I would only visit this place for Dr. Sarah Iqbal.

I had not been keeping well for about a year now, and just after two visits, she was able to pin-point exactly what was going wrong with me and gave me the best advice and care I needed.
Cannot recommend her enough for all the ladies out there!

As for the premises itself, I am not a fan as they are below average and I wouldn't recommend long term stays just by observing the other staff and the cleanliness they maintain.

Unprofessionalness at its best! I don't know whether that is word, but that is how I would describe this place.

This hospital is in a prime location of tolichowki area the reason of this hospital not getting famous is the reception staff and nurses, they dont know how to speak to patients they are just giving the attendance to get the salary, Apart from Afreen khan all the Nurses are very inexperienced and CARELESS, looks like ayaas are working as an nurses, they are not trained they dont know how to provide medical services.
They even dont know how to inject the syringe properly,
The hospital doesn't have fixed proper doctor's timings. Doctors will be available subject to their availability. The hospital need to specify on board which doctor is available on what time frame. When asked at reception, they are unaware of it. They just tell about the available doctor only. Dr imram please change your staff they will not let your hospital get famoused just because of their careless behaviour.

Rose hospital is a very good hospital. Both the doctors.sarah iqbal and atiya parveen madam are very co operative.they r like your elder sisters and a mother. I love both of them. Two years back I had a normal delivery at this hospital. Seriously both the doctors are very patient and co operative. A very good hospital. Im pregnant again and visiting the same hospital. Sarah mam is my favourite. Thanks a lot for patiently bearing us.

Love you people.love your hardwork. Both the ladies inspire of having family and small kids specially sarah mam.but still they will always be available at times of need. Hope. I will have a good experience this time also. Insha allah.

Heavy expensive…. For dehydration they charge nearly 3000 rupees for 2 small bottles and 2 big bottles which MRP not more than 200 rupees…. Government need to take strict action against such hospitals and clinic… any how am going to complain about it in consumer curt …. Be careful guys….

As per me, Rose hospital is one of best go to hospital for people who desire for normal deliveries. Personally we had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarah Ma'm, her immense commitment, dedication & patience (which is a rare character in Dr's these days) has really helped my wife get the required comfort during the stressful times of delivery. Also special thanks to Dr. Atiya Ma'm. Missed tol mention their post delivery care is also excellent!

Unqualified staff they are just pretending to do normal delivery and doing c- section for money purpose. No proper response from doctors and all equipments are not working properly especially NS
T. The rooms are very conjusted and very untidy washroom and unhygenic

I first visited this hospital for Dr atiya parveen. She is am amazing/dedicated/professional/caring lady with huge experience in india and overseas.

I bet you won't find a Dr.like her and she won't prescribe unnecessary scans/medicines. She cares about the unborn more than the parents and never put the baby in danger no matter what the expected mother is going through. She makes the expectations clear and prepares the expected mother for a normal delivery.

Listen to what she says and follow it religiously. Thanks to atiya parveen and my wife for cooperating and syncing with each other on this journey and a smooth end result.

It was a normal delivery and i didn't have to spend much overall right from the day one until my wife discharged from hospital.

I had my first baby in rose hospital (Nov 2019) and Overall it was an amazing experience.

Also, the team of other doctors are very cooperative Dr. Sara and others.

Things I didn't like and can be improved.

1. No insurance tie up. I had to visit hospital multiple times to get the stamps, signature and hospital details to claim the charges to my insurance company.

2. Cleanliness wasn't maintained at all the entire floor (1st flr) was dusty.

3. Hospital wasn't equipped with post delivery facilities.

4. Labour room is in the middle of the hospital.you will find all men around which isn't comfortable for any expected mother.

If the above pointers are taken care no other hospital can compete with rose hospital.

This isn't a commercial hospital nor a money making machine.

I had a severe cold and I visited hear Dr Hazera prescribed me dozens of medicines for cold still I have been started using it after using the antibiotic and anti-allergic tablets my body starts shivering I was not able to stand and sit I stop using it now I'm feeling better, please don't go to this hospital.worst doctor ever I have visited.

