Worst type of treatment given me, they provide tests alot, report is one treatment is another one, I didn't see this type of worsted, bekar hospital.worst, worst and worsted.
This Hospital is becoming day by day worst. Good Gastro consultants are leaving the hospital. Every night new Duty Doctors. Patients are at high risk in this hospital. What is going on in this hospital. I request the Management to provide Good and Polite Doctors well experienced Doctors. Consultants and Night Duty Doctors. If patient call during Night hours receptionist Manoj and Manger Vekateshwarulu answer the call and speak in rude manner. Their sleep is getting disturbed. Call in the morning. I request u to take action against this person's or close the Hospital at night.

Myself Vanita, I was admitted and received treatment in renova NIGL recently. I really appreciate with all the doctors and nursing staff for the efforts they put in each patient. Everyone working here are quickly responsive and humble. I'm honestly satisfied and happy with the care and treatment I received here.
I don't recommend this hospital as staff is behaviour with attendents are like as if they are working in footpath shop, especially word security bipin was very rude with patient attendents, if you see the reviews lot of negative reviews with this hospital.
I was suffering with pain. I visited hospital at night around 23 hrs, they gave me first aid and asked me to visit in the morning. I was admitted with stone issue in kidney.the way they responded on emergency is quite appreciable. With In day they have discharge me after getting treatment. Pls don’t come in your car, they havae valet parking but it is a big mess.they asked my driver to leave the premises with car when we were in consultation, once I came out I found they were accepting other cars. When enquired, they said no parking for patients, only for doctors. Your will end up parking on can get a NP ticket.

At the time of admission, my father's health was serious. We found relief after reaching Renova NIGL hospital (Banjara Hills) the services my father got was excellent and highly satisfied. Dr. R. V. Raghavendra Rao sir (surgical gastroenterologist and liver specialist) saw my father's reports and assured us that he would try his best, there he kept his words what he said. He is a wonderful surgeon. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on symptoms, not only has he taken great care of my father's health but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment, highly grateful for his experience and wide range of knowledge. It's rare to find such a Doctor. The management is friendly, supportive and very kind, I specially thanks to Sunil Lakhawath sir, he's a very patient person, humble and kind. He has done his duties very well. I appreciate his work. C. Bhanuchary sir is a good counselor for billing department, he's a very polite, well mannered staff good coordination with patients and attenders. I heartly thanks to all the doctors, staff and management of Renova NIGL those who helped us in form of directly or indirectly. I'm so glad I chose NIGL and would highly recommend to anyone.
Doctors are very good but hospital management is pathetic- just money minded.i was treated by Dr. Raghavendra and he is a really good doctor.he saved my life.but problem is with hospital, they did USG 5 times and for 4 times they could not catch gall bladder stones.billing was done with a lot of mistakes and i had to go follow up multiple times for refund of excess amounts charged.this hospital is very expensive in general.they charged me around 20K for CT scan and the same was charged 8.5K in AIG.similarly their bed charges are tripple when compared to AIG.over all go there for OPD, do the tests outside, dont go there if you are going to get admitted for a surgery.i was admitted with pancritis for 10 days, 5 days ICU and 5 days in triple sharing bed- they made a bill of 5.5 lakhs.that too there was no surgery done.just antibiotics and pain killers.when i checked bills later i was shocked on their charges.even my insurance guys told me that they have charged you too much.
I lost trust in them and went for the surgery later in AIG.was admitted after another pancritis attack soon after discharge and i was there for 5 days including one day in ICU and 4 days in double sharing room.total bill came 90K so you can imagine the difference yourself.

* All the tests are very expensive * They will make sure that you visit the Hospital after 10 days (consultation validity period) to buy consultation fee from patients either by managing reports or medicine duration. * They follow a pretty good process but maybe becoz of many patients, the waiting time is more. So try to reach hospital early.

Doctors are good but other facilities are very poor. Like no dedicated staff, housekeeping. Emergency ward was very untidy when i visited in night. Rooms are poorly maintained. No parking for people who dont want to give their car in valet.

With This new hospital which has come up at banjara hills, i have a wonderful experinece.atmosphere is clean, Good services, Staff and Doctors were friendly. Very good hospital for Liver and Pancreas and Gastro problems.
Doctors are good, they do good analysis and appropriate medication provides but they don't follow time punctuality and cost wise it's expensive for middle class people. For my mother it took 3-4hrs time to meet doctor. Because they are relying on medical tests and diagnosis completely which are not required and unnecessary, based on that Bill goes beyond expectations. So hospital management should follow the timings and reasonable prices.
Dr. Wasif Ali (FRCS) is an Excellent Doctor, he is one of the best top rated Gasteroenterologist and a great surgeon, if you are fed up wasting your time roaming many hospitals treated by many doctors yet not got cured, you must visit Dr. Wasif Ali, it would be your final resort for cure, his treatment is really magical, I think he is blessed by Almighty to cure poor patients, try your fortune at National Institute Of Gasteroenterology and Liver care diseases, it is located within Sai Vani Hospital near Ramakrishna Math, at Indira Park, Lower Tankbund, getting an appointment or Dr. Wasif Ali is quite difficult, you must call the number sharp at 10AM, if fortune favours you You will get the appointment by luck. Visited this hospital recently. Decent infrastructure. Dont know much about the doctors' profiles but Dr Pandu Ranga is a famous name when it comes to treatment of GI ailments. Rates are also reasonable. Dr fee is 600 (incl of registration) Overall process will take around 4-5 hours. Walk-in consultation, no appointment required. No 2 or 4 wheeler parking available, park it in the lane ahead of this clinic. Some of the staffs are really disappointing in terms of service, they are clueless of what going around them. Overall a good and reliable place, I will rank it above Asian Institute of Gastroenterology.
Too heavy bills. Normal triple sharing rent itself is 4500 per day. Costlier than kims. Staff behavior is not that great. No patients at all. Only patients of Dr. Raghavendra rao sir
