The overall experience was average.
The cost was on higher side and the hair cut was bad for my wife and daughter. I asked specifically if there is anyone who can handle kids but the result were dissatisfactory after the hair wash.
Have been going to this salon for over 5 years but this time it was below expectation.

Went for an aroma therapy body massage and the service provided by Rimi was fantastic. The facility is well maintained and with a sauna. Was much relaxing experience in a long time!

I had the best services done here, every service is done so perfectly and relaxing. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. All the services are on point and worth it! The manicure and the pedicure are done by professionals who do it are very kind and give the best service. I highly recommend this place for both men and women

2 years back it was too good but my last two experience with this saloon waste of money.

I’m just so happy with the services i got here. Went for scalp treatment and a deep conditioning for my hair, along with meni and pedi, and not to miss saying, the staff is soo nice. They transformed my hair really well and i absolutely loved it.

Shapes is my go to Salon, you can blindly trust the hair dressers there for recommendations or ideas! I walked in this weekend and got myself a hair cut, gorgeously done by hair dresser Illiyas! I would highly recommend his advise incase your not too sure about what may suit you just like how I was! Blown away with his expertise with my hair.

Visited this place yesterday for Hair cut for the first time. I got my beard trimming, Cleanup & Hair cut done. I was delighted with the very first call I made for an appointment. The person who picked up the call (Swati) was simply awesome. She had patience to answer all my questions which were way too many, however she kept her calm over the phone and made ensure everything.

The ambiance of the place is awesome (One of the best in Hyderabad, I have been to many luxury salons) and prices are reasonable. The service was simply great. Hair cut was way above expectations and the stylist was experienced and knowledgeable.

I was amazed by seeing their hospitality. Fruit salad was offered along with Tea/ Coffee. Offering Fruits in Salon is something different and it gives me an impression that the management is willing to go an extra step for the customer delight. Place is recommended! One must go and give it a shot.

I visited Shapes to get my hair colored today and what an amazing experience. From their hospitality to quality of work I have no complaints. I got my hair colored by the stylist Mr. Ilyas and he was just amazing.what finesse and patience he took in making me look and feel Beautiful. I've been using Shapes quite regularly since they opened over two years ago, and I love the service there. It's a neat, properly maintained salon, with a wide collection of services, and the staff are really professional and often provide good discounts for regular customers. I'd definitely recommend them

Even after taking an appointment they made us wait for more than 1hour from the scheduled time and when questioned we were asked to wait for 15min more. It was already 12pm and lockdown relaxation was only till 1pm don't understand how they were expecting to provide service for 2  within 45min (more over we had to travel 8kms back home from the location).

My Experience was Super Awesome, I loved it.
After two days my Face was glowing with thr Glow Facial & Hair spa too gave awesome results.
