Had come to know about the clinic through my friend who had a good result after his transplant but it’s has been a tough time trying to contact the doctor or anyone. No prior information regarding anything will be provided unless you visit the clinic. It’s been a month we have been contacting but they neither respond to calls or any msgs so if you are from outside Hyderabad, better to avoid this clinic at any cost. It will be just a waste of time and hope. Just like me and few of my friends experienced since we have to come a long way to reach this place. Thumps down to this clinic cuz we found one better at our place. All the best
It's like a twist in my story that I have been waiting for, I have gone bald for 3/4th of the area and have lost confidence for most of my young age, after trying several promising (according to Tv adv) lotions and medication with no promising result, I have thought about hair transplantation for almost 3 years then again there is uncertainty as to the budget and success rate. Have been a client of rootz since 2015. They did a good job with me until I re located to Bangalore in Feb 2020. Since then they have not been receiving my calls and absolutely poor customer help in times of need. I understand the COVID situation but should maintain minimum communication rather than not answering calls.
In person service is good but virtual service is horrible. If you have any questions or concerns, they never attend your calls, don't respond properly to messages. If you are not from the city like me and take service from here expecting they will help you with any future questions or doubts then this is the place you should definitely avoid going.
