This is my bad experience in this hospital

సంరక్ష hospital medical services are super. But there no proper security services. There is no security for the patient belongings.

Worse hospital.didn’t treat patient properly.rude behaviour of doctors and unprofessional behaviour of nurses.

Waiting time is too much whole day will be wasted.
To get reports you need to wait long time

Single ac room these people are charging 6000/- per day. Patient mattress is worst I think it is made-up of coconut peel, my mother didn't sleep properly in the hospital when she was in treatment, bitter experience.
When patient joins they have to take preauth approval from insurance company but deliberately delaying one day.
For only one day they charged 22,000/- including all, after having worst experience we decided to discharge but strange experience at billing counter there I tried to pay bill using credit card they asked extra 2 percent on bill, this is what they are squeezing like anything.
Now a days even in grocery stores, small medical shops also not collecting extra money for card payment.
I never see in any hospitals in telangana collecting extra charges for card payment despite charging 22k per day.
What is this? Can we name it robbery or squeezing? Or I don't get any word in dictionary

My experience: my father got brain stroke but this esteemed hospital doctors confirmed as COVID positive, they didn't even know what is the symptoms of COVID patient. Should have scanned CT brain for my father and would have treated him good medicine.waste hospital

Useless and Money minded hospital. Please don't prefer this hospital for any health problem. This hospital started mainly for earning money not for providing services to people. Dr. Laxmi Deepak Nagula and Dr. Samuel are playing with patients to increase the billing so that they will get more referral amount. Waste hospital ever i seen. No response from doctor in emergency case also.for insurance cases they loot every possible ways.wantedly they are delaying in discharge for insurance amount. Don't prefer this hospital.i will give zero star. Small hospital will treat better than this hospital. All services are waste.

Doctors and ward boys all are commercial. Nursing staff is the best.

I am really satisfied with staff and qualified doctors. My brother got a good treatment here for intestinal obstruction. Hats off to all the staff, management and doctors. Of course Hospitals cannot run without money. We got a very good treatment here which important than money.

The front staff and security are very rude and careless. AC doesn’t work in this Multi super specialty hospital.

It also conducts several Health camps occasionally for women, people with heart problems etc.

Worst hospital in warangal.anyone please don't go to this hospital when it's emergency.my grandmother had an emergency and we visited this hospital as she was a patient here since 1 year 8 months and visits regularly twice a week for dialysis, there were no doctors available there and instead of saying that first they took covid 19 tests and they kept us waiting till reports and then they informed us that there is no doctor go to other hospitals. My grandfather suffered alot. They just play with lives for money, and they are responsible for my grandmother's death.

Please don't waste your time, money, health by visiting this hospital, no proper response, first teach the staff to respect the attender's and patient's especially the security, completely money minded they don't allow to sleep in the hospital premises and arranged dormitory which is to pay and use what the hell it is and how cheap mentality to cash such opportunity. They don't allow to wear shoes and chappal inside which is completely sense less thing, it is ok to leave foot were out side the ward but it doesn't make any sense of leaving outside the hospital government hospital is better then this hospital

Worst hospital ever seen in warangal, as an emergency I choosed nearest hospital but waste hospital, no proper treatment, people are crying out here.no doctors on emergency. Only they need money money money. Asking to take different tests but no proper medication. Overall never ever choose this hospital. If you come you'll die with your disease and for money.

We consulted a doctor he said that you should wear 2 stents it takes about 3 lakhs he said after that he weared only one small stent and another one will be cured by the medicines.but he took 3 lakhs the operation has been failed again the doctors said to go Hyd to consult doctor

The most worst experience in this hospital. I have never experienced. They just concentrate on how to clean the hospital rather than how to treat patients well. My brother admitted with stomach ache, they suggested to admit and do all the tests what ever they need, and the wonder is they did not found what exactly the problem, they just blindly given treatment, non of the doctors are experienced. There was no specialists are called until its became serious. And one f d specialist came n said he does not know the reason still he is giving medicines. Please don't get cheated by looking it's ambience... No qualitative only quantitative hospital... 1 rating jus bcoz no zero rating option.

Doctors will not be on time, all those doctors are consulted doctors who just visit the hospital once in a day for a duration of 1hr

Nurses are very few to manage most of them don't even have proper medical knowledge and always u need to check whether they are taking proper care or not.

I don't know why this hospital got this ratings.they don't even know the rules of hospital to have. I lost my grand mom due to this.we were in damn emergency in the 18 Nov 2018 we rushed to nearest hospital i.e, samraksha hospital.these people.don't even know to give an adrenaline stat when patient failes to breath and when there is no cardiac output.and these people instead didnt even took the case.and started to resuciate.and replied that the ventilator facilitaties are full enough. I don't even understand how this kind of institutions work.and the replies from the doctors are this. I'm very guilty why I didn't kill those idiots who don't even know how to treat.this is the condition. I don't even get my grand mom again. RIP. GRANDMOM

Worst experience let me explain my relationship with hospital I had severe stochmach and diarrhea in midnight so in the morning I decided to go clinic and I went to clinic he said that u have to visit SAMRAKSHA HOSPITAL WARANGAL without out even seeing my condition doctor admitted me in emergency ward which cost around 6000/day
And medication and tests total costed around 12000/day which is my brother's monthly income just ruined in half day.they didn't even given some medicines till my father paid admission fees but that time I recovered and then they started some anti biotics and saline that its for that they charged 12000/8hours I don't want to give even 1 star but just because of cleanliness of hospital made me to do that