Best experience after meeting Dr Sara Iqbal and Dr Atiya parveen. Very dedicated and patient friendly Dr and always available at any time.
My wife condition was high blood pressure and was having lot of difficulty.
We are thankful to Dr Sara Iqbal, Dr Atiya parveen and all the staff for full support at difficult times.

The services that I receive from Rose Multispeciality Hospital is excellent, Dr. Sarah Iqbal is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my wife health & also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care, my sister was facing an critical case but she taken risky case to be handle nicely, I highly recommend becoming her patient, I would have recommending them to my friends.

Ortho charges 300, prescribes 2000 worth medicines for a muscle spam. No alternative/ lower price medicine at pharmacy.

Iam fully satisfied with this Hospital.

I wouldnt even give this place a 1 star, very unprofessional, they dont know how to speak and they only care about the registration charges in the name of treatment, i asked the doctor whats the cause he was so confused and didn't had an appropriate answer and moreover asking me to get some medicine worth of thousands from their own medical store available in their hospital. Be careful when it comes your health and choose the best.

I really want to appreciate the doctor's and staff in this hospital.some nurses are don't now how to treat patients.they are talk rudely.pls change the bedsheets all are dirty and I appreciate to fahmida nurse because she is good and cooperative nurse she can handle patients very calmly. Gynaecologist here are really good, and very cooperating. Had my first delivery here and they were very helpful through out the 9 months and on delivery day as well, alhumdulilah things went well. Sister fehmida is also really good.

Dr sara she will not come on time everytime we have to wait for 1 hr nd dr hajera behavior is very bad she is not a doctor and she is pretend like a senior dr she dont know how to talk with the patient. Sister is good.some is not good. If i admit in hospital some sister will talk tips.ghar ke storie sunate fir lete. This is not good. Only for atiya mam and hajera mam and Sarah mam.waste nurses under 18 there even doesn't listen to doctors no neatness suffered alot.not recommended to any one thnx to hajera mam to attending me on calls for my problem.

I don't know where to begin. This is not a hospital, it's a joke. The staff is not even certified let alone trained. The girls here are barely 18 with zero to little experience. They don't even know how to properly give an injection. Look at the pics, there is mold in the drinking water can. Most of the staff was not wearing mask. The sheets were dirty AF, not thoroughly cleaned. All in all very poor.

I appreciate Dr Sarah and dr atiya Parveen both are very nice and cooperative doctors sisters are also good pls give lift facilities or bedsheets are not good.in nurses especially fahmida.she is very good.she is coperated.and receptionist afreen also she is good

High price 500 for xray and 300 fee and guess what no receipt for any payment so you can think any high charges can be asked for anything

Cheap hospital doctors behaviour is not good specially dr.hajera behaviour hai duty doctor but aapne aapku main doctor samjhte patients k sath badtameezi se baat karte atiya nd hajera jaisa k free mai check up karare uneducated people

I had a awesome experience at Rose multi speciality hospital for my back pain. Wonderful staff and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. S. K. Imran Ali Orthopedic taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.

All doctors new very less knowledgeable. They will take fee 300 and they will try hard to push your budget to 2000 however. Doctor will write unbranded tabs that will won't even work.
Please save money better visit local clinic atleast he will be experienced doctor

My wife was being treated for her pregnancy here, we really want to appreciate the doctors and the staff in this hospital. Doctors have lot patience and they do spend enough amount of time with patients and listen to them. They suggest the good diet plan for pregnant women.
During COVID 19, they are taking extra precautions with all the In-patients. Thanks to all the nurses (sisters) for taking good care of my wife after the delivery.

And a big THANK YOU to all the doctors.

5 stars for only Dr. Atiya parveen madam. Hospital is ok but receptionist girls is very busy in chit chat common you people are in hospital not in function hall.

