I had visited the outlet and they had good choice available at various budget range and I had spent more than 4 hours time from 1 PM.

We had been offered sandwich for lunch but throughout the time Ms Ramadevi had lot of patience to show us various items and even skipped lunch for us.

Worth visiting the showroom due to very customer friendly staff and variety of items.

We went to purchase jewellery here and Staff Miss SUMALATHA attended us and explained each details. Her behavior is very good and very much appreciating. I would like to give 5 star rating for behavior and completing explaining the details which made us to choose perfect jewellery.

I am sharing my experience with you all about Reliance Jewellery showrooms.

On this month Dhantaras fastive so I plan to buy a gold coin. But I cant decide that from Which place I suppose to buy it. From local shop or visit some branded showroom.

Every year I purchased it from local shop.so this time I decided to visit branded showroom. So first I have visited some showroom (p c jewelry, senko gold and few more) and last I go to reliance jewels showroom.
I am really surprised, the staff people are very helpful and friendly they are not Defaranciate with customers who will buy high value or low value.

They’re offering sweet and water and given more than 2 hours for me to select a gold coin.

In between that they have provided all offers running in their store (discount on making changes, bank Offers etc)

Store range are also very good and attractive. Store ambiance are making feel comfortable.

After billing the staff again ask ke have you want to buy anything else and try to convince purchased any thing else.

So after few minutes I purchased a gold ring also with a good discount 100% off on making charges

Found new designs, we got automatic machine where you can check your ornament purity and valuation.making charge was little bit high

Null to No silver collection inspite of being a part of one of the richest franchise in India. Disappaointed by this. Hope they will include silver in their collection soon.
