Building infrastructure is not clean. Its oldest construction needs to be decorate well.

Poorly maintained plaza. I visited the dental clinic on the 2nd floor.

Very poorly maintained premises, inspite of being occupied by, some good institutions and shops. SURPRISED.

I would have provided a zero rated business place due to the worst maintenance of the building.before lockdown it was in a very good condition but after that even after 6 months of lockdown it is in very bad position. Sometimes no lift works (if in case it works due to poor condition of the lift door some people will not close it properly so that is also a very bad situation). Inside of lift door and at the corner of the steps- it is worse than the worst.
{I request the management to please consider these issues if you in case read this}.
