Picked mini chicken today. Inside pack, it's a complete rice with a small piece of chicken.
No masala in it. ONLY OILY RICE.

Ordered chicken Biryani today afternoon from Sarvi Banjara hills hyd, i never expected this kind of quality from this reputated resto, We found plastic inside the boiled chicken, thrown out the entire biryani, what if anything happens to someone consuming this biryani, this restaurant is responsible for any issue, couldn't take clear picture of plastic small wire like structures in chicken, please take action on chicken quality if this repeats next time can give police complaint on this.

Very average hyderabadi biryani. Not worth the hype it has. Mutton biryani was full of bones, had to complain to the waiter to get some better pieces. Starters were also pretty average

The worst food! Anything below 1 star was well deserved! Stale food and horrible attitude towards complaining!

I went there with my wife and daughter on a weekend. There was a wait time, which was expected on a weekend. A guy was coordinating the mapping of available tables with waiting guests. And this dude assigned open table to someone who came after us, when asked about it, he mentioned that they are going to share the table with someother party, which they did not. Anyways, we waited until the next table is freed up, and when one did, we had to wait there for someone to come and clean. Nobody showed up until we went to someone at the billing counter and asked for it twice. After cleaning up, they took their own time to come take the order. I understand that weekends gets busy, that doesn't mean that you screw the customer experience, you gotta be hiring more employees to work over the weekend and also follow a process to fill in the tables with guests that came first.

The food tastes good, but serving is not at all good, i ordered garlic naan but they bought butter naan but the one who took order from us didnt come near to us to ask change the food, he quietly seen it from distance & turned aside, every time u have to call to serve you even though there is not much rush, finally pathetic service

Good place to visit ambiences are good and taste of food is good but waiting period too much

I take biryani thay charged 190/- I was expecting anaugh biryani.but thay give less quantity.actually the food tast was super

With my friends 1st time in hyd, best biriyani I would say, we tried in Radisson and paradise but comparatively SARVI is the best in taste, serving style, cleanliness and their sweets are out of the world. We enjoyed their biriyani in the palace like ambience, worth for money.

Ordered starters, tandoori and biryani taste was not good but ambience was good.
Even in week days serving was too late.

I suddenly went to Sarvi food court and I was worried whether veg food would be available or not, and if available then what about quality I prefer? I ordered Veg food and it was really delicious, no doubt.

Had chicken biryani here for the first time and I dunno why I missed this place for these many days! The ambience looks old should be renovated though.

Disappointing experience. Very bland chicken biryani. No masala in biryani. Its just plain rice with boiled chicken. No aroma, no flavour. Better to eat home coocked plain rice over this biryanim Don't waste your money over this.

The best biriyani I tasted in Hyderabad it was very good non spicy best for people who likes simple and a romantic biriyani

Serves good quality food fresh fruit juices variety of kababs sandwich? Bakery items and more more on menu neat, clean and hygienic place in Hyderabad

Many years ago they used to sell the best party burger in hyderabad, but after enquiring i got to know that the machine was broken.i hope they fix that.i loved the patty burgers more than any other burger joints

Fish sizzler was luscious. Biryani was so tasty with less spices and so we could enjoy the chicken. Medium priced dishes and good hospitality are assets of this place. Place is so clean and tidy with antique look.

Amazing Chicken Biryani place in Hyderabad. The best that we had eaten. The service also is good. Just that this place doesn't have its own parking.

Good taste and nice tea, coffee i liked it, but requires better queue system to avoid any close gatherings and quick disbursement

We had very bad experience we found a cockroach in mutton biryani nd staff behaviour was very rude.

Food is really tasty but hygiene is a concern, staff is the same, unhygienic. Table cloths is a concern, you get to see lot of curry and oil stains. Furniture is suppose to be a nice and traditional one but it’s been ages that they are cleant, look at the picture how black they are, they stink tooo. So do not suggest if you are a hygienic person.

I love this restaurant, every food items are mouth watering taste it's a excellent and delecious food in different types of tastes. I recommend to those who love tasty foodies.

Need lot of improvement, customer service is the concerning area. We have to wait for long time just to buy a cake and cake has no price money and name

Old school restaurant. Not very well maintained. Lazy staff. Delayed service. But good food. Shikampuri kebab is must have along with pathar ka ghosh.

The Staff wasn't disciplined. Taste isn't good either. Chicken pieces are not cooked well. They're full of flour.

I have been a regular at Sarvi for the last 4 odd years, it has been the best in terms of quality, hygiene, location, and maintenance
During my recent visit in December 2021, we ordered some tandoori, Garlic Naan, curry, and Biriyani, surprisingly the curry and garlic naan was delicious and very fulfilling and by the time we started digging into Biriyani, we had our tummies full.
Giving it a Four star as they do not accept any digital payments, when we visited I had forgotten to get my wallet and luckily I did ask if they accept digital payment before entering the premises, initially they refused, but later accommodated our request by having one of the staff members provide their digital wallet information

Had a visit there with friends, the ambience waa good, the service provided was good, the food like kebabs were too awesome but the mutton biryani wasted the mood. The taste was waste nd the mutton was not properly cooked which was not able to be eaten. Suggest to have a visit there for having malai kababs and tangdi.

