Luckily I booked this for my friends they are from mumbai.
They feel really Comfortable & we arranged a meeting here for our company projects.
Staff is good & no voice pollution here

We have a short stay at this hotel but rooms are pretty good and staff are very courteous. Sunil at front desk helped us a lot at check in time

The room at Hampshire Plaza was decently sized and had a contemporary decor, though it lacked a certain wow factor that one might expect from a higher-rated hotel. The furnishings were comfortable, but some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear, which could use improvement. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but it could have been more meticulous.

The hotel's dining options were a mixed bag. The breakfast buffet offered a reasonable variety of dishes, with both Indian and Western options available. While the quality of the food was acceptable, it did not stand out as exceptional. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, but the service could be a bit slow during peak hours.

One notable aspect of Hampshire Plaza Hotel was its location, which was quite convenient. It was situated in a central area of Hyderabad, making it easy to access various attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants within the city.

The hotel's facilities included a fitness center, which had a decent selection of exercise equipment, suitable for basic workouts. However, the fitness center was relatively small and could get crowded during busy hours.

One area where the hotel fell short was in terms of soundproofing. The walls seemed thin, and noise from neighboring rooms and the corridors could be quite audible at times, which impacted the overall peace and tranquility of the stay.

Furthermore, while the hotel provided Wi-Fi connectivity, the internet speed was not very fast or reliable, making it challenging for business travelers or guests who needed to stay connected.

We friends had a great time and lots to share. This small box is not enough to tell how we enjoyed at this hotel

Very authentic taste liked every dish my first visit here and budget friendly.but not so hygienic.if they maintain then it would be great

Worst service. Table are unclean. Waiter are big time waste fellow. Carry some kind of attitude. I wouldn't recommend any one to go there. Specially with family.

Very good Hotel, specially breakfast is so delicious. Friendly staff, quick and fast service. Fast check-in and check-out.

The one in Gachibowli is really good compared to other branch. Biriyani is good as usual. And panner butter masala and butter Naan was outstanding.

Biryani was not upto the mark.
We ordered special mutton biryani, it was very spicy with cloves overpowering the taste. Mutton pieces were very small and mostly bones without any meat. Portion size was huge but only because of rice.

Directly went to take chicken mandi and plain biryani and veg fried rice but they have given both pain biryani and veg fried rice.

Food taste is good but disappointed with water. I've ordered Kinley but they gave Kinely and water is nothing but borewell water. So salty.

Very bad taste yesterday I buy platter in shahghouse salarjung colony wrong items i recived and bad smell on platter where I complain the phone is not reachable

Ambience is worst and tables were dirty not up to the mark.and staff were not attentive to their guests.not even having tissues in place.and food was delight to eat. I had spl mutton biryani.which is good and overall they need to improve their system.

Ordered food from Shah Ghouse Restaurant which is situated at Tolichowki, Hyderabad.

The food i ordered from here was:
Chicken Biryani
Chicken Soft Noodles

The food was amazing and delecious the biryani had nice flavours and the only thing is it has less oieces of chicken when compared to price. The chicken soft noodles was very less salty.
These people needs to improve their quality in chinese.

Best food had in this lockdown 2021.

One of the best HALEEMs in Hyderabad, tasty even though the cleanliness and hospitality is very poor.

Not a single vegetable in vegetable biryani. It deserves - stars. Useless, and quite pathetic. Not the first time.

Certains things are got only when asked, toilet soaps and shampoo - No. Not customer friendly. Rooms not big enough, Good for individual travellers. Good complimentary breakfast.

Extremely horrible. Rooms are very dirty and full of bedbugs and cockroaches. Not at all recommended for couples and families. Torn towels provided. No water bottles. Smelly rooms. They take Rs. 500 for early check-in. Surprised to know they accepts only cash. Stone age people.

Rooms & bathrooms are dirty with Cockroaches. There is no door bell for the room, old lift, hotel facing on roadside thereby lot of noise in room. Buffet food is pathetic with no coffee. Sambar highly spicy with no taste. Overall not worth for the money paid.

Very Poor Service

1. I called to fab customer and booked the hotel and they all so toled that you will get same room which showed in app but at hotel check in it was not same room fab customer need to check with hotel staff about room

2. Bed was very had after sleeping one day I got back pain

3. Tv was not working properly need to call room services every day and last day TV stopped working and last minute they saying to change the room

4. If you book thought fab app hotel staf never care about your problems
And fab costume need provide customer package details to hotel

FAB hotel royal residency. Previously it was a OYO hotel now it's a hotel in chain of FAB hotels. Just like OYO.

