RS Brothers-Mehdipatnam

I bought few sarees here. It is good but felt the prices are higher than nearby Chennai shopping mall.

Offers during rakshabandhan and ashadam discount sale were good. Anyways you'll get to see various quality, but it depends on your choice and budget on what to choose and what not. I've bought 5 sarees on 50%discount sale which were good.

I had a very bad experience in R S Brothers Mehidipatnam branch, where a group of employees were cheering for Pakistan in Ind vs Pak match on 11th Sep 2023, I felt very bad and made a complaint at the billing counter, they have very casually responded that it's their choice of supporting this ans made me feel why should I shop here.

We also have to make choices while buying at R S Brothers going forward.

This place has nice interiors and good collection of clothes for the entire family. Very supportive staff

Good place to do some saree shopping. Prices were very reasonable compared to the local shops and offers are available round the year

Most styles don't have multiple sizes. Staff put in zero effort to help you with the size you need. Beware of buying the ethnic wear I found damages, out of order stitches that would go off god knows when.they're kinda not very obvious, mostly on the insides. Just check thoroughly because it was not just for one dress, but 3 in like 7-8 of which we tried.

Got a dress today and it needed some alteration. The lady was too lazy to change the bobbin of the machine and now I have the right colour stitch on one side and a completely different colour on the other side. Mind you, there was no rush and the staff were sitting on empty tables. The dress looks ugly but she argued that she didn't spoil it so we should not question the thread colour on the other side.

Before I rated this place 3 but now I reduced it to 1 due to their bad alteration service. I loved the dress so much but it looks off now.

Good shopping place with professional helpful staff. They even allowed me to take my bag inside as I was carrying a laptop.

Worst shopping mall price is more and there are no variety of clothes and management people are rude

This showroom is located on the main road, No issues of parking whether it's two or four wheeler parking your vehicle in the cellar.show room is very clean and neat there are lot of sales women and men there.floor wise section is there for men, women and children.price is little bit high because of showroom tag.clothes quality is good very helpful staff billing is also fast cash, card and UPI payment facility available.
Some snacks are also there outside of the showroom.separate luggage counter is there u can keep ur luggage there.overall okay thumbs up

Store maintains defective products of brand

I bought a shirt that had loose stitches after two days. When I returned it to the store, they did not offer me a replacement but only fixed the stitches. The shirt lost its color and size in six months.

They dont let us open the product nor they do it. Unless you don't see it properly, how do you want us to make a purchase.
