectations of a budget hotel. The facility of a swimming pool is also available in their parent hotel Lemon Tree Premier (It’s free). They have tours and vehicle services as well!

Buffet is repetitive and lacks variations in terms of cuisine or variety. DTH network lacks many channels. No in-room storage facility for personal valuables.

Everything is fine and classy for a budget hotel, except for the bed. Bed is just OK. Could have been a lot better. Other things like breakfast, cleanliness, facilities, service, food are all fine. Food is bit pricey for a budget hotel.

Good place.there are lot of resturants near by as well as inorbit mall is also near by.good connectivity but lot of traffic is there in that area.
IKEA is also near that area.
