Definitely, one of the trustable and well experienced doctors in vicinity. She is quite perceptive about the patient’s problem and takes time to listen to each of them. Her explanation is quite well structured and easy to comprehend.

Dr. Vijayalakshmi has a meticulous approach to each situation. She took the time to listen to my concerns, asking detailed questions to gather all the necessary information. After thoroughly understanding my problem she gave me a step-by-step procedure to follow. She explained it carefully and made it easy for me to understand. What I truly appreciate is her emphasis on avoiding surgery whenever possible.
Also to mention, her online treatment is really good and as effective as an offline consultation.

It is to be noted that Dr. Vijayalakshmi is no longer at AS Rao nagar, Secunderabad. She has shifted residence, and her clinic has remained closed for 6 months or so. If someone could pass on her new location and address, I'd be grateful

If only there was an option available for negative stars, I would've definitely gone for that. If you're reading this review it's your lucky day. Don't waste your time and 1000Rs on this doctor. She will ask for video, photos and everything but she will not even take a glance at that and straight away write you 450 tablets! Trust me when I say 450. She asked me to have 450+ tablets for 10 days for simple headache and cold. Disastrous doctor. No ENT check up can be done online, they have to check you personally. But this lady for getting her monthly expenses she is doing this drama of treating patients from home. She will even suggest unnecessary scans and tests and even give you numbers of lab incharges because she gets commission. TRUST ME I'M TELLING YOU WITH EXPERIENCE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON HER. (Now she will come here and abuse me saying crooked crooked, because that is what she's been doing to everyone who gives a genuine review) I too got fooled by the number of positive reviews but don't fall prey for her scams.
I hope I can atleast stop one person with this review from falling into this woman's trap which she calls treatment.
And also she's very very very rude!

The entire consultion was over phone due to the spread of covid 19, however, I was amazed when I got such an amazing consultation even over phone. Doctor is a Senior ENT Surgeon 30 years International work experience in ENT surgery and she is multi-talented tireless surgeon.

My sister was having severe ear pain. Went to Dr vijaya lakshmi mam and she has done extensive diagnosis. Ear pain was cured with the help of her advice and medication and now my sister is fine. Very unprofessional. No point advertising your 30-40 years of Medical experience. She needs to have a little mercy rather than talk about her fees first, even without asking what the problem is? Better to meet better doctors for this fees.

I knocked on your door cause you asked me to come between 2: 30 and 3: 00. Every bad review doesn't become a fake one, rather the most honest ones. I obviously did not take treatment from a doctor who wants a fee of 1000/- before even looking into the problem. And knows least how to treat a patient in pain.

She pays attention to Patient, studies well, gives suggestions and medicines rather surgery which is very rare in this Corporate world.

Worst experience getting treated by her. I was charged 1k INR and was given bacterial antibiotics for a fungal infection. How dumb can that be.
I was also given over 8 to 10 meds and 5 tests were recommended.

I took a second opinion and fungal infection was removed and a simple application of Candid cream solved my problem.

Think twice, almost a fraud.

I took my wife treatment for allergy and sinus.infection come down and got good results with in 2 days. Doctor is having highly qualified service track record and good nature towards patient and sincere towards service I.recommend this doctor for all ent problems because she focus a lot n gives good treatment.

Words are not enough for me to explain about the Dr. She is very polite and highly talented ENT I have ever seen. I have been to this Dr for my 3 year old daughter for the treatment of Adeniods. This dr has cured my daughter's problem with in 5 months with medication. When I have approached to some other ENT, he has scared us of doing a surgery for her adenoids. But after going to DR. Vijayalaxmi Subramanian garu she has not only given good medicines but extended her support morally also where in u cannot find this quality in many of the doctors. If you take prior appointment there is no question of waiting. I do agree that fees is a bit high but I can assure that what you pay towards her consultation is worthy.
