Hi iam Nahid sultana, I was having lot of health issues and also over weight with the guidence of my coaches in reflection wellness centre I lost 17kgs of weight, and came out of the health issues.

At the time of Carona I got severe bleeding issue I scared so much no doctor but suggested antibiotics for 40 days still its not controlled so at that time I went for this beautiful healthy community @instagram With my coach guidence and Nutrition support within 10days bleeding stopped miracle happened in the process lost 16kgs in 4 months in2020 July month and maintaining same weight till now in the process of weightloss and also get out of Low Bp, severe constipation, and severe psoriasis and pcod issue better.
