The billing counters are always full and have less manning. More than 50% of billing counters are not manned. Closing timings depends on their moods. No proper closing timings, few days they open till 2100 hrs, few days they close at 2000 hrs. When asks for the reason, they don't give proper response. There is no proper signage to show the operating timings, this will help customers to plan in advance.

It's name is changed to Reliance Smart. They are keeping all kind of groceries, household items, vegetables, fruits and cloths. Every item purchase has minimum 6% discount. The people who prefers to buy groceries from D-mart, they can go here and see the difference. You will get more items like, fruits, vegetables, ice creams than D-mart. You will feel satisfied here.

The recently opened Reliance Smart is spacious with two floors. All the items were arranged in a systematic way. It's very accessible to the people of Balasamudram, Srinivasanagar and other parts of the city.
