Waste of money, ala carte items like methi paratha and paneer lababdar items screwed up by chef. Seems that the restaurant has lost its appeal and focus.
Food was good.but service was worst.don't know what happened.people were wearing all sad faces.didn't feel like being there but my hunger made me forcefully sit there.would never suggest anyone who wishes to eat peacefully and enjoy the atmosphere
Quality and taste of food has gone down. It's not the same Rotis as it was before lockdown. Service is pathetic. Waiters were unprofessional and took almost an hour to provide main course after the starters.
Great ambience. There are different options to choose from. You definitely cannot taste all the unique dishes offered there in one sitting. It is a great place to consider. Hope it helps.
Staters were ok but in main course few dishes had our of salt, we complained about it but the chef sad it's like that. So basically they don't care about customer's. Compare to this A'La liberty is good in terms of everything.
Very pathetic experience, visited this place after Covid for the first time, and it has gone to the dogs. I could see the difference between pre covid and post covid era. Longer wait times, not so tasty food are the highlights, if you want to waste time and money, do visit this place
The quality of food has gone from best to worst. It could be possible that they have changed their chefs post Covid as we were told the Italian and mexican varieties are not available. Soup and starters were very basic. Staff doesn't seem to bother about it. Not worth the money and time.
The taste, the ambience, the staff perfectly matches the quantity and quality of food. Perfect spot is near the window with slow music which the play and relax.
I advise not to go to restaurant for dining. I went for lunch today and the place is full crowded and noisy. It's like fish market. The staff are rude and they said either eat or go out. I am regular customer earlier and went couple of times and won't go to that restaurant again. Bad staff behavior, noisy restaurant, indecent staff.
Excellent dining experience, been here on multiple occasions over the years and you will find the food here is very good. Only one issue is that the service time is a bit longer so plan accordingly. The wait though will be worthwhile as the food is simply good, no fanfare simply delicious Also hope they start the Mexican back always loved their Mexican
Overall this place is good. It has spacious tables, private spice for bday parties. Food is good but rasmalai is not at all fresh and vanilla ice cream is diluted
This place is absolutely horrific. The staff doesn't know how to treat guests. The restaurant Manager treated us badly and started shouting at us for inquiring about the wait time. I've been to so many restaurants all my life and I've heard of bad customer experiences but never faced one before. We did not eat at this place since we were agitated with the Manager. If this restaurant wants more customers, then it should consider hiring better trained and polite staff.
No Social distancing followed. The restaurant was full and also people standing outside waiting to get table. We went for A la carte, that's the worst decision. Soup and starter was delivered after 30 mins and main course further delayed.
This is one of the restaurant accepting dineout, but have a special rule. The payment is only accepted if we book a table through dineout. Had visited many other places they don't have such rules.
Good place for food. Valet parking is available. It could have been better if the place was a bit more lit up. It is too dark and the power backup system is not automatic. Ordered food takes longer time to serve. Taste of the food is good
Rotis is a very renowned restraunt but it was very bad experience. It was full of compromises. There were 20-30 tables but only 2 workers. There was a buffet although-only half of them were filled. There were no spoons and forks.it was a horrible experience and the food was not worth and was way too over priced
I ordered mushroom chilli, paneer lababdar, roti basket and browni sizzler here. Everything was good except paneer lababdar, it has lot of masala which was unbalancing taste. Ambience and service was excellent. They do not provide normal water. 1 water bottle is 48INR extra.
Excellent experience. Authentic North Indian vegetarian food. Good ambience and nice service. Good place to go with family. Had to wait for 15-20 minutes for entry. Ordered paneer tikka, garlic naan, tandoori roti, and Dal makhni. All the items were very tasty and delicious. Must visit once.
Good veg option in Hyderabad.however in pandemic situation all customers of restaurant should've used suitable hand gloves while operating common areas
The place ambience is good, but if you land up in parking area, there might not be lift to the restaurant. You need to come up and then board the lift. Also the place closes at 3: 30 pm. Apart from that, the service and food is good.
But the worst part is they are forcing to buy water from them. Instead I asked to serve regular water, they don't have and if I ask to give discount. They didn't. These almost every restaurant is giving basic mineral water like Bisleri 500ml. Example Chutneys restaurant give the same way. If they have problems in serving regular water they should see other alternative in the meantime for customers.
Offered comfortable seating, also a very good food quality. First by look I felt it was a small hotel with no good quality of food but the best thing about the restaurant is the food quality even tho it's a small hotel. Don't judge the book by its cover. Deffenetly recommend it
Good service, variety of 'Rotis' available as the name suggest. Good food, nice ambience. A decent option for the people who search for pure veg restro in Hi- Tech city & near by areas.
Bad service. Bad kitchen and arrogant staff. Keep saying excuse me and no one respond until you go to them and ask. Bad kitchen order rotis and get burned roti basket. These all happened to me. You complain and they will show attitude. Call manager to talk and he will never come to you. Unprofessional staff. Never ever go to this place if you are looking for North Indian food.
We were very regguler to this restaurant because we are pure vegetarian and we prefer pure vegetarian restaurant this was the best restaurant so we went on my cousins birthday but I found a dead cockroach small one in in my plate and I showed it to the manager he reduced bill amount but very unhappy to see that. So when you visit just be careful.
One of the best veg buffet in the city. As usual have number of items in the spread. At the same time they are bit slow in refilling. Except that service, ambience, food quality & taste are good.
Nice restaurant ambience was good. Food was good n they have lot of varieties of food available. They have both ala carte and buff available. They have good number of chairs and you can reserve the table or you can go directly. They allow cake cutting but they won't provide cake you should bring your own cake.
Been here with family. Pathetic service, plates were not clean, the server assigned to us doesnt even bothered to apologies for his mistakes. Food is just ok.
More hype given to this restaurant than its should be. Food is tasty but little expensive. Good thing it offer many varieties than other Veg restaurants
Excellent option for vegetarian. Nice ambience and very cordial staff. 500rs for a buffet is absolutely worth it. The live counter serves some lovely pastas and dosas. A must try option for vegetarian. Pocket friendly easy to locate. Valet parking available and lot of place for people to sit and enjoy a good meal.
One of the best vegetarian restaurant in Hi-tech City. I have tried buffet menu as well as ala carte menu, was happy with all the food items. Rotis is perfect place for vegetarian food lovers
Regular food, I found nothing special here but good food quality with only veg makes special to visit this place I will request management to add more dishes
Right in the IT jungle of Hyderabad.may need a reservation on peak hours. Serves good dishes with a wide spread menu. Tasty food, good service and Clean restaurant. Recommended for a lunch or dinner if you are around the place. Note. Try Jowar Roti as my personal recommendation.
Thoroughly enjoyed the food. I prefer only vegetarian restaurants when possible and this is one of the best in the city as it turned out when I was taken to this place by a group of friends this last Sunday. I had been to Vegetarian buffets in the past but the menu spread of this is really wide. Often times, restaurants do a half hearted job of providing dishes for the same of number. But Rotis team are doing a splendid job of making every dish special. I tried the pasta which is as good as one made in an Italian restaurant. The chat station has proper chat items that are made to order (included in buffet of course) so are the breads (rotis) and pastas and noodles. There is waiting involved especially on weekends so booking a table ahead of time is recommended.
