Had good experience for NT scan nurses are attentive and way of dealing with Patients at reception is awesome.

Waiting time is too high.no proper intimation about wait time and when reports will be given.

Good service from the staff and received immediate response from the receptionist and we got the details we have asked for. This is very important to the public in case of emergency. Reasonable price as well when compared to other well-established or popular diagnostics.

I went two diagnostic in Chanda Nagar to give sample of my 9 months baby but they told that it is very difficult to take sample because he is 9 months old
But in Shatayu diagnostics only in first attempt they took blood sample

Very bad experience. Staff will say x ray reports will come within 30 min, but we will wait more then 3 hours. And my patient suffering with pain. Please give proper information to patients.

I really appreciate the hospital sevice and staff. Especially the receptionists Mary and Devi. Their patience levels are too good. I have asked them to share the report immediately I got a response from them and instantly they shared my samples. Guys like them are very helpful. And doctor K. Amrutha's patient levels also high and she is a very good listener to patient. I like that. Overall service is good.

Good experience, staff was polite and answered all our queries. Visited here for HSG test for a female person, doctor was good at doing this test, she query about all the medical proceedings. Received reports within half an hour, refunded the money for the services which are not given, like we didn't took the injection, so they have returned that money.
Suggestion, whoever comes for HSG, mentally be prepared, it's a bit painful process, not same for everyone it may vary, they give pain killer injection before doing this. And also suggest medicines post that, like antibiotics and pain killer.

Too much waiting they are not maintain proper consultant time tables don't go their are don't known time values

This diagnostic center service is like a government office culture. No proper response no timings followed. Every time we have to wait for atleast 1 hour than the scheduled appointment. Looks like management is not care about the customer service.

Don't trust this diagnostic centre.wrong reports are done my tiffa scan. I wasted my time and money

There is lack of systemic approach. You will have to wait at least an hour in queue. There is need to bring in tocken system which will allow us to come back later and save our time. Not sure why phone booking is taken while in reality it is not followed. I really hated the wait time and this was for may be 3rd time in last 1 month.

dt. 29-05-2022 from an other hospital. Shatayu diagnostic lab at Chandanagar sisters sent the required report quickly. It was great help. And thank you so much for the entire team working in the front desk and sisters for timely help.

Recently i visited Shatayu lab for blood tests and X-RAY very comfortable with the services provided here. Staff response to the patients is so friendly.

Disgusting service. Waste of time and money. They initially confirmed and booked the application for Fetal 2D echo scan but ultimately they told Doctor is not available. This happened thrice. I won't suggest anyone to go there.

I thought it was bad diagnostics centre by seeing some of the reviews, But when I visited for my sister diagnostic test, I found good environment and reception staff explained clearly about the tests and doctor is quite good, results are fast and this centre is economical as compared to other centres.

No systemic process. Serial number not followed by staff. They allot the package and collect charges. Nothing is explained about various charges and what are tests.

I see lot of negative reviews, but the centre is quiet good. Got the result reports within the same day. Process was smooth. Got proper response from front desk. And total area was clean good and COVID-19 safety is maintaining good and excellent work
