10/10 wouldn’t recommend Hotel was the best until we were woken up (with loud banging) twice in our sleep and were asked to pay the hotel fare before we even could check out. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

Rooms are good but not that great to be honest. I had breakfast in the hotel and it is not up to the mark. But the service is pretty good actually

Room wise it's ok, at breakfast area some mess happened like no plates was there, no water for drinking except that it is ok ok

Good place to stay. Excellent dal khichdi was served at the place. Staff is friendly & housekeeping is done everyday. The GM is humble & down to earth. Definitely, if you are at hi tech city, you can plan your stay here.

The place is great interns from location, rooms are decent but this lacks in hospitality. Front desk managers are far from hospitable rather rude and make you wonder why you came here, there is a aversion to bookings from Agoda and they will scorn the discounted bookings done via MMTS or Agodas better to get a corporate bulk bookings done else the treatment is really appalling.

Economy budget type hotel but rates were high when we stayed there. Breakfast was not good. Rooms ok. Washroom bad. Should go for better options.

Reasonably good room at affordable price. Rooms are bigger and comes with complementary breakfast. Buf they don't have restaurant as of now.

Worst hotel I ever stayed, I travel alot and have booked alot of hotels but none of it was as worst as this hotel, extremely unprofessional and rude staffs and caretaker missing basic manners to speak and looting customers in name of complementary meals and 3 star hotel and in reality they deny you food for which you have already paid and can't get the money back, they are like goons doing as they wish and you can't do anything about it so a very humble and genuine request plz don't book it ever, I came for my mother's treatment for a week stay and I am going in tears from here so I hope you all get my msg loud & clear! Also they do open discrimination!

Having a great rooms but the service part is not much encouraging and the location is fine, it is near to the main road.

So I stayed for a day, I don’t know how it has good reviews. It’s one of the worst hotel stay. We had to wait for long time to check in. Careless receptionist. If you ask them plates, they will give paper plates! Full of mosquitoes. Very bad hotel and they don’t care about customers. Shamelessly while checking out they asked to positive feedback!

Just by seeing the brand Rester select I thought it would be nice one. No food facility in this hotel. No proper clean also. Notnproviding soaps as well. If we ask for water bottle they will charge.worst breakfast I had ever seen.

It's a average hotel, with less facilities. Even a dental kit is not free. They charge 40.00 rupees for that small thing. It's a TV in the room but only south channel are available now Hindi channel. Breakfast is free but not good quality material, they offering bread jam but no butter. Boiled eggs is boiled but it's not hot it's cold. Fresh juice is average. Overall we give him 2 marks out of 10.

Staff behavior is not good with the customers. They won't follow check in and check out timings. All services are very bad from the hotel.

Very bad, don't prefer the staff were very rude and not allowing visitors even for 1/2hr stay. Ambience is not at all good.

It is a good property for corporate and families.everything is good. I have stayed their 5days The service also good i have never ever seen this type of good property in Hyderabad
