Due to increased cholesterol levels I joined Shakti yoga online classes one month before. I have 2kids.elder is 3yrs and younger is 17 months. How much I run and do work behind them, i couldn't reduce my weight which I gained due to 2 cesarean. At one point of time I lost confidence in myself on my body flexibility. But the way Kavitha mam guided me and helped me on gaining my confidence back is great. From bottom of my heart I thank mam. I don't have lot of body pains, stitches pain due to regular stretches I do in Yoga. I strongly recommend Shakti yoga

I am a retired Bank employee joined the morning class in Sep'23, along with wife. Due to our poor fitnes and pre-existing conditions, we were not sure how we could do the streching, Yoga etc. But Kavita madam took special care to study our health issues. She encouraged, motivated us to stretch and do Yogasanas, Pranayama with in our limits - now it's 45 days, Iam happy to say we both feel fitter & better.

I have joined yoga from 2 months ago with Kavitha mam. She is very professional teacher. Her yoga classes help me with a great stress relief. I got good results with these classes. Her dedication is awesome. She cares every individual person and try to provide suggestions to get relief from their health problems through Yoga and meditation. I have been doing online yoga since one month under the guidance of Kavitha mam. She is very friendly and observes the postures and corrects me whenever I’m wrong. I have been attending yoga sessions in this institute for the past 3 months. Kavithaa garu is a fantastic yoga instructor. She emphasizes on knowing one's body. The sessions would be a mix of asana practice + pranayama and are truly relaxing. The institute offers both offline and online classes. Kavitha mam is a great instructor and a fantastic yoga teacher and also a genuinely lovely person. Her classes are energising and we easily identify the difference between the way we feel prior to class and after the class. After the class, we feel so relaxed, calm, positivity and gratuity. Her voice is so calming and relaxing. I have joined a month ago and I can feel the difference. I am now mentally and physically stable. I feel like I don't wanna miss a even a single day bcz after the class, we feel positive vibrations and more interestingly every day she teaches different techniques. She also pays individual attention to people in the class and addressess all our problems personally and keeps following up with us and about our mental and physical status. We don't feel like she is a teacher, instead we feel her like a family memberlucky to have a great Teacher like her. I highly recommend this yoga Institute for all age groups.

My association with kavitha garu is pretty recent. Though I'm a new comer but had already started enjoying my journey of yoga with kavitha garu as my yoga trainer. I may not be so sure if i wouldn't have witnessed my recent recovery (healing) of skin problem (since this is a more personal problem I'm not detailing it).
Practicing yoga (asanas and pranayamas) for just 1 month has given me visible and believable results.
More than anything else, yoga is providing the much needed stillness and calmness for my day to day life especially practicing the pranayamas. I can surely say one thing. Im happy.