Guys I suggest you to please please don't ever eat this restaurant food
If you still tell them to add extra masala they won't give masala at all all they give us is plain rice it's not at all a biryani and everytime they give throat piece in the biryani

Pathetic! Been visiting to this place since 10 years for the biryani. From last 2 years service has been so pathetic that they couldn't even correct the issue. Never going there again.

They have started compromising on the the quality food they offered some time back.
Hope the management takes this feedback into consideration.

Extreme tasty tea and samosa. Poori and Dosa are great. Only it's crowded and doesn't look so hygienic.

Prices are high, an averrage man can't afford to pay them.

Drinking water isn't supplied on the dining table, INSTEAD, a 750 ml kinlay water bottle is served, on demand, at a cost of Rs. 25 + GST, a miserable thing.

Very poor.hygiene was lagging a lot and I found Street food is much better than this food.
Beside this you will find kakatiya hotel.
It is much better than this.

The best Biryani I ever had, authentic and delicious! The mutton was so tender and succelent.

And the Chai as usual was divine.

I always admire the taste of hyderabadi biryani and my favorite place among all is Bawarchi one of my friends has insisted me to go to this place as they serve amazing biryani and I have decided to give a try and below is my experience.

Parking: There is no dedicated parking here and ain't no valet parking and being on the main road visiting this place will be a real challenge.

Ambiance: There is nothing special about the interiors of this place, it is not a theme based restaurant nor there are any special things which grabs your attention.

Food: Yes how can we not talk about food since it is the prime reason for me to visit this restaurant, I have tried chicken 65 and Biryani and to my surprise it really met my expectations or I can say it has surpassed my expectations.
Biryani tastes really good it has distinctive flavor not too oily nor too spicy or too much of masala, the flavor is really awesome it tastes just gooooooood and above all I am really satisfied with the food quality.

I would definitely recommend this place to all the foodies out there especially those who haven't tried Hyderabad biryani and those who doesn't like eating spicy food (NRI) this is the ideal place to serve your pallet.

Mutton biryani is utter waste of money. In a jumbo pack there were hardly 4 to 5 small pieces. It's only biryani rice and 2 eggs. Rather go for chicken biryani at least we'll get some chicken for the price.

Good place. O my God heavy floating during RAMZAN month with lot of food lovers from all over the Hyderabad.
Having attached Tea center is there selling Tea, samosa and Osman biscuits.you can find lot of rush during ramzan month for Haleem and kebabs.
The quality and quantity are very good and the price is also bigger.

Good biryani, slightly on the iranian side so less masala. Kebabs are great. Should try their faluda.

Biryani is full of SMELL, watered rice, worst quality, worst experience. If you don't have proper food don't sell. Came from 13 kilometers and We had good punishment.

It was worst and coming bad smell, I think its not a fresh one. Very bad smell when i opened parcel. Be careful when you ordered or eating in this restaurant.

The best place to visit for haleem during the holy month of Ramadan. Every year we make it a must to visit this joint, order piping hot haleem and enjoy it in our car. Parking is a challenge and it takes a bit of patience to find the right space.but all worth the wait!

One of the best restaurant on road no 1 Banjara hills. It is situated opposite Care hospital road no 1. Ambiance is very good and food is very tasty and yummy. Special thanks to sarvi staff for Ramadan haleem.

If you want authentic haleem this place is a must visit. They have high demand so plan your visit in advance to beat the crowd. They are also partnering with food delivery apps. SO that is one other option you might want to explore.

Their samosas and puffs are definitely worth a try. And so is their haleem during Ramadan. Parking can be an issue as the lane gets congested during peak hours.

Its aa good as in 2019 but not anything like good olden days. I know it's impossible to serve the growing diverse population and growing diverse tastes. But still they can keep up with the old aroma and taste right.its not some general restaurant.its SARVI hai Boss. They can improvise.

Had Haleem after exploring top 10 haleem spots in Hyderabad. Its pretty good unless you want to have typical spicy haleem.

I am sure there is something wrong with sarvi Biriyani.my throat was in full pain after having it. Whatever amount of water we drink, we were full thirsty after having this biriyani.

Very poor services as they make you wait for more than 30 minutes to take the parcel where as they will give the parcels to Zomoto or swiggy within 10 minutes. Moreover staff behaviour is not good and they jump on the tables here and there in front of customers. Hygienic conditions I am not sure.

Had the haleem over here and it was really delicious. Served with a half portion of boiled egg, the haleem satisfies your taste buds.
