Dr. Radhkishan Rao, is one of the best orthopaedic doctor in the country. He helped recover both me and mother. When all the doctors left hope for recovery of my mother, he was the only one who helped us, and made my mother recovery completely.

Don't ever go to this hospital unless you have a lot of bucks to shell out. The outpatients are required to pay consultation fees again if you want to show reports to the doctor. There are no diagnostic services in the hospital. You have to go outside for getting the tests done. The staff are also I'll mannered and very arrogant. Do ever visit this hospital unless you don't have any other option.

The hospital is very good and the staff is very co operative and the best treatment is provided at the hospital. Cleanliness is also maintained very well.

Dr. Balamba gynecologist treatment is excellent. She treating her patients like her child. But it's too difficult to get her appointment. The reception is irresponsible they can't answer the call by multiple times of calling.

This is the best hospital where Dr. Srinivas Kulkarni has taken utmost care of our father who is 85years and had many complications. Battery of specialists attended and were so good. The best part is the call for the medication and treatment which they took was in coordination and combined reviews consulting each other. I'm new to Hyderabad. Actually admitted for fever later they found its pneumonia. The treatment and the way of treating the patients was too good.

Recently my mother got hospitalized in icu (5th floor). Daytime nursing was excellent but at night time nursing staff behaving rudely with the patient.if my mom is asking for any favour they are telling to call ur daughter instead of attending the patient.but doctors and machinery are too gud.special thanks to Dr. Aslam Abbas sir.

Waste of time to calling then and ask them about any Dr's or any kind of information the big disadvantage of hospital is reception staff don't know how to speak with the customer as well their voice like a blady uneducated person.if hospitals needs to improve try to kick of all ur receptionist and take new team for reception as they are the one who represent the hospital

Very very bad service, wouldn’t hve given 1star als, No on call appointment and if appointment taken then wait for 15days.if have to consult to a doctor in an emergency then hosp il charge you more and more, becoz there just wants to loot the ppl in the name of emergency that’s why there charge you more or else wait for 15days according to d appointment nd all. Bla bla bla
if came in an emergency than also wait for 3hrs or even more. It’s happens only when came to consult wit dr. Balamba
what a rubbish is this, only 10mins of consultation waited for 4hrs, I have never seen this type of hospital.

The staff of Dr Radha Krishnan Rao is pathetic. Daily the appointment time begins at 10 AM. Yet nobody attends the call, had to call 100 times to book appointment. Coz of Dr Radha sir expertise we are forced to visit hospital. Otherwise staff lacks basic ethics. Even during the patient visit someone can easily notice how the numbers are manipulated by the staff available there. Radha sir kindly look in to this and provide the much needed feedback to your staff to perform their duties in rightful manner.

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen especially doctor ' T Pavani Reddy' today she cleared informed that RT PCR report is not required for my sister-in-law for her miscarriage about her pregnancy cleanup, after paying the admission fees she goes to the patient and says that RT PCR is mandate and she was commanding the patient to pay the bill for COVID test as well.

This is really absurd and illegal kind of politics are being played by these hospital doctors, I will definitely gonna take this issue to the media it's not only me 90% of the patients are suffering with their dirty politics and drity games.

/And they finally pushed out the patient from the hospital when I said that am gonna highlight the incident.this is what happened with us in the hospital since 5AM in the morning. By knowing this fact they called up the police to solve the matter and they took the undertaking letter from my side am taking the discharge. This is very disheartening and very painful that I had to go through this and we suffered a lot due to the half treatment given to the patient.

I have complain of billing department when operation going on billing parson told you have to pay advance payment already given insurance details.that is not right time to told on operation you can told before or after I hope Management can maintain dignity.

Shalini hospital receptionists, in my case, they have helped me to book the appointment with Dr Balamba. It is very difficult to get Mam's appointment but as I had emergency, the receptionist requested the doctor and I was seen on that day itself. But as there will be huge crowd for the doctor we have to wait for atheist 1 hour but I felt it is worth waiting because of Dr. Balamba's experience.

People have to reach by 8: 15 and collect tokens while the doctor comes at 10. Doctor's appointment may take time based on the emergency cases. We had to sit for more than 4hours to consult doctor just for getting reports checked by the doctor. Wasting so much of peoples time. Vips are given special trrattrea even here. They can consult doctor at any time where as commoners have to wait 4 hours till we get appointment.

Too much of waiting no appointment and prescribes expensive medicines.children vacination very expensive more than market rate and staff suggest only the high price vaccinations only

Hospital staff n doctors r very good towards patients n patient attenders, bt the worst thing is the physical torture for bringing medicines n biling is very bad n even the only lift for such a big hospital is ridiculous which makes us to wait for 15min everytime v go. I think even one star is also not so worthy for this hospital. Doctors are not at all punctual to their duties and thinking that they are serving as charity.

Next thing KUDOS to the staff who don't have any information about the doctors and their availability in hospital for consultation.

Worst hospital staff. The line is always busy. When it connects, she says to call tomorrow 12.00. When it connects at 12.40 she says you should call exactly 12.00 pm then i will give appointment. The staff are wantedly not giving appointment even after 15 days.

Outside Hospital Security guard & the Parking Staff are very rude with me.
They don't know how to talk with visitors & arguing.
I would suggest you to correct your Parking Staff & the Security guards.

Worst experience with reception. Money manded staff of Dr. Balamba.staff behaviour is very bad and with patients. In emergency time also they are asking tokens. And saying rules.

The ground staff is pathetic. Some of them don't understand any other language other than telugu. The patient's attendees are made to stand outside the Labour ward/examination ward. Pls arrange for minimum seating on the second floor keeping in mind of elderly people visiting /waiting outside on the second floor.

Earlier one used to be scared to go to this hospital now it’s just the other way round