This hospital does not deserve a star. If u care for the well being of ur dear one plz do not visit this hospital. No proper facility, from the staff to management everyone is unprofessional. Dr Athya Parveen is a senior dr for namesake n the same goes with Dr Hajera.

Second time I selected to this hospital based on our previous satisfactory experience. Doctors are really good. Specially Dr Atiya Parveen and Dr Sarah Iqbal. Nursing staff is unexperienced. After Corona effect management removed tariff bord and charging 30% extra approximately. Nobody will give you clarity on charges. When we asked for payment packages anybody we got reply from them no idea and discuss with Dr Hajira. Dr Hajira don't have time to discuss on this. Finally ended up with no clarity till last minute. I feel Dr Hajira is part of management strategy.

Highly Appreciate for quick response in emergency Thanks Dr Sara and Dr Imran for quick responce. This hospital has some great doctors and staff as well who are not only well-qualified but also are really invested in the health of thier patients.

The doctors are also very good. Not only the doctor, the staff receptionist Afreen Sultana She is very caring. And she wants to do her job very well. I am so happy to met you and thank you so much ️

I recently visited this rose hospital.had a good experience, specially with the receptionist girl named Afreen, she suggest in a very friendly way, specially the way of speaking is very friendly. Good to have this kinda receptionists.coming to the doctors they give the patients enough time which is so worthy.so overall i rate this hosptial as 4.5

For birth certificate Rose Hospital is charging 500/-mercilessly. So I request new parents to visit not to take birth certificate from the hospital. Pls visit E-seva center where u can avail the certificate just by paying 30/-INR only.

The reception is very poor and they don't know how to behave, bad management. But doctors are very experienced.

Been to this hospital few times. 2 stars for doctors because they treat good.
Cons:
1. The nurses are very inexperienced, aren't trained how to behave and provide medical services. They don't know basics such as how to give an injection and instead they inject too hard.
2. When viral season was on, a thermometer is used on each patient by patient so a nurse is cleaning just with a cotton mixed with surgical spirit and again same instrument is being put on oral mouth on each patient by which there is a chance of transmission of infections. Ideally, they should have Forehead Digital Infrared Thermometer

Because of Afreen im give 5stars.nurses is very un profesional.she dont know how to give injections.in this hospital i thought only one us profesional that is miss Afreen she i very politely nd profesional in this feild.she manage easily.how to talk the peoples.last time i cme hosp one lady doctor is there.she dont know how to talk the people.she talk me very rudly.nd she dont know which mediciens pricrip.nd hosp i gud plz its a request to u plz change the thermameter first.all patients are using only one thermameter.plz dr Imran guide the staff.its a humbly request to u.thanks u Afreen

Management people, Lemme say you something about your hospital
1) we visited twice to the hospital
2) when a patient enter there is no reaction from the staff or nurses.
3) when a patient comes with a high fever they don’t even know to check the temperature with thermometer
4) they did not check the weight
5) they did not check the bp
6) we met the doc got prescribed with some medicines, doctor said to visit the hospital and take some salines if temperature got increased, next day patient came with 104 temperature when we came to the reception and ask about the salines, they have passed the prescription to 5 people but no one is responding they are just escalating the case, then I seriously asked I need to speak with duty doctor.

When I met duty doctor, she doesn’t even know the beasics of a person comes with high temperature she is asking nurses advice what medicine to use then we got a doubt and left the hospital
Duty doctor wrote some medicines when we showed in some other hospital he said the medicines are very powerful patient will end in fits.

The only positive thing about hospital are the main doctors.

My experienced at Rose hospital was mixed. Doctor was excellent and I got relief with pain in no time. Reception girl was unprofessional, doesn't know how to talk with people.

They charged me Rs 300 for injections (Pantop & Dynapar) actual cost is Rs 46 & 25. They could not justify their charges. Be careful with the their charges, make sure you check their service charges before you avail them otherwise they may super surprise you with HIGH charges without giving any proper explanation.

Hospital management can cheat patients ONLY one time, but not every time hope you get my point, and get things corrected for your business.
