Awesome taste and lip smacking food as usual.
One of my favourite food destinations at Hyderabad.

The food was not bad but the servers were not polite. They are greedy and ask for tips. Such a big restaurant but the staff is the worst.

This place is perfect destination for non veg platters. You'll indulge every dish here and it's tastes absolutely great, just go for it

Customer service at its absolute WORST. There are lots of other places with better service and even better food. DO NOT visit this godforsaken place straight from hell

Shah Gouse is a well known Biryani chain in Hyderabad. It is definitely not Paradise when you compare the ambience, location and general scale of the place however if you can look past that, you'd love the food. The menu is definitely more affordable that of Paradise and the quantity of dishes is similar as well. They offer Mandis which are supposed to be more authentically connected to the Mughal/ Iran roots and certainly loved by my friends but I didn't as much. It is not spicy like the biryani. Very different altogether.

I took one star out, as I felt that the oil in the biryani felt excessive thought the quantity of the dishes and restaurant ambience were reflected well in the price.

I felt the food was not fresh. We ordered soup which smells stinky and starters look not fresh, seems they are stored and reheated. And ordered spl mutton biryani, mutton not cooked well, it is like rubber

they are cheating customers on staters they are providing strates on starting sir it's free of cost at billing time they are collecting money of strates also

Worst ever I have seen, doesn't live up to name! I think new aspiring restaurants are doing much better, but costs are low i can tell you that thing for sure, quantity is also good

Worst experience ever…. Visited today with my friends and the food taste is worst …. Very much overrated restaurant in the city …. Even the service is very slow…. Please don’t visit and waste your money.
Mrp Rs 20 water bottle will be charged 40 on the bill.

Yesterday, i went there with my colleagues for dinner.i can say non veg is good by seeing how my colleagues enjoyed it. BUT IT IS A BIG NOT THAT PREFERABLE FOR VEGETERIANS TO GO THERE, ESPECIALLY VEG BIRYANI? DONT ORDER

The taste of biryani is awesome but the chicken pieces are not that soften and crisp. Though shahghouse biryani aroma makes you to go more to that place. Will enjoy biryani in winter nights

Had one of the worst biryani in my life. Food is not as good as the hype this restaurant is getting. When i ordered egg biryani they get white rice (without any spices just white basmati rice with saffron seasoning) withled eggs. I regret having a biryani in this restaurant. Please try to avoid this place if you are planning to have a Authentic Hyderabad Biryani.

Great chicken dishes and the starters too. The biryani wasn't that great but the quantity sure was.
The place is not well lit in the daytime but I am sure the restaurant would be blitz at night.

One of the best restaurants in Hyderabad where you can get authentic Mandi. Food was top class and great as expected. The place is spacious and can accomodate large groups. The only drawback is the delay in serving the orders. Coustomer service is not up to the mark.

This place is big and reasonably good environment. Restaurant is just beside the main road. This place is usually crowded all the time with employees of surrounded IT companies

Biryani is good (I hear it's not as good as it was before). 50/50 chance that you get a well mannered server. The platter sizes are huge especially for a non-hyderabadi

Food was good but due to the crowd over there people won't have a pleasant time to enjoy over there. Service was average because of excessive customers present over there. The maintainance of the restaurant is also average.

Bit crowded in the front given the popularity of the takeaway craze which makes a little tough to navigate as food delivery boys park all vehicles in front. The dining area is ok with not such a pomp decor but keeping simple. Food is good and served in good quantity. Budget dishes available.

Shah ghouse is always a good choice, you don't get disappointed whenever you visit. Only thing they need to improve is their is service staffs behaviour, they are not polite and most of them are blunt.

Give it a change and try some gravy items- chicken gravy, mutton keema, mutton roghanjosh.they make it as good as the Biryani and haleem here. Full points for the taste.
Also you can try veg noodles (we got it for kid) and it was simple but yet so tasty with the unique flavours coming out so well!

I took mutton Biryani today.totally disappointed as it lacked the taste it once had.looks like quality of food has reduced considerably in recent period.even other starters are not upto the mark.total waste of money

Too much orrogant people.they don't care abkut customer.would beat also, have seen once they were beating customer while he was asking delay of service.

Food is great but if you are looking for ambience i would probably suggest you not to go there. Staff are very reckless and dont care about reaponding to you

We had Mandi from here. You will always have great expectations with Shah Ghouse food. But, the Mandi was disappointing. Parking is also an issue. The Shawarma and Irani tea are must try.

Shahghouse biryani is my all time favourite but the service that I don't like.they behave like the Nawab's of hyderabad.i oftenly visit to gachibowli hotel.evwrytime I go I notice the service is not good.i only go thr because of the taste.

Heard a lot about this restaurant. I didn't found food that tasty. Ambience was not good, delay in serving food or response from servers. Not polite and not a place to visit with family or friends. If your from North India then don't visit this restaurant. Don't waste money n time by going there.

Food tastes good like biryanis, tandoor items etc Price is reasonable 400-500 for 2.but mandi is not that good. Ambience is not that pleasing it can be worked on a bit more. But i dont care for ambience if i am hungry.
U can try badam.ki firni that i liked here. Qubani ka meetha is also good.

Excellent Biryani, great taste and succulent Mutton pieces! I had tasted Biryani in many authentic restaurants in Hyderabad but this one surely tops! Also ordered half Platter Chicken Kebabs and they too were great. I liked even the seating too (AC Section) and there is a great ambience, all in all we friends had a great time.
