The hospital is not able to give oxygen cylinder to a serious patient who was in need of cylinder. What kind of hospital if you cannot save a patient by just giving a cylinder. They said they don't have enough cylinder so I understand they just don't have 1 extra cylinder,

I was admitted to Rex super speciality hospital for three days due to my leg injury and the facilities there were very good nad very good hygiene rooms and all the staff are very experienced.

I have had a very bad experience with the hospital where the nurse put cannula to my wife incorrectly and when drips was administered, it started swelling and then the doctor placed the cannula on the other hand which was fine. Now, my wife is not able to hold anything in her hand for long due to incorrect cannula. Also, the doctor suggested urine culture which we got it done at the hospital. The report came positive for some infection. The hospital or lab did not call me stating that they missed to write the contact number.

All the doctors have taken care of the patient really well and the other medical staffs are also supportive. Even in night i got the right care. The rooms are also clean and good.

A great thanks to the entire Rex super speciality Hospital team. Recommend all of you to visit!

I am writing this review genuinely, Nurses are incompetent (Not all). Most of them are not well trained (they are allowing the final year students from Nursing college). Nursing college students (Not all) are not following doctor notes and giving medicines to patients. And Insurance billing is too high, even more than a modern hospital. I admitted my 2kids here for 4 days (Actually 36 hrs only but they said night admission also count as full day) they charged room rent per day 4800 per kid total 9600 charged per day for 2 kids and but they gave one room with two beds for my two kids. And while the time of joining they don’t have IV drips for my kids and they asked me to bring from other pharmacy at midnight1AM. Finally Twist is they are not given discharge summary to patient and they giving third party app called gmoney and I collected for my kids discharge sheet from them. And they are saying cashless facility we have but that is not actually cashless it is gmoney they will pay money behalf us and we have to pay again. But this is not smooth process, we need to follow with them for submission of reimbursements claims after discharge with gmoney team and hospital team regarding this and hospital insurance team taking this as advantage and charging more money. My sincere request to Hospital Management please revise and modify the pharmacy and insurance facilities in your hospital. Please revise the room rent tariff and maintain all medicines in your pharmacy innight time also. Doctors are good and talented here Juweria madam and hitesh sir and swamy sir and pediatricians who treated my kids also good. Doctors are treated very well for my kids.
