Reliance Smart superstore

I am a regular customer to this store. I made a bill of Rs. 1600/- and my daughter unknowingly kept one 20 rupees mentos in the bag. Security identified the billing is not there for mentors and he took me to the manager room and the manager is not there. I said I don't want the mentors and leave but security denied. I waited almost 30 mins for the manager. No one is there to interogate me. Finally security came and he called the manager and managed asked me to pay 20 rupees in the billing counter and I denied as there is large queue. And again security called the manager and I said I don't want mentos and I have the bill for the items I have in my bag and leave me. He finally allowed me to go out of store. I bought items worth 1600, cannot I pay 20 for one small item? Worst security and worst manager. I never visit this store again

You will always have an worst experience with this shop. Always there will be issues at the billing counter with regards to rate as they will mention one rate at the item display and will charge more amount on billing counter. This time to i had an same issue and additional bonus to it, my scooty in there parking was scratched to the core my there delivered valet. On top of it then I complaint to store manager he says what can I do?

Though the store is big, some items are missing. It would be better if they include all items.

Worst store. Super slow billing persons. Waiting time will be more than 30 mins for billing even though there are 4 customers only.

All items will available with minimum discount of 6% and free product for every Rs 1500 purchase

Pathetic quality of the vegetables. Grocery all items will not be available, it takes 2-3times more time to find any items than a normal super market. They don't put in order, price lables will not be available, morning time very pathetic unhygienic conditions in vegetable section. Only 1-2 people will be available for billing, billing people are not knowledge for all payment types, they take lot of time for billing.

Store in Nizampet is convenient place, groceries and textiles available here, discount on every items and few days they are offering 50 percent discount also. 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler parking available.

We get all range of Groceries, Household items and confectioners. They offer rewards which in turn can be used as a discount on purchases.

They have certainly come a long way and are indeed giving a tough competition to D'Mart in many items in terms of discounts.

Cloths for entire family available for very reasonable cost. Also, you get discounts on many of the products available.

This is a store located on the main road of Nizampet. It has parking space only for bikes. This story is not well maintained and staff is not properly trained. Freezers always stink and is unhygenic. Vijetha and ratandeep are much better.

Good showroom for grocery shopping, on days of high inflow of customers too the counters not fully operational, have to wait more than 20 min in queue to checkout, no proper management of store on this, and price tags are not updated regularly.

Big and multi floored building. Cost wise as usual. Can get steel utensils along with provisions. Kids wear, chappal are also available.

On weekends you can see offers on many items but not on weekdays. Anyone observe this. So try to visit on weekends to save a few bucks.

It's very spacious store and more offers will be available. But some of the items will not be available.

One can go there for groceries that you need for your home needs. Veggies to home appliances, everything will be available at the shopping mall. Go and buy.

If you order in JIO MART App you will get all damaged items. Delivery is worst. Amazon is much better in groceries delivery. Better not to order in JIO MART App.

Good product range with discounted price better alternative for D-mart. Store is well maintained. Clean and hygiene.

Any product available at least 6% discount. For me this is best and i even get loyalty points for my payments.this is awesome

This Store offers you complete list of all the available Items. Almost 90% of items are on discount so you get to have extra Items in the same Budget you are looking for Must Visit

They don't have proper person at billing section. Kindly deploy right person. Over all store discount is good.

Location is okay. But the store is built on 3 floors and there is no escalator leading to lots of in convenience in travelling to 1st and second floors since we have to lift which is very slow and for which we have wsit for long.
Also there isno suffient space to move around and the place is cramped up.overall not recommended

They always have like max 3 lanes open.even if the place is crowded.the systems doesn't work and we have to pay twice and there is no guarantee that the money would be back.they are basically robbing us.bunch of scammers!

This is a worst store and they sell rotten eggs. I have bought eggs of 2 packs and every egg was rotten. Very worst.

One of the best all in one stores in Nizampet. It has all the needed products from grocery to vegetables, clothing to kitchen needs.
Must visit this store for one stop shopping.

No social distancing at this place. There are more cleaning staff than store staff. Store staff doesn't give any proper info. Billing takes very long and seems the billing staff are not properly trained. Store closes at 6.30 in the evening.

Try to avoid this store in the current scenario. Shelves do not have proper price tags and if there is any, the final bill would be different.

Fresh vegetables available here and offers are competitive with D-Mart, as it is just launched, need some more time to include much more items with offers. Overall it's good store.

Everything seems okay but the vegetable and fruits section doesn't have fresh stock. This store doesn't have products related to dishwashers. Orders are being shipped from this store when you place an order on Jio Mart.

Employees are more, Congisted pl give space for customers instead don't make like fish market your Admin should be experienced, pl make available fresh Stocks instead old stocks. Soaps Mysore sandals some of tooth pastes are old one which I have brought to notice of Admin. Any way your should be no one stores.

Smart is good. But need to recruit more billing persons. There are only 2 persons available even though 7 to 8 counters. Taking too much time to billing.

Today I done my shopping in this mart
Done the billing of my products which I purchased but the CSA who billed the products didn't pack all my items, one kids T shirt which I purchased for my kids, they took it to remove the tag and the store people did not return it and it was left over with the biller
After going home I started checking my items with the bill and I found that one item was missing they don't even give time for the customer

No UPI payment is present. In this pandemic they have to provide contact less payment but they are only providing Phonepe.

All general items not available, mix of all reliance shops, Dmart is far better comparing to this

People are in long line and waiting for bill, only single bill counter opened.

Just go to D-Mart is for savings and better experience.

Prices have min discount of 6 percent.
Sadly, people in Nizampet are yet to realize it's potential. Relatively uncrowded in morning before 10am

Worst experience while billing. Waited for almost 1 hour. But still system problem. I Suggest u to improve the technical issues first, then open the store