Good hotel but need through maintenance as most amenities in hotel looked old & rusty. Polite staff. Morning breakfast will cheer you up with decent varieties. Location is good but hotel on the edge of main road, so even noisy at night.

Here we had occasion to have our lunch at the vegetarian restaurant at basement and it was excellent. The ambience, seating, air conditioning, menu all were good. The price was reasonable and staff were courteous.
It is located very near to Nampalli station. Car parking Available.

Such a bitter experience. We have arrived an hour late to our mentioned check-in time, yet the staff made us wait for 3 more hours saying that the room is not ready. Our whole plan was ruined because of their carelessness. The rooms are too small, even the Suite room! The bathrooms keeps terribly stinking even though the staff cleans it on your request.it takes Minimum of 45-60min for a single tea to be served. We were really annoyed with such inefficient service to the customers. Never again!

Worst hotel I ever seen. Whole night i could not sleep due to traffic noise pollution. Pathetic room. Food quality worst. Mosquitoes will sing all night in your ears. Bothroom is worst in every class. It is not even 2 star hotel,

Informed as 4 star hotel. But the room is not worth to 4 star. Room key was not working. Informed the reception. They came with master key. But since every time I need their help, fight with them. Then only changed the key. Restaurant is good.

Rooms are good but the service is pathetic. If you request for one plate /coffee/ Water bottle etc on an avg you have wait minimum 40min even after mutliple reminders. And price of the water bottle itself 90 INR. I would suggest the hotel is not worth for the expectations.

Tea n biryani is very nice, really good taste actually but suc a dirty ambience, no maintenance. Tables r dirty floors r dirty so now we prefer taking parcels rather than eating there.

Pretty hyped hotel and certainly did not feel anything like the earlier reviews suggest. Maybe we got the bad apple. The service was very slow and pathetic. To get the bed for extra person took us 40mins with 2-3 call backs to the reception. Similar was the experience with asking for plates or saucers. Room was good enough but not really spic and span. You can certainly give this one a miss and maybe try Hotel Abode next door.

A crowded restaurant. We ordered mutton Biryani, and we're told to wait for long as it will take time. But after 30 mins they gave us chicken biryani saying they noted incorrectly. But if we can wait for next 30 mins they change the dish

I was a fan of shah gouse because of its service and food. But now when I visited after an year things have changed. Mosquitos made it very uncomfortable to sit. Chicken was also was undercooked. I don't know if it was just our bad luck or happens everyday.

Hello, I'm satisfied with the taste but one thing I would like to share is, the management of shah ghouse needs to take serious and immediate action against the neatness because the hotel is popular due to the taste its food but when I visited in person for the first time and I was shocked by seeing the condition of lavatory, it was very bad.

Poor service if you are not aware of what you eat, you order for Mutton Biriyani and ask again 'Masala Nahi hain' service guy will not step back to bring chicken Biriyani masala. Heard a lot of Shah Ghouse but not up-to mark.

I have attended a government organized event. It's so perfect. As the hotel is placed at state center there will be noise and sometimes feel disturbing. They have better restaurant options. A great place to stay

Really enjoyed Hyderabadi cuisines.especially from Shah Ghouse Cafe. Really addicted.food is comparitively cheaper also.hopefully, I won't forget the name. "Shah Ghouse Cafe".

Awesome good and good quantity. Also reasonable rates. One of my favorites now and frequent visits. Crowded at peak lunch and dinner times but wait will be worth. Tea is also good

Ordered Chicken Mughlai curry and Chicken Biryani. Curry was not good, tasted sweet like butter chicken. Biryani was great though.

It's too crowded at peak times to pick up the parcel. Not recommended for dine-in with family or kids.

One can visit and revisit this place for the yummiest mutton Biryani. The rotis and chicken curries are also good. Average pricing. But they can develop the ambience though.

The #1 place in Hyderabad for authentic Biriyani and Mughlai taste. Went there in after seeing the Cultural Park. Ordered Rumali Roti, Naan, Mutton Biriyani, Mutton Sheekh Kebab, and Mutton Masala, among other dishes. Excellent food. Kulfi Falooda, other desserts were also out of the world.

This was the 1st place I visited post landing in HYD. To be honest, I'm not a big Biryani fan; hence, after much deliberation from my friends, I decided to try it and M so happy that I did. We ordered Mandi, a plate full of rice with mutton bones. I am still not able to get over that taste. We went to the Toli chowki (the original Shah Ghouse). The ambience is not that great but staff is wonderful and service is lightening quick. Also you can't miss their Irani Chai (tea). Must go if you are in HYd!
