So day before yesterday (friday) I and my mom visted the store at R. P Road Secunderabad, I went to check on the clothes in women section.
The lady who was showing us the dress didn't seem much interested and was shouting on us just because we were not buying as we didn't like that collection (we didn't visit to waste our time nor someone else's) when we asked to show something else she was least interested and asked other person to show in a rude manner.we really felt disrespected and disappointed with what we wenr through and had to leave.
You can check CCTV footage - 1st floor Friday around 7.30 PM-9.00 PM (As I don't remember exact time)
Is this what your customer service is all about?
I am never and ever going to visit your showroom and will inform my family and friends to avoid.

I was regular customer but thanks for such a bad service, when you can't respect the customers we don't want to vist ever.

Atleast give proper training to your staff.

Sarees are number of varieties but dresses are very limited and staff are not much interested in showing varieties

Showroom manger behaviour and its talk is very bad and not a visit it Showroom its not a respect a customer.

Worst staff even after telling multiple times to pack in proper way they just done same thing packing boy was waste. Went to cash counter as i have to redeem my points their servers were down they don't even greet while going

Sales man doesn't know how to respect customers, worst shopping experience ever. No intrest in showing clothes and rude way of talking to the customers

Available with best price and good staff in understanding costomer requirement and can also avail good reward points, ultimately is worth in shopping at RS brothers compare with other similar shopping malls in city

I got some coupons from RS brothers shopping mall today, as I went to ask them. They said that you need to do individual billing and can redeem your coupons. After shopping I went to billing section, they redeemed only one coupon and called to some X person and cancelled my other coupons and didnt make any other billing, they said to me that there was a technical issue. I asked the manager in that mall, he spoke to me in a high pitch voice along with the billing person and send us out, when I asked about this coupon they didnt allow me to speak properly, I didn't want to make a show there, so came out. I was not at all happy being there and felt bad about myself being there.
They sent the coupons from their side. I as a costumer didn't ask any coupons from them.when they sent me coupons I tried to use it. But they didnt allow me. That was not my fault but they showed it as my fault. I might never shop there again because of their behaviour and responce towards me.

Used to be a customer oriented store, we used to be regulars here.

On the last visit however, something seemed to have changed: very limited offers/ deals compared to earlier and indifference and borderline arrogance from management. They seem to be more focused on maximizing profits and disinterested in retaining regular customers. They definitely lost one regular customer.

The kids and gents wear are very reasonable and fashionable. The one stop solution for all your dressing trends

Old means it's been long it is kept there
But after some new malls came those effected a lot. But old is gold However

Choice for T shirts are limited and some are old stock. Varieties are limited. Somehow not satisfied with business tactics and behavioral attitudes
