My Inogen G5 machine required servicing due to extensive usage. When I visited the service center at Hyderabad, the response from Chandigarh office was
very prompt and the executives at the service center were professional. The parts which lived their life and reuired replacement were replaced free of cost as the machine was within the warranty period. The Service Engineer Mr SK Gupta was very curteous and explained about the precautions to be taken while using the machine to ensure it's prolonged good condition. Overall an excellent and professional team.

Sravan Reddy garu. He is a gem of a man and does all that we need going out of the way also. We bought an Inogen g5 POC after talking to him, and down the lane after almost an year and half, his response is immediate and to the point. Really impressed by the way he responds and provides service.

My experience with Sanrai is a pleasant one. I had approached their Hyderabad branch for repair of my Inogen3. Mr Rajendra Kumar immediately responded and picked up the machine from my residence (as I was unwell and unable to go to their office). He explained me regarding the defect in the machine. He did a very speedy job, got the concentrator repaird in the shortest time. The machine is working satisfactorily. Thanks Mr Rajendra Kumar and Sanrai.

Worst Customer experience at tha Sanrai Pvt limited in Hyderabad office in saifabad.while selling and promoting the product they will commit to provide good service, easy returns, returns if customer is not satisfied, but when you visit their office they will say we never told that they only go by what is printed on invoice. Their salesman dont even care to talk to you properly when you goto your office.
